Love this place! They’re so accommodating to vegan and gluten free diets. The soup is incredible. Their baked goods are amazing. You’re always going to eat well here and the vibes are amazing. Highly recommend!
Currently staying in the Wilderness Lodge and thought we would try the Whispering Canyon Cafe for dinner the other night. I told the server that I would need gluten free meal as I'm celiac, they assured me that's fine. An hour after my meal I became extremely unwell due to my food being contaminated with gluten, I spent the following day in bed unwell.
The food did taste nice and had spoke about going back until we realised the food was not safe for me to eat.
The staff are extremely fun and friendly in the restaurant.
A cozy spot with unique flavors and fun experiences, perfect for families, where the excitement of doughnut-making meets beautiful packaging and great vibes.

We recently had the pleasure of visiting *The Salty Donut* with our group on National Doughnut Day, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and friendliness, making us feel right at home. The shop itself was spotlessly clean and had a cozy, inviting atmosphere that just added to the charm.
Our group had the unique opportunity to learn about the doughnut-making process and hear firsthand about the life of a baker. The staff was incredibly engaging, patient, and attentive to the children, ensuring all their questions were answered. It was both fun and educational. Our little one still talks about the techniques she learned and loved decorating her own doughnut!
The gluten-free and vegan doughnuts were absolutely delicious! Hands down, the best we’ve ever had; so delicious that I’d gladly drive another 45 minutes just to enjoy them again.
Our little one was particularly impressed by meeting Manager Courtney. She shared with us afterward, “Usually, I only see men who are managers.” It was empowering for her to see a woman leading the team so confidently.
Thank you, *The Salty*, for making our visit memorable, for your delicious doughnuts, for your wonderful staff, and for giving our daughter an experience that went beyond doughnuts! We’ll be back for sure!

The wait was worth it. Three of us ate filet mignon. One of us is celiac and they made sure everything was well identified. They even made the same gluten free desserts. I had braised short ribs and omg melt in your mouth.
A lively spot with a creative menu and impressively tasty options, perfect for a bustling weekend brunch vibe.

I will start with the FEW negatives.
Those dam wooden chairs are HARD.
The wait was LONGGGGG to be seated, as well as the food to arrive at the table.
The waffle 🧇 machine was broken, and I wanted chicken and waffle.
However, it was a Sunday ( a very busy day ), and it was PACKED, not to mention several guests had more than 4 in their party.
Ok.....
Our server is a young man named Taylor, He was TOP NOTCH!!!!!!!
He knew the menu,
He could answer questions without having to turn to another for the answers.
( Yes, it's ok to be new and not know )
He had a BRITE personality.
Ok, the food.
Shrimp 🍤 and creamy cheese grits. The reduction sauce that they are using was beautiful ( I could taste one of the old school cooking techniques that they used to make it rich ) good for them..
They are using a GOOD brand of cranberry 😋 👌🏾 juice that is not watered down or sugared up.
Now, let's talk about those gluten-free banana, butter pecan pancakes, with a side of soft scrambled eggs.
If you did not tell me, they were gluten-free, I would not have known it.
The presentation was simple and beautiful.
The taste was OUTSTANDING,
The cream.
The pecans.
The bananas.
Ohh that sauce.
Go get you some people..
Enjoy a cozy vibe here with an extensive drink menu and a delightful brunch and dinner offerings that'll keep you coming back for more.

I’m so puzzled by the reviews for this place. This is a glorified IHOP but overpriced. They want $6 per gluten free pancake? Come on that’s what a whole dang bag of pancake mix costs! The atmosphere was loud and chaotic. The coffee was awful, the bacon was skinny and floppy, the only redeeming quality was the mimosa but how do you mess up champagne and juice? Don’t waste your time with this place. We didn’t even finish our food, this place ought to be ashamed at the low quality food they’re turning out for these prices.
Get ready for an unforgettable dining experience with amazing service, quick seating, and a variety of options sure to impress anyone!

We were warmly greeted upon arrival and informed that, unfortunately, there was a short wait for a table. However, we could leave a number, and they estimated it would be about 15 minutes. Just 8 minutes later, they found us waiting in the lobby and invited us inside.
Once seated, we were quickly taken care of, receiving our drinks and food in a very reasonable time. Our waiter checked in about our preferred spice levels, ensuring every dish was perfectly spiced for our group. He even recommended the right amount of food, and everything turned out delicious. We felt welcome throughout the entire experience.
My wife has Celiac disease and cannot have gluten, but this didn’t slow them down at all. They were knowledgeable about her dietary needs and handled her allergy with care.
Overall, it was an absolutely amazing dinner with great food and stellar service.
Spacious and bright, this spot offers a cozy vibe perfect for studying, work, or a relaxing day with friends.

The lady behind the counter was polite and friendly enough and tried to help which I appreciate.
Please, be careful if being able to reliably avoid gluten ingredients actually matters for your health. I asked (like I often do) if the GF baked good actually was since it’s not always clear/obvious, even when labeled on the menu.
Yes.
Once I got it, the smell/sensation in my chest gave the sense it was not actually no gluten ingredients so I asked to confirm before I try to eat it. There was some reassurance but some uncertainty. The ingredient list was not in the book, and for me when we don’t know, that means: no I need to pick something else. (I was willing to wrap it up for someone else.) She said she called the owner and the baker which made me feel like she took my concern seriously. Then I was told it was Olde Hearth Sourdough (what the menu says), so I said “I don’t know what that means.”
There was nothing more said.
My friend Google helped- not GF. (Whatever the debate on whether or not someone will react badly to sourdough- I’m not looking to experiment today…)
I guess the bread is already baked (I didn’t put that together and thought it might be a process dough goes through or different blend of ingredients so it’s safe but still tastes like bread) and is lower gluten but absolutely still made with flour.
Friend that was with me ate and enjoyed it.
I’m glad I did not get sick.

