Sooo delicious! I have celiac i went here for dinner with my sister and i got a fried chicken sandwich with their waffle fries and ohhh my god it was delicious! We got two burgers to go for a late night snack. We’re going back in the morning for breakfast. This is probably my favorite spot while visiting Nashville

It feels like this is the kind of place where you have to know what is good and what isn’t—my husband had a burger bowl which was great and we both enjoyed it, but I got a hot chickn sandwich that was weirdly soft; the texture was off putting enough that I couldn’t tell if I didn’t actually like the flavors of it as a whole. We also got some cornbread which was an odd consistency, which we anticipated as it was gluten free, but it was also fairly bland, perhaps needing more salt? Because my husbands bowl was good I do think they probably have a lot of good options and we just chose poorly. The restaurant itself is casual and cute and we enjoyed the resident outdoor cats.
A must-visit for brunch lovers, featuring a creative menu with standout pancakes that evoke nostalgic flavors and a cozy atmosphere.

Food was amazing. Great atmosphere, rapid service. We dined in. I do not recommend if Gluten Free for actual allergy as I did get ill shortly after leaving as I do with cross contamination. They are spot on with gluten friendly.
This adorable spot impresses with its massive portions, charming vibe, and efficient ordering process, making it a breakfast favorite for many!

My favorite go to coffee place in The Nations. We loved Stay Golden back when they were in a different location and were so happy they moved closer to us! The coffee is superb and the food is delicious (especially the gluten free biscuit). Cozy indoor and outdoor seating. Parking is a challenge but worth the hassle.
Step into a vibrant 50s-60s inspired spot where nostalgia meets innovation, and enjoy a playful menu full of exciting options for everyone!

Every time I've been there the food is so good!! I love that they have so many gluten free options. I got the gluten free Cinnamon roll pancakes and they were AMAZING! The wait can be long. It's a busy restaurant. Just make sure to join the wait list online before you arrive.

I really enjoyed Frothy Monkey’s atmosphere and prices! Due to an autoimmune disease, I have some dietary restrictions. While they tried to work with me, they did not have great accommodations for someone with restrictions (gluten and dairy allergy).
A perfect spot for unique, delicious ice cream with a helpful crew ready to guide you through various options for every taste.

We love Jeni's. We had the strawberry shortcake parfait and ordered it gluten-free. they made it on the back counter with fresh ice cream tubs and, of course, omitted the waffle wedge. It was excellent, and my wife with celiac was able to enjoy it without the fear of cross-contamination. They did an excellent job.
Authentic Tex-Mex with a vibrant atmosphere, fresh house-made tortillas, and a top-notch coffee bar make this spot a must-visit!

The food and the service at Ladybird is unmatched! I’ve been coming here for three years and can always count on them to give me a consistent 10/10 experience. Staff is amazing and the food is incredible. Also, I’m always blown away by how great their coffee is. In the past three years I’ve been vegan, and then gluten/dairy free, and they have always had the best options for that as well!

I was so stoked to see the menu had gluten-free crepe options! I bought the chai tea latte and a cinnamon roll crepe and both were amazing. Friendly staff and easy atmosphere!

Gluten Free lemon Blueberry Pancakes and the salted Carmel coffee. Typically I don't eat or drink this much sugar - but it was sooo worth every sip and bite. It's not a quiet atmosphere, waited about 35-40 min for a table which is pretty average for Nashville. Definitely will return.

Great selection of gluten-free meals on the menu and servers were very knowledgeable and understanding of my allergy. Food was really yummy and the coffee was the best we had whilst visiting nashville. I will be back again next time I'm in Nashville without a doubt.

This place was kind of a cluster.
The good: My wife got the aztec bowl & that was pretty good. And the baked fries that came with my burger were really good.
The bad: They served up a Cesar salad to our friend without any dressing, and had a hard time finding the dressing when asked for some. The Shitake Teriyaki burger was just a smear of mushroom, cabbage, and sauce on a bun and looked nothing like the picture on the menu.
The ugly: They tried to convince me that a whole wheat bun was gluten free. It took a few minutes, but they eventually checked the packaging from the buns and re-made the burger on a small GF bagle. They didn't actually have any GF buns despite it being on the menu, and it sounded like their cook didn't know what GF meant. This could result in someone with ceilac getting really sick from their food. I expect better from a restaurant like this.
Quirky vibes and live music create an inviting atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a flavorful variety that keeps everyone coming back for more.

I recently spent a week in the Nashville area. This was the first place I ate at and my favorite by a mile. The food was plated well and very flavorful, with lots of variety. They were able to accommodate for one of my party member's gluten allergy with no issues, too. The atmosphere was funky and eclectic, yet still very inviting. They have a stage for live music, too. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Great vibes and tea selection, comfy seats. Love coming here to work, very LGBTQ friendly and welcoming too. I just wish they had tea refills but they have gluten free stuff so that makes up for it lol!

