I was traveling a did a to go order. I got 3 pieces of fried chicken, French fries, and a brownie. The French fries were amazing. The chicken was less than stellar. The chicken itself was good but the breading was inedible. It was hard and brown and flavorless. The brownie was okay. Happy to get gluten free food, not worth the 40 price tag for 3 pieces of chicken, French fries and a brownie.

Service was great! Server was knowledgeable about gluten allergy concerns they walked me through the menu and the appropriate things that could be substituted so I could make a decision. There was more than just salad options. And they even had a dedicated fryer for French fries! I got a side of fries with my chicken and did not have any adverse reactions. I'd recommend when you make a reservation that you indicate any allergies they need to be aware of so they can be prepared and begin with that in mind. I would recommend them! Also it's not explicitly fancy, but definitely a snappy casual or higher kind of place. Plan accordingly!

Lovely mid-September late lunch at the 100% vegan street side cafe. Waiter recommended a customer favorite - the Reuben - which was delicious, especially the sauerkraut! He also brought me a complimentary sampler cup of Chana masala soup since it was my first time there. I could have had more - also delicious. Highly recommend and will come back! Lots of gluten free options too.

I was dying waiting for TAQ to reopen for the year! So glad they finally did so I could get the iconic nachos! Our server Nash was so kind and with my friend being gluten free and vegetarian she had a lot of questions but he was super helpful with that. I'd say it's priced pretty fairly for the quality and speed of the food. I spent less than I would've thought and had a delicious high quality meal with quick service. 10/10 recommend!

The atmosphere is nice and so are the ladies working there. I ordered the shrimp bruchetta which was sloppily drenched in a bland sauce w/ a long piece of hair on my cheese toast. The waitress and manager went above and beyond to attempt to rectify the situation....cooking staff obviously needs to wear hair nets. My co-woker ordered a gluten-free salad which wasn't and she had a reaction. I wouldn't return or recommend.

Oh yum! Ordered takeout and it was nothing but delicious! Friendly staff and I’ll definitely be going back :) I always wish that chicken shawarma was gluten-free but it’s no fault of the restaurant. It’d be great to see more gluten free options on the menu!

My book club has been meeting here, which is always wonderful. Tonight was our first time coming for dinner for a special date night. The food was excellent, from the tortilla chip flight to our fabulous entrees (the salmon and the cherry burger) to a delicious and unusual Indonesian dessert (pictured). Kaitlin took such good care of us. I especially appreciated her knowledge and attention to detail regarding my gluten free diet. We will definitely be back!

Tons of gluten free options, none of them apparently celiac friendly. Wife did get the gochujang wrap which she said was super tasty, and my raspberry mocha latte was delicious, just wish I could have eaten something.

My husband and I fell in love with this place. We both enjoy good Mediterranean cuisine and are very happy to have discovered this restaurant when me moved to the area.
Everything we had here was delicious. My most favorite main dish would be the classic chicken kebabs with lemon potatoes, they make them just perfect.
But the main reason we keep coming here is actually their appetizer of patatas bravas. They are the best potatoes I ever had and are amazing every time.
I also always have their Tarta de Santiago. It’s a light dessert with a unique taste and texture. And it’s gluten free.
The waiters are very pleasant, professional and helpful.
The atmosphere is just right, calm and relaxed.
We can’t wait to come here every month.

I was here on a day in November, visiting from Canada, when the rest of my family was at the football game. I ordered the smoked salmon toast with gluten free bread (I am gluten intolerant but not celiac). They explained how they used separate toaster, board, utensils to avoid contamination. I also have a dairy allergy and they substituted the ricotta with hummus. The food was delicious! I can’t remember the last time I had such a savoury lunch. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend the Ann Arbor location!

We made reservations to celebrate our 9 year Anniversary at Weber's. We frequent Ann Arbor, but this was our first visit to the restaurant. We will definitely be back! Our waitress Kelly was phenomenal! She asked about any dietary restrictions immediately after taking our drink orders. She brought me the gluten free menu and told us about the daily specials. They started us off with a bread basket with fresh baked bread, some toasted, butter and pate, which I skipped but my partner greatly enjoyed. We had the shrimp cocktail as an appetizer. The shrimp were humongous and full of flavor! My filet mignon was cooked with a wonderful char on the outside but still a perfect medium on the inside. The whipped potatoes were the best I've ever had, which is saying a lot because potatoes are my favorite food! My partner said the prime rib was a perfect medium rare and the au jus added additional flavor. We were so stuffed we couldn't order dessert, which was disappointing as they had a wonderful menu of delicious treats! Halfway through our meal we noticed they started the live entertainment with a piano player. It was a delightful surprise that added to the ambiance of the evening. I can't wait to go back! I'll be ordering the scallops next time!

This was my first time there and I was very impressed! Their drink menu has quite a few choice, something for everyone (alcoholic and non) and prices are very comparable to the area. I chose the Collins with vodka and it was very flavorful and refreshing! Their food menu is small but still had a lot to offer; vegetarian and gluten free options as well! So many things looked very good but I decided the steak frites. The all time best was when the steak came out cut into slices (cooked perfectly)!! A lot of chefs I feel are afraid to cut into steaks but I actually prefer this so there is no question on the cook of it! The portions were great, pricing seemed fair and all around taste and presentation was awesome. I can’t leave the staff out, they were all great!! Our server was very attentive and friendly! Even when we walked out a gentleman said to have a good night as he was coming back in from garbage duty! I will definitely be recommending Sam Hill and will of course be back!

