First visit to Southern Olive Oil Company but won't be our last. Clara was so informative about the olive oils and balsamic vinegars. We bought several so we can make homemade salad dressing and try out some new recipes with chicken, fish, & vegetables. They also have a lot of local products and if you are gluten free, this is your place! It also has a bakery & wine bar. A lot of options!

If you are gluten free and vegan (or one or the other) this place is phenomenal. I got the chicken and waffles and the flavors were spot on! Their pimento is delicious here too. The servings are quite large, so you will definitely have leftovers if you don't spilt your meal.

Awesome place. Especially for celiacs. A little pricey—but the food was worth it. Excellent customer service. Great tasting and fresh food. Will come again. Recommend it. (Sad we didn’t do the karaoke.)

Well, we were traveling today and I was to find us a place to eat since I have true gluten allergy. So I searched for something near me and found this little place. Gluten free options! Yes I said options...I was happy to see the GF on the menu. What I didn't expect was, 'Any sandwich can be made gluten free.' Now that is what I am talking about! Wait staff well educated on gluten allergy. Matter of fact she brought us water and dinner bread. When I told her I had a gluten allergy she immediately said let me jot it down and asked me if I would you like gluten free dinner bread. Amazing! For 1st time I get to have bread when rest of family! I enjoyed it very much! Everything I had was delicious! Gluten free potato broccoli cheese soup and 1/2 chicken salad club sandwich made of course on gluten free bread. They also had a gluten free raspberry almond shortbread. I enjoyed everything. Definitely highly recommended especially if you have a gluten allergy!

Sumptuous desserts (including many gluten-free options, marked with hearts in the display case) and coffee served in a relaxed cafe. Open late. We frequently enjoy a 10pm or 11pm dessert at Old Europe after a performance at the Peace Center.

They are the definition of happiness and service!! We stopped for coffee and smoothies. It was such a great, for once, to walk in a coffee shop and have a couple of yummy gluten free options. The GF BlackBerry lemon scone was delicious and so was my match. The staff was hustling, so efficient, nobody standing around starting at the ceiling and they were just so friendly and happy!!! We are from out of town, but this is how my new favorite spot when visiting Mount Pleasant SC

Stopped into beach hippie one of our favorite spots as locals. My fiance was reading the label of the gluten free donuts when an older lady from behind the counter snapped at him for holding the donuts up and reading the label. He has celiac disease and reading ingredients are important to him. She then gave him a label to read and he said thank you and made a comment that if you don’t want anyone to pick the donuts up to read the label to put the label on top of the container or on the counter. She then grabbed the donuts smacked a label on top of the container and slammed it down in front of him. He was just making an honest suggestion. That was no way to treat what used to be loyal customers.

I’m not surprised this place had a two hour waitlist today-the food is amazing, and the service is unsurpassed! We loved the gluten free blueberry pancakes, and my father in law swore the turkey sausage was identical to his late mother’s breakfast sausage. The gluten free brussels are out of this world good! We loved it so much we went back again the next day. Do yourself a favor and dine here!

I had eggs cheddar cheese and bacon in a gluten-free crepe. The waitress was very accommodating absolutely sweet they kept refilling my decaffeinated coffee it was wonderful best coffee I've had in a while. The greeting staff was just as kind I got to pick my own table while I waited for my sister-in-law. My sister-in-law treated me to lunch everything was just perfect. I forgot to take pictures.

What a wonderful restaurant! Food, staff and atmosphere are marvelous! Quaint, charming and very southern. Gluten free options and not too pricey. Fried green tomatoes - 8/10 Brussel Sprouts - 7/10 - cooked with a little too much oil. The sauce has a little kick. Nice, but everyone should know. BLT - so so so good. 9/10 Cobb Salad - 8/10: green, fresh and ripe in all the right ways. Right down to the avacado. Aperol Spritz - 7/10: The sparkling wine or persecco is very dry. Pineapple mimosa- 8/10: again, very dry sparkling.

Stopped in on Sunday on the way home from camping. We ordered 6 gluten free donuts to go. The box seriously was so heavy which I should have thought something was off from that. The donuts were cold and were completely dense and rock hard. They crumbled like sand. Worse gf donuts I’ve ever experienced. We’ve been to a different location and they were good so I’m not sure what went wrong here.

Love this place! Great place for brunch. Grabbed some coffee and avocado toast. Lots of gluten free options and vegan options. The store side had a great selection of grocery and premade food options. I can’t wait to come back and try everything!