I want to start by stating I believe I showed up during their rush. I placed an order ahead of time and pulled up to the drive up window and waited for about 10 minutes while they prepared an order ahead of me. Mine was ready when I pulled up. Would recommend parking and walking in to prevent being delayed, there is no way to get out once you pull up in line. They forgot my side of sauce and did not toast the bread, as I requested. Ended up going inside to get the sauce but didn’t request a new sandwich because I figured it would take awhile and ended up just toasting the bread at home. Interacted with two different staff members. They were not rude, but definitely did not have a pleasant demeanor. Like I said I did arrive during a rush, but the service was subpar. I will say I definitely appreciate the gluten free options, but will likely try a few other places before giving this place another shot.
A cute spot with great vibes, delicious drinks, and unique decor that’s perfect for hanging out, just be ready for the busy crowds!

Amazing match latte and coffee drinks. The breakfast wrap, my husband confirmed, is delicious with a unique touch (pesto as an example). I'm gluten free so options are limited but they have them (sweets too: brownie and chocolate chip cookie currently). It's a lax vibe with seating but not an abundance of it. This is more of "eat, sip, and socialize" vibe which we prefer. Ample parking as well.

We used Cocorico to cater an event for breakfast and lunch. The food selection was fantastic and the owner, Elodie, graciously provided both vegetarian and gluten free options. We enjoyed a nice spread of pastries for breakfast and a "to-go picnic" for lunch, which included baguette sandwiches, a side salad, and chocolate cake. Everyone was very happy with the food and with the beautiful presentation that the Cocorico team put together. I would highly recommend them for your catering events!

Same food you get at first watch except you order at the counter. Gluten free toast and omelette.
Just be aware of the parking tattlers who were waiting for me to come out to my car when I got done eating. They told me I couldn't park in the retail parking for more than 2 hours. If the line is out the door and you have to wait on food to be served, it could certainly take that long!

Great gluten free sandwich options. Wonderful catering side of business. Super easy to order online and pick up. Great take home food if you don’t want to cook. Best chicken salad in town. Veggie sandwich is the best in town.
Nothing really extraordinary about this place, other than they have many 'flavors' of chicken salad. It's a great bang for your buck if you are craving this 'southern delicacy'. I was kind of underwhelmed by my portion, but I did not get it on bread because I have a gluten allergy and no gluten free bread. It would be super cool if they used a local vendor for bread and had that option in the future!
I got the nachos this time, but have done the chicken the past! Loved them both. Glad to have a dark meat option- if you're stuck eating the white meat, you're missing out! I can't eat gluten, and this place has plenty of options for me. The service is low key but warm- I've felt right at home. Nobody is going crazy to kiss up to you, but you get what you need! Sometimes it can get loud in the Berry Hill location due to the building, but I always go for lunch and don't mind the noise. The jerk sauce is great, and the sides are quality.

Hands down, E+Rose is one of the best! I highly recommend the establishment for their high quality food and drinks in a chill and modern atmosphere with friendly, professional hospitality. Although it’s vegan, people with almost any diet can find a menu item for their meal because it’s so good. I enjoy their Giddy Up Iced Latte and Pro Bowl. The Super Caesar Salad, Lettuce Wraps, and Rawcos hit the spot! The selection of pastries from Morsel, a local gluten free bakery, remains a great breakfast—or any time of day—treat. For sure, give it a go!

We came in an hour before close and the staff was so kind and helpful. I'm gluten free and we do not have treats like this back home. We came for the crepes, they were amazing!!! But the tacos were even better!!! Make sure you get both to mix and match! So good! Thank you for great service and amazing food!

A bit difficult to find a parking spot but they serve a delicious gluten free avocado toast here! They were very busy when I got there. It was a challenge to find a table as well. Golden milk latte was way too sweet. I was unable to finish it.
Love the atmosphere here and it's easy to lose track of time reading and sipping a hot tea. As I am now gluten free, i will miss the delicious pastries.

Wonderful little diner/BBQ place just outside of Nashville. It is a great drive getting there and you will get to see the wonderful town of Franklin. There was no wait as they have plenty of tables. When you walk-in you are in awe of all the celebrities that frequent the place. Menu is fully loaded with options gallore. Asked about Gluten Free and the Manager came over to discuss options......stated that they could make almost anything GF. Although I wasn't GF....planning ahead. I ordered the Pulled Pork Omellete and may have been the best anywhere. Hashbrown casserole was terrific but the best was the start of the meal with the biscuits......oh the biscuits. Ordered the Chess Pie to go......definitely worth the drive (20 min. from Vanderbilt).....you will not regret it!

Popped in on a Sunday to this local, Black-owned establishment for a quick breakfast. It is so visually pleasing...inside and out. Giving very much AESTHETIC. Ordered a Blue Matcha Latte and a Gluten-free Blueberry Corn Muffin. Sooooooo delicious! I also bought a reusable hot sleeve for hot beverages with the All People logo. The lady that served me was so nice and polite. I will MOST DEFINITELY be returning to partake of more goodies.