This place was great! Vibes were there for sure. Had many milk alternatives for no extra cost, which is amazing. I had a con leche, with macadamia, from Milkademia, which is a favorite. The baristas were nice and knowledgeable. My husband had a siphon coffee, which was both interesting and delicious. He even got to choose between a variety of beans. Gluten-free and vegan options for food as well. Tons of local artists' art available for purchase. House made syrups were awesome and had a couple for sale. Craft sodas. Komcucha. Loose leaf teas. Hot cocoa. Food available from local Buttermilk Bakery. No one turned away for lack of funds. Everyone should be able to afford a good cup of coffee, just ask the staff. Please don't abuse this great system!

Had dinner here to celebrate a graduation. Service was spectacular and the food was amazing. Our waitress Michelle was very patient and accommodating as she explained what menu items could be made gluten-free to cater to my dietary restriction. It was a lovely evening and I hope to be back!

Overall, Lineage has been my favorite coffee shop experience in downtown Orlando. The vibe is very chill, clean, inviting, and lots of people studying/ working. There are outside tables and seating, couches inside, bar seats, and tables. They cater very well to allergies and health - I see a lot of gluten-free options, as well as a chocolate bar made from oat milk and sugar-free! My espresso was $3.75, which is expensive but normal, I guess. It was a LITTLE bitter, but so much better than the other shops. This espresso had a really nice chocolate flavor to it and came with a palate cleanser. Zack helped me out and welcomed me in - very kind and cool guy. Overall, this is probably my favorite place to work and chill and I'll definitely be back soon.
Enjoy a vibrant atmosphere with beautiful decor, deliciously creative options, and a fantastic coffee selection that keeps everyone coming back.

Picasso bakery offers such a warm and cozy environment. It’s my favorite bakery to go to and we always visit when we are in the area. Not only do they offer vegan and gluten-free pastries, but the owner and employees are all wonderful. I highly recommend visiting for delicious boba, fresh pastries, and their soup dumplings.
Expect a vibrant atmosphere with large portions, fresh quality, and a variety of accommodating options for special diets.

Very good Breakfast here. Eggs Benny and a waffle too. Both locations did great with Celiac customers. Could add an indicator on the plate that it is a gluten free or allergy meal so they don't get mixed up. Customers have more confidence that something was done and adhered too.
Extremely rude hostess (Maddie) to answer the phone and advise gluten free options. She had zero knowledge of gluten free options, stated no manager was available and was unwilling to check w/the cook. In fact she stated the cook was unaware of what was gluten free after she faked went to ask lol. Do not trust any of these reviews if you need gluten free!
Chill vibe with a lively atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a delicious coffee and a few more side options to spice things up!

Just a suggestion, they should have more sides besides the ones they already have. For people who do not consume gluten

I’m gluten and dairy intolerant which can make it hard to find places that have delicious food, I went this morning and they have a wrap that’s gluten free! I did avocado instead of cream cheese and WOW I will keep coming back 🫶🏻
I bought a vainilla cake with dulce de leche fill-in and it was delicious. The owner and her staff are dedicated and passionate about their product. They also have delish gluten free options.
After running in the BDR 10K 2020, stopped by and was treated to an outstanding cup of Almond Milk Latte. Staff suggested a Vegan, Gluten Free, Chocolate Banana Muffin, which exceeded all expectations.
Ok people, this place was great. Coffee and muffin was delicious. I will be going back next time I am in town.
A champion Breakfast for the gluten free sensitive: Steak, Canadian bacon, round egg, hash brown and a mango pineapple smoothie. FYI: you can mobile order
I can't eat either gluten or corn. The waitress was very gracious about helping me find something in the menu I could have (they have gluten free bread that isn't made with corn starch or flour!). The food and coffee were delicious and I was delighted to see mimosas on the menu, even though I didn't order one. It is a great place for brunch!

Best coffee in Orlando. Had an iced latte and a gluten-free almond cookie with pecan. The coffee is strong and smooth. Doesn’t have the mass production taste. The staff is friendly.

I came in here with my toddler and a recent order from my doctor to avoid gluten and they accommodated us even though their gluten free wraps weren’t exactly the right ones that they ordered. They also didn’t do the normal up charge since they’re technically smaller. So I was quite grateful. And it was delicious.
As a side note, they have two high chairs that are actual high chairs which made feeding my kiddo lunch a lot easier. (Photo of the tray part for reference)
If anyone is still reading this far, I just want to say that I am impressed and thankful when employees/managers think outside of the box and just make things happen. The world needs more of that. Don’t over complicate things. Be like the employees and managers of this Natures Table.

A gluten free snack dream. Recently going gluten free has made traveling difficult for those quick "I need something to munch on" meals. Wawa had plenty of options. Thank you for that. We who can't tolerate gluten appreciate it! :)
Good food, friendly staff, reasonable prices. This is one of our go-to breakfast places for a reason (try the Eggs Portobello)! They have a solid variety of gluten friendly options, as well.
A must-visit for unique dining with a fun atmosphere, featuring exciting entertainment and reasonable prices near the park.

If you need gluten free this is the place!! My wife cannot eat gluten and when they told me they had a separate gluten free kitchen I was sold for her.
The chicken sandwich came disassembled and gave her no issues through the day! The fries were great as well.
I had gluten filled chicken tenders and fries and it was good as well. Very fresh and seemed much more affordable than other locations in and around the park. Friend staff as well!