We had lunch as a family of five when we first arrived to HHI. It was perfect to walk to from our hotel. We were seated quickly and enjoyed the indoor table since it was warm out. One of our daughter's has a gluten allergy (Celiac Disease) and did not have a reaction from her GF chicken ceasar wrap. Their menu is marked so that you can have an allergy safe meal which we truly appreciated! Thank you!

I went here today with 6 members of my family. We had a great waitress, she was very friendly and attentive. We all got something different as far as our meals, and everyone was saying their food was delicious. One of us had the gluten-free pancakes. She said they were great. I got the Fried Chicken Salad. It was very good. My only complaint is that the bowl they serve it in is not user-friendly. While it is nice to look at and makes the food aesthetically appealing, you can't lay your fork and knife on the edge as you do when you're eating. 🫤 I had a great cup of coffee, and others had Mimosas. The restaurant was busy the entire time we were there. There wasn't a spare table, and people were sitting at the bar. But, the service is quick and the flow of people was moving quickly. We all agreed we will go back soon.

My wife and I first time here and we were pleasantly surprised! The food and baked goods were AMAZING!! Plenty of vegetarian and gluten free options. I didn’t feel guilty after the cookie and avocado brownie. They are so kind here and it’s just a very calm spot, especially on a Saturday morning. I like the simplicity of the menu as well. The only thing I wish for their drinks would be a slightly larger selection of syrups. And for their matcha, I wish they had a matcha whisk. It will help break up the clumps of matcha. Either way, the place is awesome, plenty of parking, lots of outdoor seating, right infront of the water. 10/10 recommend! I’d gate-keep this place if I could but it’s too good NOT to share.

Tell me why they packaged the gluten free and vegan cookies together? They wouldnt send replacements and wanted to give me a refund of not even half. Id tell you how they are but my family members would literally be in the hospital if they ate them. Also, did I mention this was a birthday gift!?

I got a breakfast sandwich to go with gluten free bread. I made it clear it wasn’t severe and just needed the product gluten free. My brother who ordered with me received his pancakes within 10 minutes. 25 minutes later I checked up on my order and when the woman said she would check up on it she instead went to eat a bite of her snack and then came back and said “they’re working on it”. After waiting for a total of 35 minutes they said they had accidentally put the sausage in the fryer and asked me if that was okay in which I said it’s fine. I get home to eat my breakfast to find all that they put on my sandwich was the egg. I paid almost $20 for a Diet Coke, two pieces of bread and an egg. Not to mention the $9 entrance fee to get onto the grounds. To add no one even apologized about the wait.

We enjoyed the spectacular food of this restaurant today. Everything on the menu is original and handmade, prepared with love and quality ingredients, With vegan and gluten-free options. We tried the hout bay salmon and the harbour road shrimp and it has been a great surprise. An explosion of delicious flavors. The atmosphere in the place is very pleasant and quiet, with a decoration that relaxes body and mind. The people who attended us made us feel at home. Overall, a great experience. A must try.

This is delicious! I got salted caramel in chocolate cone and hubby got rum banana pudding in coconut cone and we are both very pleased with our choices. Read another review about gluten free options so we needed to check it out. Did NOT disappoint!!!

So excited to find a gluten free establishment! The bacon waffle and Peanut Butter Falcon waffle were amazing! All of the drinks we ordered were delicious: crème brûlée latte, lemonade, caffeine & cream (added peanut butter) and spring harvest smoothie! Fantastic lunch/snack!

I have celiac and wanted something gluten free. Came at dinner and had the gluten free burger! Wow! The gluten free bun actually stayed together! Which is rare!!!! The gluten free carrot cake was to die for!!!! I was so full but kept eating! It’s not common for me to find a good gluten freer burger or dessert and tonight I did! So happy! We tried this place during a soccer tournament nearby. We ended up eating there both days. My daughter got the avocado toast both days and loved it. I got an Acai bowl the first day and a gluten-free avocado toast the second day. So so so good. I also got a gluten free key lime dessert to go and it was also delicious.

The food was really good. There are several gluten-free menu items to choose from. I had gf pancakes that were smothered in bananas, a caramel sauce (i think), and nuts. Plus, a side. I would certainly go back, although I wish they had other hot coffee (espresso drink) options. My family enjoyed the food, and the folks that work there were friendly and professional. If we were.lical we would go frequently.
