Nice to have a "safe" bakery in the community. Treats are tasty and not super sweet or dry like most gluten free desserts. Frozen items available to take home as well. Wish they would do fresh breads as I would be all over that! They prefer cash or debit. Surcharge with credit card purchase.

Amazing gluten free and vegan options! Easy to dine here, you can order from counter then eat at the dining space. Better than having to wait for a server. The burrito was incredible, it had black beans and eggs. The nacho bowl was also nice. The snack options also looked great and unique. Very creative and healthy menu items here, with a dietary friendly twist.

Had an amazing brunch at Duncan’s on a bachelorette! Our server, April, was so sweet and accommodated our large party extremely well! She also took a lot of care to make sure everything was safe for three girls who are celiac. Great experience!

Went there with friends for the first time last night and had an amazing experience. The service was fantastic and the meal was phenomenal. I am celiac and my wife has a shell fish allergy and they did a wonderful job accommodating our requirements. Definitely will be going back!! A hidden gem in Collingwood.

My mother and I recently visited this location on vacation and I'm glad we did! We were seated very quickly after being promptly greeted by a friendly staff member. The menu has something for everyone! We were very impressed with the amount of gluten Free AND keto options which are never easy to find. The portions were generous (and hot!), the service was wonderful (we never had to ask for refills on drinks) and despite our various alterations to our meals due to dietary restrictions, everything came out PERFECTLY. We will definitely return to this location and try others, locally, because of our positive experience.

I had an amazing birthday dinner at Gustav’s this Friday night. Chad made it so special for us, I felt like a VIP guest and we were extremely impressed with the food. We had delicious apple martinis to start, I had GF crispy calamari and a steak with a lobster tail with DELICIOUS mashed potatoes and garlic butter. Really good options for gluten free/ celiac options and I did not have any reaction due to cross contamination. My boyfriend had French onion soup and a steak with peppercorn sauce and an outstanding cauliflower mornet which resembled a baked Mac and cheese, he was raving about it all night. I was served a beautifully presented birthday dessert, Chad made us feel welcomed and appreciated and we had an elevated and classy experience. Top tier steak house, would highly recommend

Lovely decor but very noisy. Limited gluten free choices. Service was mediocre. Charged $2.75 for a half litre of flat water. The food I ate was delicious. No question the food was delicious. Blackened salmon with potatoes. $38. Like to try different restaurants but likely would not return here.

I had a nice egg sandwich on a bagel with a coffee. The food is good and the price is very reasonable. The only reason that I gave it a four out of fice is I asked for no cheese and no meat (bacon or ham) on my breakfast sandwich. I should have asked if there was a discounted price since I'm only getting egg but I thought they should have offered a bit of a discount. Regardless, it was good. They also offer a wide variety of tea and there is a great selection of baked goods including some gluten free options. They also have day old items 50% off which is nice. I would definitely come back again.

Waited 15mins for a drink whiling sitting at the bar. Bartender wouldn’t put on sound for the game! Fries were cold and the gluten free bun completely fell apart. Bartender served my companion another drink while I sat with an empty glass. I was the one paying the bill and as a former restaurant owner I have never left a zero tip. I did this time. Likely my worst experience In a restaurant

Absolutely delightful place! Generous portions (me and my friend shared the charcuterie and I took home plenty). Very helpful for those who are gluten free, and fabulous choices for wine, cocktails and all things sparkling (we have a bottle of Curve that was well priced and delicious). For anyone hesitant about trying this treasure out - go for it! Totally great for a visit with friends or a date.

Really exceptional - there is food, and then there is art. My husband and I truly enjoyed our experience, it has been a long time since we have had a meal this good. Also excellent for any celiac concerns.

Food was good although it didn't particularly wow us, however the gluten free pasta substitute was good. Braydon our server was polite and answered all our tables questions very well, along with providing good service throughout the meal. We would eat here again!
