The food was delicious and the service was amazing. The best part was having a dedicated gluten free menu and my food came out with allergy sticks. The care they put into making sure my food was gluten free made me feel so comfortable. I loved everything about this restaurant.

Shocking experience. Chose here due to dietary requirements and previous good experiences. Booked the table for 5.45pm, by 6.30pm we still hadn't received our food so queried with staff as people who came in after us had theirs and we were on our way to a show that started at 7.30pm. Was told our food was next, 15 mins later still no food....we are then told there was an error and our order didn't print in the kitchen did we still want the food and they could prepare it in 5 mins. We are offered a round of drinks as an apology. As I'm coeliac, I didn't really have a choice of other places to go at short notice. 15mins later it arrives, it's just after 7pm so I ask for the bill so we can pay, eat and leave asap. The table next to us asks for their bill after us and receive theirs first. We have to ask for the bill again. Really disappointing we had to repeatedly ask about the waiting and for the bill, we then had to rush our food and to add insult to injury we were then charged for the 'free' round of drinks. By the time I noticed, I was checking the receipt when practically running to the show, as we had 5 mins to get there. Such a shame as the food was lovely.

We had a great experience at Miller & Carter Wollaton. Our server, Sally, really looked after us and was attentive throughout our meal. The food was excellent - we had the Butcher’s Block to share between two adults. We went with the chef’s recommendations for how to have the steak and it did not disappoint. We finished the meal with a cookie pie and sticky toffee pudding. One of the members in our party is Coeliac and there were a really good range of gluten free options.

Having dined previously with Prezzo, I was very disappointed to find that they are no longer Coeliac accredited and could only be “gluten friendly” and no guarantee of there not being any cross contamination. What a backward step in customer service!! As a consequence I did not dine here as I did not feel safe that allergies would be respected. I hope this is not the case in all branches of Prezzo :(

Amazing food, and couldn’t ask for better service. Fantastic range of gluten free options - I was spoilt for choice! The team had taken note of the additional requirements on the booking form and provided an additional chair for me to rest my broken foot on. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

I've sampled the food through the app too good to go and had to come on here to write a review as bearing in mind these are left overs they taste yummy. I will be visiting the shop and recommending it to everyone. The cooked breakfast items are different than most places. Vine tomatoes and the baked beans have such a unique flavour. My favourite thing so far though is the gluten free espresso brownie. I'm obsessed!

Stumbled upon Son of Steak when we were looking for somewhere to eat and so glad we did. We obviously hadn't booked, but they were very accommodating and the service was excellent, especially our server Jess, who was really helpful. We were able to get gluten free options really easily, and the food was delicious, the flat iron steak was the best steak we have ever had.

Excellent little shop in Lace Market. I've been here a couple of times and the food and drinks are always fantastic. They also have a very tempting selection of cakes including vegan and gluten-free options lined up next to the window display. Prices are aligned with other independent cafes in the area. The atmosphere is nice and cosy, the shop is very clean and well decorated. The servers and waitresses are warm and helpful. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available. Seating is limited so it can be full meaning they might not take on any more customers if they are running beyond capacity. Toilet available for customers.

Really love environment, amazing food and the service was top notch. Ben and Danny served us for the evening and couldn’t fault a thing! Really lovely place, with lovely food and even lovelier people 🥰 thank you both!!! We had a large group of people with various dietary requirements, lactose intolerant, gluten free and vegetarian. Really accommodating, really understanding and honestly would come back all the way from London just for the service!

I decided we needed a treat and rare night out and Mesa was just what we needed. Delicious and super memorable food paired with an exquisite orange wine. 🎉 Slightly annoyingly, my partner decided to order the carrots, I don’t like carrots… but I loved Mesa Carrots! 👏🏻 how do you do that? I’m also gluten free and had oodles of options… a rare joy when eating out. The service was also attentive and food arrived swiftly! Thank you Mesa! We will definitely be back! ❤️x

Although the menu looked like there wasn’t much gf vegetarian food for me, they were so accommodating. Went out with work and everyone was having bruschetta so they made me my own so I didn’t feel left out. The tortilla and tagine was lush and had pudding along with a few other bits. I really had expected to not get many things so was really pleasantly surprised
