We visited during our vacation and had an incredible experience. Our server, Ellie, was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and ensured that my daughter, who has Celiac, had all the items clearly marked as gluten-free. They use separate fryers and cooktops, and even offer gluten-free buns and wings! The food was so delicious that we decided to come back the very next day!

I had a great experience here with celiac disease. The server answered my questions confidently and personally walked me through the menu. They confirmed when bringing out the cauliflower appetizer that it had come from the dedicated fryer. I enjoyed a burger and tater tots. Highly recommend!

Best breakfast I’ve EVER had. I got the Scromble of The Day. Tomatoes and Chimichurri *chefs kiss* I’m gluten free and the GF English muffins were great.. I got TWO with my breakfast. My dad got the breakfast burrito and he loved it! Super cool spot to check out in downtown Minneapolis.

A personal favorite. Menu is always a crowd pleaser in our group. Love the gluten free options. Service is always top notch, feels like it is balanced between attention and privacy. We will keep coming back for great food and great service. The Christmas ambiance is the bomb. So festive.

Very GLUTEN-FREE/ DAIRY-FREE friendly! I visited September 7th after work and enjoyed the happy hour menu. Everything was as beautiful as it was scrumptious! I had sushi and the fried chicken and hot sake. I also ordered 1 serving of Uni. It was the perfect after-work treat! I highly recommend this gem. The server/bartender was very knowledgeable about the menu and a cheery, helpful attitude. I will 100% be back as often as I can. Nice portions, delicious sushi!

A clean convenient location for lunch or dinner with a variety of food options and excellent service. Gluten sensitive and healthier options are available, and we were told they use a dedicated gluten sensitive fryer. We liked the gluten sensitive options so much we forgot to take a picture when we first got them :). Sorry!

My wife and I had the welcome party for our wedding here and Halina and the rest of the Number 12 crew were amazing! Halina took extra care to put together a wonderful charcuterie appetizer for us, and they did a fantastic job accommodating one of our gluten free guests. The space was perfect for mingling with everyone and there was space for the kids to play games outside. I can’t recommend this place enough for an event, or even just a delicious drink!

Celiac disease sucks. So when a place offers a gluten free bun I give them a shot. First time was great. I would’ve given the place 4/5 stars at least. But now I’m angry. We got smash burger delivered via doordash. I ordered a gluten free bun. Our order arrived and I was suspicious. This was too soft for a gluten free bun. So I took a hesitant nibble. My gears were confirmed. While I shouldn’t have had that tiny nibble, smashburger should’ve given me what I ordered. Is it so hard to pay attention to the order?

My parents came to town and I wanted to take them somewhere upscale and cool. Josefina was just the right place! The pizzas are so good and they do have a gluten free crust option for both the pizza and pasta so big bonus for that too. Great experience overall.

The menu was very limited. I’m gluten and dairy free and. Can usually find good options at most restaurants. My options were very limited. I was hoping to have a salad, but they were very basic. We had a whole conversation about gluten free and I asked for the burger with no bun or cheese and it still came with a bun. Even if I could eat gluten I thought it was a very limited menu. Won’t go back.

We had a fantastic experience. We came on a Friday night during the summer at 5:30; we had reservations we made an hour prior. The server, the meat guys, and (I think it was) the manager were all super attentive. We were asked many times how everything was and if we had any special requests for different meats even. The food was fantastic and we had more than we could ever want! As soon as we flipped our signal to green, we were flooded with options. Our favorite was the garlic steak. The mashed potatoes with stroganoff from the salad bar was also a huge highlight! As a gluten free eater, I was just delighted with the abundance of great food I could eat. I was also impressed by how fast everything was. I was a little hesitant to go with some of the bad reviews I read, so I thought it was important to say that we did not have a slow experience at all! We were in and out in 45 mins. It was so fast!

Please do not offer gluten free buns if you are not going to educate your staff on proper safety for your gluten free / Celiac Disease customers. I couldn’t order from the kiosk because it didn’t have the option for the GF bun so I had to go to the cashier and when I asked about the gf bun she was confused but someone in the back said they had one. Then I asked if the sauce was GF and no one knew so I just said no sauce then but they were very confused because their was 2 different spreads on the burger and I said neither if you cannot confirm if they are GF and then the attitude started. I wanted to cry right there. It’s hard enough traveling but to be given attitude when trying to get food when you’re hungry, not knowing if it will make you sick or not is just so stressful. I have to throw this away because I literally don’t know if they messed with my sandwich just to be nasty or not.

Loved it! Yummy! And 100% gluten-free! Two things that would make it better: - offer samples of the base flavors since the kids didn’t end up liking all the flavors they chose - huge missed opportunity to not have color-changing spoons that turn a cool color when they get cold

Absolutely love Nautical Bowls. Every bowl I've tried has been delicious, tastes fresh and feels like clean eating. No guilt here. My only challenge is just getting one. Definitely recommend, especially if a person has gluten or dairy allergies. Better than Coldstone or Cherry Berry.