My family has been going here for years. Before my gluten issues I would always order the French toast with Dearborn ham(it was my favorite). The food is cooked on one grill that is not gluten free. Service is Amazing. Wonderful hometown Coney.
So Ashley's was waaay ahead of the game when it comes to high quality beer, and they are frankly the best I've ever seen. There is always something new to try here and this is the only place I've ever seen with the Duchesse de Bourgogne on tap. That alone means every time I'm in Ann Arbor, I'm stopping here.
Also, the beer is amazing, but don't let us forget that the food is great with plenty of vegetarian and gluten free options and the scotch selection is also unparalleled.

First time ever going to a restaurant like this. Salad bar was amazing, and there were a lot of gluten free options. There are some nice free add ons, but buyer beware anything they say is al a carte is going to be pricy!!! Everything was delicious though, and an overall fun experience. All the meats were excellent.

The staff are super friendly. Food is delicious. The chef heard I had a gluten allergy and made a special dessert just for me that was AMAZING . I was dining alone and they made me feel at home. Great experience all around.
I have a lot of crazy and sever food allergies. I was thrilled when I read on their website that they cater to a gluten/dairy free menu. I called up to confirm and spoke with Mike. He talked to the chef about my allergies and was assured it would be fine. And it was! I was there Monday night, so sorry I do not remember the name of our waitress who was wonderful! The card with all the sides and allergies listed was a godsend. She was so helpful. The flank steak was great. The wine was very good. Thank you so much to everyone who helped make my food. We need more allergy friendly places like you!

Such an unexpected tree to find delicious Staples in addition to Korean food. We came here for the Korean bibimbap which they will make gluten-free. Spouse got an amazing burger and fries. So so so tasty. Highly recommend.
This is my absolute favorite place in Ann Arbor (probably all of Michigan). I've had just about every item on the menu at this point and would order every single item every time if I could. It's even the best coffee in town if you ask me!
The owner is amazing and is happy to make recommendations and changes to orders based on dietary restrictions. One of my parents is vegetarian and the other is gluten free but there was PLENTY of food for them to eat here and Tamara was awesome with helping them pick everything out.
THEY ALSO DO AMAZING CUSTOM CAKES! This has become my go-to for all the cake in my life.
Do yourself a favor and start eating here today.
The food was delicious and came out quickly! I liked how customizable it was and it was super clear what was vegetarian/vegan/gluten free. With the reasonable prices, I’m sure we’ll be back!
Love the options at Sweetwaters. Hot and cold drinks as well as food. Dairy free milk options and usually some gluten free food options as well. Free wifi too.
This location is attached to/opens to the library. You can go in from the Sweetwater's entrace even before the library opens to use a work room or play in the kids area. The back library door is closed so park out front if you don't want to hike around to the Sweetwaters main entrance.

Went to Cafe Zola with friends for dinner, and it was a great experience overall. We had a reservation and were seated promptly at our reserved time, which was a nice start to the evening. The menu is limited, but what they offer is well-executed.
The absolute standout dish was the Sambar Grilled Chicken Skewers—the sauce was the real star, adding a bold kick that made the dish unforgettable. The flavors still linger, making it a must-try! Though listed as a starter, the portion was generous enough to be a main course. The sauce and chicken complemented each other perfectly, making it a standout dish.
We also tried:
• Shrimp Tacos – Fresh and flavorful
• Brussels Sprouts – Nicely done
• Bread Board – A good starter to share
• Tofu with Ginger Tahini Sauce – Light yet packed with flavor
• Cavalo Nero (Kale pesto & spring pea shoots) – A unique and tasty combination
• Tajarin ai Limone with Chicken (customized with added chicken) – So good! The chicken was cooked to perfection.
• Faroe Island Salmon Fillet – Well-prepared and delicious
The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had a great experience. They also offer outdoor seating for summer, which is something I’d love to try next time. They offer vegetarian and gluten-free options, and the staff is accommodating if you need modifications. It’s best to check with them for specific dietary needs
For parking, we got lucky since it wasn’t too busy, but during peak hours, finding a spot can be tricky as it’s located downtown. However, a private paid parking lot is just a few steps away, making it convenient.
The restaurant falls on the expensive side, and the portions are small, but the flavors make up for it. Next time, I’m definitely trying their crepes and truffle fries! Overall, Great Food, Cozy Ambiance, and Friendly Service. A great spot for a nice meal with friends—just don’t expect a huge menu!
Cozy and upbeat vibe with tempting brunch options; perfect for a weekend hangout, just be ready for a bit of a wait!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ = GF Options!
I was invited to try this place out as a Gift. First of course, the waitstaff were Great. The Atmosphere interior was cozy, and upbeat like what you'd expect from Ann Arbor Spots. The only critic here would be that the side main window view opens up directly to a Gas Station... they could consider completly Blacking those windows out and adding some exterior and interior designs to create a better experience visually. Now the food... "Coffee and the Cups were Great! I also gave a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating "because you can get the pancakes or the sandwiches made with a gluten-free bread option!" Any restaurant still not offering gluten-free just doesn't care too much about their patrons. The food is definitely A Cut above the typical Coney Island breakfast. You can taste the freshness and lack of over used low quality cooking oil you find in Coney's. Ideas; To take the experience to the next level, they could ask if you want your pancakes, plain or pre-buttered?? If the patron choses pre-buttered, there should be a decent coat of hot salted butter on each pancake. Also offer A Sweeter Maple Syrup. Great place to visit, and I would like to come back to try the lunch menu out "as the sandwich menu does look veeeery tempting"!
