Really nice meal, really enjoyed it. Flavours were lovely. I had a strawberry mocktail to drink, the lamb for my main and the banoffee pie for dessert. They have a separate gluten free menu and also use glass onion. We did have to wait a bit for drinks, but the experience was lovely nonetheless.
Awesome restaurant. Great staff. They helped so much as my husband is gluten and diary free. The food was lovely and freshly cooked to order. Just shame you don't have a restaurant in Norwich!!!!
A bustling spot with a cozy vibe, offering delightful treats and a magical atmosphere that makes every visit special.

I heard some good stories about this place, so I thought I'd give it a go. It was a Saturday and very busy. There is extra seating upstairs and out the back.
Great selection of food and cakes, they also cater for gluten-free options too.
As well as tea they had coffee options with alternative milk.
The lady serving was ultra friendly and happy it made you feel good just being there.
Well worth a visit
Enjoy a lively atmosphere with a solid variety of options and attentive service, making every visit a comfortable experience.

Food delicious. Cameron our server was polite and helpful. The only negative is that as someone with a gluten allergy, there was no physical menu and so it was very awkward to choose a meal by using zizzi,s allergy app. On the positive side there was plenty gluten free options but it would be easier and customer friendly to have an actual gluten free menu to look at like everyone else.

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to the staff here, they did an amazing job of accommodating me with a gluten-free and diary free option, they even allowed me to read every last label as a ceoliac that is honestly amazing and wish more places were this accommodating.
Easy to find with ample free parking, this clean spot offers quick service and a welcoming vibe that makes for a comfy experience.

Good location, easy to find, plenty of free parking (for 3 hours), you give them your registration on arrival. The staff were friendly and welcoming, we had comfortable seats and the place was clean. We were served quickly and there was not a long wait between starter and mains. The staff were very helpful with my dietary requirements, even giving me a gluten free menu. The food was tasty and a good sized portion. I would quite happily return.
Cheerful vibes and quick service create a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed outing with attentive staff ready to assist.

Very cheerful serving staff at the pass and also our waitress.
The gluten free gravy was not very hot and I brought it the state of the waitress who dealt with it immediately.

Great gluten free options that aren't listed online and Great hosts. Our waitress Sasha was quick, kind and just a great credit to the local folk.
Stopped here randomly on our way to Snowdonia from London. Its a MUST! Would do it again.
All the locals seem bright and cheerful.

This has for a long time been on my list of places to try, so I decided to book a table. I did this online and received a confirmation email.
It's located in Dawley and away from the town, you have fields and trees nearby. Pleanty of free parking.
I was greeted warmly on entering and took a table upstairs, it is a beautiful old building with lots of character. Tables are nicely spaced, so you have privacy, and it's not too noisy. The background music is tastful and just at the right level. On the far wall, a projector screens an old movie that adds to the atmosphere.
Staff and that applies to all, including the trainee, were excellent.
They have a good menu. I opted for a main and dessert.
The food was excellent, and I would class it as fine dining.
It was not cheap but not that expensive as you got an excellent, well presented meal.
Customer several was excellent.
They cater for gluten-free and have good options
Waiting 20mins before asking someone to come and take our order.
Waited 30 mins for one lot of drinks to arrive then another 10 mins for my children to arrive.
The starters came after saying how long this has taken and my kids are tired and honestly, I’ve never seen anything worse! I wouldn’t even serve them to my dog. The mozzarella sticks were placed on a plate which were rock hard- overcooked. There was no presentation just thrown on a plate. With nothing else. No side sauce, dressing just throw on a plate. Not what they looked like on the menu!
The gluten-free dish was shocking.. again no care, no side sauce or presentation.
No care at all!
being coeliac I felt like I could not take that risk on them being careful if they couldn’t even get the starters right.
I told the waiter I was not paying and they told me I had to pay for my drinks! Which is shocking!!! I would rate this below 1 if I could.
Shocking!!!
Chill vibe by the bowling green with comfy seating, great coffee, and a lively atmosphere—perfect for a quick hangout or tea break!

A little disappointing birthday celebration lunch for my best friend. A party of 10 chatty women could be a handful, but the serving staff came accross quite disinterested!
Having booked some weeks ago we were looking forward to a lovely meal and pleasant celebration. We sat in a character separate dining room with a stunning fireplace; (shame the open fire wasn’t lit given it was -3 outside). We ordered various choices from the menu, but upon reflection, we weren’t asked if “anyone had any allergies”, and unfortunately one of us had to return her meal as she is Celiac. I ordered Steak pie which sounded delicious but was quite dry and the additional gravy, geletinous and very dark. We had to ask for condiments for the tables and at no point did any staff check on us all to ask if our meals were ok or if we should like anymore drinks. The plates were cleared, but nobody came back to ask if we wanted a dessert? When we eventually managed to catch a waitress and asked for a dessert menu, we were told “the kitchen was now closed”. Nobody came in for us to pay the bill, despite asking! Good job we are honest people and paid at the bar and not just walk out unnoticed.
The young Barman, on the other hand was nothing but professional, polite and lovely; a great example to the serving team.
Very much a shame given previous experiences and recommendations here have been good. 🙁

I used to love Coffee#1 but I feel that it has gone the way of Costa and Starbucks in its poor offering for gluten free patrons. We used to be able to get a really good quality carrot cake or polenta cake but over the last year or so we've seen the cake reduced in size and now seems to consist of an overly sweet cappuccino cake. To be honest no one wants to have only the same cake to choose from in several outlets over the year. There are no GF sandwiches and in the Telford branch the coffee is no better than a Costa. What a pity as it used to be great.
Known for its accommodating vibe and attentive service, it's a cozy spot where you'll feel at ease and well taken care of.

First time coming here and have to say, AMAZING. Came a bit early so we went to the “pub” area of Jenko’s. Staff were very kind and friendly. When it was time to be seated. We were given a nice warm welcome, an introduction on how the place works and how you get your meals done. Very helpful. Foodwise, very good and delicious. They do a good job at catering for celiacs and those who have lactose intolerance. Pricewise, decent. The all-you-can-eat Mongolian is worth every penny. However the sides and drinks, such as chips and Koppabergs, for example were a bit pricey. The atmosphere on Friday nights is great however. People bring their own vinyls in and it’s just a really nice place to be at. Definitely going to come here again. Truly great!

Came here last week as a party of six. Greeted by friendly member of staff and promptly shown to our table. My other half is Coeliac and therefore required a strict Gluten-Free option. This presented as no problem at all and Daniel, who had taken our order, went to considerable lengths to explain what she could and couldn't have. When the food arrived it was hot and tasty. There were no complaints from any of the party and everyone enjoyed their meal. Reasonably priced too!
I would definitely eat there again.
Well done to all concerned.
Friendly staff, yummy food and drinks, always have gluten free options which is great. We went in really late so lots of drinks unavailable and no hot food but that's because they were about to close. Only loose a star due to prices being quite high.

Lovely cafe in the heart of Wellington. Dog and gluten free friendly. The homemade leek and potato soup was delicious as was the gluten free raspberry and chocolate cake. Little Ru enjoyed his puppachino too. Comfortable and well decorated. Will definitely visit again.
Walked in on a Friday night with no queue, and even had the Gluten Free bread in stock. Better than visiting McD's oposite with about 30 cars in the drive through queue.
