Extremely knowledgeable servers and chefs! Delicious food and extensive wine list. Door (not sure how this should be spelled) and Miss Jackie made sure my meal was Celiac-safe. Such a pleasure eating somewhere they honestly care about serving a Celiac patron safely. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed the food here and was so grateful to find a place that had a lot of gluten free options. I was able to try gumbo and gf beignets (calas) and they were very delicious 😊 the service was also pretty quick and friendly.

The food was awesome! And Henry is the man! His recommendations were the selections that I went with and he took care of me with regard to my gluten allergy. I went with the red fish and it was so good. It was the perfect end to my 60th birthday celebration in the Big Easy.

As a vegetarian with Celiac Disease, I felt so comfortable ordering from their menu since everything is gluten free. Our food was delicious and the staff was extremely attentive. Prices were also bery reasonable. My husband who eats gluten and meat said his food was also phenomenal, so highly recommended for everyone!

Loved our meal!! Gluten free fried seafood combo, and gluten free fried artichokes with marinara - all tasty, amazing!! Even better, after being my messy self our waitress offered me the use of her Tide to Go stick, amazing service. I love this place!

Omg. This place was amazing. Great cocktails and an abundance of gf Snack/ bar menu options. Including fries, spicy kimchi fries, and wings that were all stunning. My group of 11 literally ordered dishes over and over again to share. The only dish bit be ordered multiple times? The one dish with gluten.
Expect a wait but enjoy a cozy atmosphere with flavorful, well-prepared dishes that cater to various dietary preferences; truly worth it!

This was my first time visiting this establishment, and I have to say my experience was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The service was warm and attentive, and the food? Simply amazing. Every dish had such bold, unique flavors, and I really appreciated the wide variety of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options on the menu.
I ordered the Crab Scramble with vegan eggs, which was packed with flavor. I also got a side of the bison sausage it was my first time trying bison. While I personally prefer chicken or seafood over red meat, the sausage was still well-seasoned and tasty, with subtle notes of onion and bell pepper (not sure if that was intentional, but it worked!).
My mom ordered the Shrimp and Grits, and I got to try a bite and wow. It was a flavor explosion. I've never tasted anything quite like it before rich, savory, and perfectly balanced.
We all shared the Bananas Foster Pancakes, which were sweet but not overpowering, with a unique flavor that really stood out. I also tried their Iced Matcha Latte delicious and classic in taste. If you're looking for a traditional, less-sweet matcha, this is the one for you.
My cousin ordered the Cat Daddy Biscuit, and once again great flavors, perfectly cooked, and the sauce was on point. My aunt went with the Bearcat Breakfast, a more traditional option, but she swapped in the bison sausage, and it paired beautifully with the eggs and potatoes.
The only downside? Parking can be a bit tricky, and there might be a wait ours was about an hour. But trust me, it’s absolutely worth it.
Next time I'm in New Orleans, I’ll be back without a doubt!

Brian the server and young architect: My wife and I have worked in fine dining, Ruth's Chris and Brennan's, New Orleans; most servers find a way to irk me and disappoint. Brian's service was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and friendly without getting in the way of our date.
Food: You can scarcely complain about any of the creole and New Orleans fusion served at Eliza; we have been loyal in particular for the gluten free fried seafood. For such a high quality place, however, I was disappointed to learn they are still using the industrial biproduct, "vegetable" oil, in their fryer instead of beef tallow or at least refined peanut oil (which does *not* cause allergic reactions).
I selfishly hope Eliza's can commit to clean oils in their kitchen, so they can once again be our go-to for fried seafood and perfect destination to show out of town friends a refined but casual experience of excellent south Louisiana fare.
This spot has a cozy vibe with a unique farm-to-table experience, offering interesting dishes that'll keep you coming back for more.

Ordered the burger, medium rare, and it was burnt. Order a gluten-free bun, which is normally good, but this one was so hard. I couldn’t bite into it. Ordered the chard cauliflower and it was barely cooked. Complete waste of money.

I have Celiac and almost every dish can be made gluten free. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The Kale and Beet salad was killer, and for dinner, I had the Arrabbiata with gf pasta, gulf shrimp, cherry tomatoes, capers and calabrian chili. I would love to have tried it with the squid ink pasta... damn gluten! Either way, it was truly amazing. The Panna Cotta with local strawberries and balsamic did not disappoint.
Fabulous place, fun atmosphere, maybe a little loud. Overall I'd give 10/10.

I was hoping for a good meal away from the French Quarter, but we got so much more. The entrees were SOOO good, they truly took us by surprise. I’ll remember the chicken and the shrimp dishes for a while.
I rarely order dessert, but after an entree that good, I needed to see what dessert offered. The Salted Peanut Pie was delicious. Only thing of mention was about the lack of gluten free dessert options - typical ice cream and sorbet offering.
This spot in the French Quarter stands out with its vibrant dishes and unique menu options, making it a must-try while exploring New Orleans.

One of the distinguishing features of this - of all French Quarter New Orleans restaurants is that the menu is designed to have dedicated gluten free options for classics like fried seafood. It also happens to have an excellent gf/df spin on a traditional Shrimp Creole, with an addicting bed of vegetables, including some bright and punchy pickled peppers that just make the entire dish pop. As someone with food allergies, this being my first food stop in NO has set the bar super high for me. (Sorry, no photo - ate it all too fast!)
A perfect spot for fun vibes and tasty dishes, with creative frozen drinks and a cozy atmosphere that's ideal for gatherings or special occasions.

