I love Explorado! A cozy place to read, story or work and delicious gluten free selection. It’s celiac friendly, everything is gluten free. I like to get the cake slices from the fridge and a few cookies!
Expect a vibrant atmosphere in a historic setting with creative dishes, but note mixed reviews on portion sizes and pricing.

Safe for celiacs! They have separate prep areas for their gluten and GF foods, dedicated pans, and make everything from scratch. They have a shared fryer, but serve corn tortilla chips that are made off site in a GF facility.
Recent improvements have restored this spot to its former glory, where lively vibes and tasty options keep the crowd coming back for more.

This place is so delicious! The staff is amazing and super friendly and helpful. After recently figuring out that I am intolerant to gluten had a hard time finding places with many options and almost everything here is gluten-free!
This vibrant local spot boasts a farm-to-table vibe, incredible burgers, a stellar drink selection, and a welcoming atmosphere for all.

One of the best restaurants in town! Especially for gluten free friendly options. The service really stands out here- all the staff is so accommodating and friendly. Tonight I had a situation where they ran out of an essential element in the meal I ordered. Our server, James, and the owner Heidi were extremely sweet and went above and beyond to make sure I still had a pleasant experience. Thank you!!
A cozy spot with a fantastic menu featuring local ingredients and creative drinks, perfect for a laid-back hangout.

Ordered 2 Gluten Free Woodland Pizzas and one with Vegan cheese - 2 BeetJuice drinks at 3 in the afternoon - costs with tip $86. Way cheaper at Crazy Karl's for gluten free/dairy free and a much larger pizza.
It was tasty but way overpriced. Cloth napkins don't match how the restaurant is rundown with the floor upheavaling, the curtains sun faded and one burned, the floor dirty, Christmas decor up in mid February.
Expect a delightful breakfast experience with a focus on crepes and an impressive bakery that’ll keep you coming back for more.

Delicious and plenty of GF + vegetarian options. I had a buckwheat crepe and that was perfectly done, and no symptoms of being glutened later on (celiac).
A charming spot with a variety of unique sauce options and a delightful macadamia coffee that keeps flowing.

Check your receipts carefully. I ordered a Monterey scramble ($13.70) with extra veggies and gluten free bread. "Gluten Free Avail" clearly stated on the menu. Yet, $2 more was a surprise. Also, I was charged for a BYO omelet ($15.70) and an additional $6 for those extra veggies that at best were a tablespoon added into the scramble. The BYO comes with four choices/ ingredients. There was no way I received that amount of veggies - the four in the BYO and 3 additional charged to justify these extra charges. In fact, my friend's BYO was larger than my 'scramble' aka BYO. No pictures of the actual order as why would I think I would be charged $10 more ($2 more for the BYO, $2 bread, and $6 for the veggies). I know charges include labor. These are beyond reasonable, however.
And, unfortunately, I was needing to hurry out and failed to catch this awful practice. Usually like this place. However, this leaves a huge reason never to come back. You have to wonder about a place where you can't trust their charges.
Cozy spot with unique, flavorful coffee and a charming outdoor seating area, perfect for enjoying a quick break.

Wonderful spot for incredible coffee and food. Bindle has THE best gluten-free biscuit breakfast sandwich, and their scramble is gluten-free, dairy-free, and divine. Staff are quick and welcoming. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Long time Avos fan, great for families and kiddos. They're pretty good about accommodating food allergies as well, with a house of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free, it's an easy option for a casual meal. Staff have been a bit surly at times, but reasonable service generally.

Food here is great. I went regularly for the last several years and it was my comfort spot as someone with celiac and a love for Thai food.
Unfortunately, one of the employees somehow obtained my phone number from their system and attempted to contact me for months. Despite asking him to leave me alone, he continued to call and text. When I was finally in at the same time as the owner, I explained the situation and she apologized but took no action on my behalf. My friends and I no longer feel comfortable dining here while he is employed!
A popular spot for great vibes and charming seasonal offerings, plus an amazing patio for summer fun and refreshing cocktails.

