The coeliac pizza is flatbread not pizza! .. Not the nicest pizza I’ve every had, but it’s a decent option. They have a gluten free pizza which is cooked in the same oven as regular pizzas, but they have a coeliac “pizza” which is basically a flatbread.

Went for an early mid week tea. They don’t have a separate gluten free menu but almost everything can be made gluten free except from 2 or 3 dishes. They do have gluten in the kitchen so cross contamination is a possibility even if they take every precaution. Had the avocado on toast with poached egg for breakfast and a coconut flat white. The avocado on toast came with GF brioche bread which was very nice. The dish itself was nicely prepared with some lovely flavours. I’m a bit of a coffee snob and found the flat white was quite average. If I lived in Manchester I would definitely go back to try other dishes on the menu.

Award winning Indian restaurant!! Although Asha’s is not a dedicated gluten free facility, the majority of their curries are gluten free. Just can’t have the breads and bhaji. Our first visit and my daughter who has autism was shown to a quieter part of the restaurant by the lovely Abbie and made to feel valued as a customer. I booked htis for my birthday dinner because they had oysters (which were excellent) and gluten free past options. Besides the oysters, everything besides the oysters was pretty meh, to be honest. The steak my partner ordered was over cooked. The pizza my son ordered was under cooked, and my pasta was good, but nothing I could not have made myself. The chocolate truffles at the end were also very good. Plus, they make sure to route you through the bar before seating you, so you stat drinking early. We hosted my partner's 30th at the Longford Tap (2 doors down and would also recommend!) and had pizzas from Bakehouse for the event. Everything was delicious and went down so well that I went back 20 mins later for 5 more! I nipped in a few weeks before and then sent a preorder through on Instagram and the staff were really helpful with my allergen queries. Everything was ready promptly for collection and the additional pizzas were done 10 mins after ordering them. Can't thank you guys enough!