I am gluten free but the others with me were not. The charbroiled and raw oysters are amazing! And they're gluten-free except you have to ask for bread on the side. I probably did not order the right thing, but I had the grillled shrimp which were meh and the fries that were nice. for gluten full people, the beignets were a hit and also the gumbo and bisque

My wife has a gluten allergy and did not get sick here. When she eluded being allergic, Micah promptly gave her a special menu. She got the Goodnight burger as a bowl and I got the Doddy Melt. Both were delicious. When she wanted a side of ranch, Micah let her know it had jalapenos in it. She is NOT a spicy fan, but said it was delicious but hot.

We went here specifically for gluten free food. The owner was there and super friendly. We ordered gluten free fried green tomatoes, shrimp, crayfish, catfish, pickles, and fries. The coating/breading was light and airy.
We were the only ones in the restaurant. It was a little awkward, quiet, and dark.

What a blessing to have this restaurant in our community! I love knowing that I can purchase meals that are truly healthy for my body. Each week, the owner works tirelessly to prepare organic, gluten free, and dairy free dishes, casseroles, and desserts to customers, and I have never been disappointed! I absolutely love the Meal Rx service! Because of this service, I'm able to ensure that I have the highest quality meals for an entire week at a time. If you are a working individual or have other time constraints that don't allow for meal prep, you really need Meal Rx in your life!
I hope you choose to give this restaurant a try! Not only are you supporting a business that is trying to better the health of the community by offering genuinely clean food, you are also supporting local farmers who are vested in producing food that is raised and grown cleanly! Thank you to For His Temple for being the example for others to follow!

We waited 40mn for a table for a late dinner. The person at the reception wasnt the friendliest but we were hungry. BIG SHOUT-OUT to Paul on the merch side to be kind enough to talk to us while we waited! We finally got a table and ended up waiting 15/20 mn to get a server. Wasnt too thrilled about that. Server was nice and informative on food allergies though. They have a gluten free menu available, but the seasoned fries weren't gluten free, needs updated. We got a burger and a pulled pork sandwich with green beans sub for fries. Overall wasnt impressed with the food specially for the price. Manager came to check on us and we ended up talking about music and tattoos! Memorabilia was interesting on the walls.
A vibrant spot with a cozy atmosphere, perfect for people-watching, enjoying great coffee, and picking up some cute merch!

It was a busy morning and they said they couldn’t really handle the volume of people so cross contamination was difficult. I had the frittata (I knew I shouldn’t have) and got absolutely smacked by gluten. I’m sure this place is safe for gluten intolerances or allergies, I’d be cautious with celiac.

This is a 100% dedicated gluten free restaurant with arguably the best food, whether you are eating gluten free or not. Their menu clearly states everything used is gluten free, which if you have Celiac, you know the appreciation for that alone.
If you’re in the area, take the time to make a stop here…you won’t regret it! It is a sit down, nicer restaurant so take that into account. Ordering to-go might be an option if you are looking to get back on the road when traveling through.
They also sell jars of their green and red salsa…worth buying to take along!

I was super excited to come as you hear and read so much history about this place. It was everything I was told and imagined. The first thing you see and feel when walking in is the history this place has. All the staff was exceptional and on point! And the food, the foor was fantastic. Our table had the fried chicken, which was finger lickin excellence. For one order they were able to make it gluten free for my mom!! The Stewed chicken was absolutely delicious! And the same for the Shrimp Clemenceau. This place is a must come and repeat!!

This place was recommended to me, though my friends were one of the best places to go . I can admit that it was truly one of the best ! They have gluten-free, including cornflower crust, which was delicious. Also, they have vegan cheese 🧀 😋 ale that was highlight of my day as i am lactose-free too, and it's extremely hard to find such a place. Also, you can choose any topping so my pizza was really rich 😂😂 They offer sorbet, this is true gem 💎

I would give 6 Stars if I could. For an early morning breakfast, there is no other option near the French Quarter. Whole menu available for breakfast.. you can get a curry, a salad or traditional breakfast and smoothie / juice. Menu clearly marked for gluten free and nourishing vegetarian options. Very very delicious and friendly service. Fast and low prices considering all the ingredients. Nice decor and truly an oasis! PS, you don’t need to be gluten free / vegan or vegetarian or health conscious to have a great meal here!!

Service at Deanie's felt lackluster at best. We chose to eat here on our way through because we have previously enjoyed the barbecue shrimp and the market next door. The market seemed sparse, and the barbecue shrimp was more greasy than buttery. When asked for a Gluten-free menu both the waitress and the fellow acting as host made us feel they didn't really know what we meant, though they did have a separate menu. I feel like they need to train their staff better on allergy safety, as we were told "almost everything on the menu is gluten free aside from the soft-shell crab, but we can make that Gluten-free." They completely ignored the fact that nearly two-thirds of the menu has flour and bread crumbs, and that depending on their fryer situation, the fried foods, even if they are corn-meal breaded, are not safe either. I have never eaten somewhere that made me feel so brushed off and like the staff did not care if they got someone sick. We will choose a different location if we eat at Deanie's again.

Love these crepes! They are gluten free and have a great flavor and texture. The mango deluxe is amazing but they have a big variety of savory and sweet crepes. They also have a lot of drink options and they make it so easy to order and get points for free drinks.