I'm so glad we found this place!
Everything about it is great and I mean everything!
My friend had the very well done plain hand pressed burger. I had the pink inside black and blue hand pressed on a gluten-free bun.
I finished it off with a delectable and delightful key lime pie made in house!
It's our new favorite place to go and we're from Longmont!
This spot offers vibrant flavors, expert drink pairings, and easy parking, making for a relaxing and enjoyable outing.

5 stars – Great Gluten-Free Options, Flavorful Food, and Excellent Service!
We had a fantastic experience at Austin’s American Grill! They’re incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to gluten-free dining, with plenty of safe options and careful protocols in place to avoid cross-contamination—which gave us total peace of mind.
The food was cooked to perfection and full of rich, satisfying flavor. Their mixed drinks were also excellent, and the staff’s wine pairing suggestions were spot-on. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and well-informed.
Pro tip: Skip the stress of hunting for a street spot and head straight to the Laporte parking garage. It’s just a short walk away and much easier, especially since street parking is time-limited before 6 PM.
If you’re looking for a delicious, safe gluten-free dining experience with great drinks and even better service, Austin’s delivers on every level!
Expect delicious food but be prepared for a bit of a wait and some hiccups with order accuracy from the staff.

Let em start by saying the food is incredible and you should eat here. BUT I had the worst experience with the blonde girl taking orders tonight 3:39 pm 6/7. She didn’t know anything about the menu and took forever to take the order. I asked her if the side on tap was gluten free and she said “I have no idea do you want to try it?” I know she meant well but come on, doesn’t that defeat the purpose of needing to know if it’s gluten free? I bet you it took me 10+ minutes to order a burger while she was looking for the buttons on the register. Maybe she’s new or something but I almost considering not ordering and going somewhere else. This poor girl needs some more training before you put her out there alone. I haven’t got my order yet, I’ll update the review of it’s wrong lol
I frequent this coffee shop that is close to my house. The staff is always calm and inviting and the food is just delicious. They have gluten free options too .

Sitting on the back patio is like a small taste of wine country. The service was really good. The food was tasty. The portions are good. The drinks are delicious. We got right in at 4:45pm for dinner. They list out all of the gluten friendly dishes and the servers are clear when it is gluten friendly vs. gluten free.
Expect speedy service for large groups and a variety of options, but be ready for limited coffee and popular dishes that may run out.

We came in a large group of about 30 and they got us all of our food in about and hour! Our waiter was very attentive. There were a bunch of different options for everyone, including gluten free toast. Only critique would be the coffee selection is small. They ran out of their pumpkin pancakes which was disappointing because we all wanted to try them! But the regular pancakes were delicious…and massive!

Absolutely love Butterfly! This has been a weekly stop for our household since I first discovered it 4 years ago. You can never go wrong here. The sandwiches are amazing—the focaccia bread is SO good, and if you’re gluten intolerant like me they also use good gluten free bread. My go-to is the lunchbox! It’s a sandwich, cookie (today was a fresh baked oatmeal raisin), a bag of Boulder chips, and your choice of drink—I suggest the hibiscus refresher. They also make great breakfast, awesome coffee, and refreshing and nourishing smoothies! This is hands down one of the best little spots in Fort Collins. Bonus?! The tomato soup. Best. In. Town.

We just finished an afternoon gathering of 140 women - and Get Plattered’a beautiful cheese, fruit and nut boards were the centerpiece of our refreshments. The boards were beautifully presented and set up by the two chefs delivering and all the offerings tasted just as good as they looked. There were also yummy crackers, honey, jams, blueberries, figs, plums, olives and some sweets. Get Plattered easily accommodated our need for one of the 3 platters to be gluten free. We couldn’t have been more pleased.

