Amazing experience here, the food, the drinks, the customer service and attentiveness from the waitstaff is a breath of fresh air! Our server Brie was a complete sweetheart and took outstanding care of us, making sure that my food allergies (celiac disease) were taken care of and I didn’t have to worry about a thing! Absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, fun, lively atmosphere with delicious food and a waitstaff who cares! Had a really great experience at this location on a date with my bf. Food alone was delicious, my bf got the butternut squash ravioli with prawns and I got the new chicken chipotle tacos, however subbed the tortilla for lettuce wraps (gluten). The server was so lovely, I believe her name was Gazelle or Glazelle. Such a sweet girl and offered great service. Atmosphere was a hit as well, good music that wasn’t too loud, sunshine, roof was open and there were heaters. Would definitely return!

I just got my ubereats order and despite writing ***gluten intolerant they still served me rice with the gluten containing onions!!! It was only after I tasted a bite of rice that I tasted gluten! Not only that, when I called, no one picked up the phone so I had to call another Earls location to check the allergy. Thanks for making me sick!!!! Your cooks really need to be more diligent when it comes to food safety issues. Totally unbelievable for a place like Earls. I'm on antibiotics right now and specifically ordered from earls because I thought they would be more likely to prepare for me a "safe" meal. I am so angry right now. They should all be ashamed of themselves!!!!!!!!

Was pleasantly surprised. Staff did all they could for us as we had a dietary reatrictions. A vegetarian and a gluten allergy...they were very accomodating very friendly very attentive. Would definitely recommend.