We usually love BJ’s for their food, service and gluten free options for my wife who has a gluten allergy, this visit was a exception, however, service was slow, it took forever for our food to come out, my wife’s meal came out and luckily we questioned the bun on her sandwich as it was ordered gluten free and was supposed to be gluten free and it was not, if my wife would have eaten it she would have been sick for the night, by the time her food finally was redone and brought to the table I was done with my meal, we never saw a manager anytime during the entire visit, they usually do a very good job but this experience was very disappointing
After posting this I was contacted by someone from the corporate office that was very apologetic and concerned about what we experienced. He wanted all of the details of the visit and assured us he would follow up on this situation. Since this was isolated and they showed concern we will be visiting again as we have always loved it there prior to this visit.
Update, after posting the review and talking to the director of operations I am totally satisfied with their concern and assurance of follow up on this situation, like I said this was a isolated experience here and will definitely return, I was reassuring to see their concern and follow up
The vibe in here is so nice and the food once matched the elevated space. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. I used to love their salmon dish with the beet purée and was looking forward to ordering it today. They got rid of that item and had a new salmon dish on the menu, it was no longer gluten free but I asked if I could get it without the gluten item (farro). The waitress told us she would check and let us know. She never came back to confirm if it was possible or what I’d be getting and when I finally flagged her down about 20 min after ordering, the food was already out. For a $33 dish, I was given salmon and wilted greens. I asked if there was a substitute offered for the farro and she said she could do mashed potatoes. They came out quickly which I appreciated but had I not asked, the meal would have been very disappointing given the wilted greens were the only thing paired with the salmon. The greens were witty and ruined the taste of what I imagined to be a great pairing. For the price, I expect to have fresh food. Luckily, the salmon was delicious. We usually don’t complain (or even give bad reviews) but we decided to let the waitress kindly know about the greens to which she offered us a free dessert but we weren’t looking for anything for free, just better quality for the next person. When we got the bill, we were charged the full price for the salmon (which was expected) but with an add on for the mashed potatoes. It’s not really about the cost, but the principle of the matter and how poor the service was. The plates are all $30-50 and I feel with that cost should come a certain quality in food and level of service. Unfortunately, I don’t see us dining here again which is a bummer bc it used to be one of our favorites… I’d recommend going to blue agave or the regional instead!
My boyfriend and I really love this restaurant, which we don't say often! The service is always impeccable, and the food is delicious. You get large portions without getting gouged in the wallet. I have to be gluten-free now, and they have gluten-free bread there that tastes great and is barely up-charged, which is awesome since most restaurants try to jack up the prices hard on substitute diet options just because they can. Another great plus here is that you can get breakfast for dinner if you want, which we love to do sometimes. But they also have great burgers and sandwiches too. 4 big thumbs up to this one! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
With diverse options and a strong coffee menu, this vibrant breakfast spot promises delightful flavors and plenty of drink choices for everyone!

I cannot say enough great things about this new restaurant! The menu is incredible and EVERYTHING we ordered was delicious! We are gluten free and there is a whole gluten free and vegetarian menu… not just a few after thought options. I got the shrimp and grits, my son got the gluten free lemon blueberry pancakes and my husband got the Baquezo omelet. The coffee is strong and delicious and there are several cocktails and mocktails to choose from. There is literally something for everyone! We will be back and highly recommend!!
Rush Bowls is a quick-serve, order at the counter, meal-on-the-go trendy spot. They serve a variety of all-natural bowls. They do not have a drive up window. Jargon from inside the shop says, “food that help you thrive, whatever you rush might be”. The broad bowl categories are Acai bowls, Enlightened bowls, Comfort bowls, Adventure bowls, Açaí smoothies and Signature smoothies. When I asked about vegetarian and gluten-free entrees options, the staff told me they can make any bowl gluten-free or vegetarian as they have substitutions for the yogurt (dairy) and a GF granola. Not that it’s needed, but I didn’t notice any bowls specifically for kids. The front entrance is a single door and is level with the parking area, they do not have a door opener for those with limited mobility. My bowl, the beach bowl from the Agai category was tasty. I was a bit surprised at how much cold/frozen yogurt it contained. It did go well with the cappuccino I had just picked up next door at Harbinger Coffee (great coffee stop). I found the portion size to be adequate for the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful helping me through my first visit. Seating inside is limited to 3 tables. Pro tip, come by M-F from 7-9am and get your bowl for $5 versus the normal $7.50. Pease hit “like” if this review was helpful in any way.
