We enjoyed dine in with 2 bowls with 6 items and a kids bowls with 3, one base, one veggie, and one protein. Some of our faves are the bases of sweet potato noodles, kale salad, and cauliflower potato mash. Our fav veggies are the grilled broccoli, golden chickpeas with a savory sauce and the awesome sweet potato chunks. My fav protein is the almond baked chicken which is the worlds best version of chicken strips. A few options like salmon are an up charge. Add on include Parmesan cheese, pico de gallo and guacamole. 4 sauces include a great spicy one and a balsamic. Drinks include fountainhead sodas mostly made with sugar and one zero calorie. Three kinds of teas are natural from unsweet to lightly sweetened with honey. Accessible van parking that is free and tight parking. Everything we ordered was amazing, the food there always leaves us feeling full but energetic. It’s great being able to have a nice meal without feeling tired or bloated after. Ron provides amazing service and gives the best recommendations. We started with the mussels, they were delicious and the sauce was so good we had to order more of their gluten free bread to soak it up. Their bread tastes delicious and literally melts in your mouth. The spicy watermelon margarita was one of the best alcoholic beverages I’ve ever had, I had planned on doing the wine pairing but the margarita was so good I ended up ordering another instead. Then I tried the French onion soup, it was so fresh and delicious with a great heap of goat cheddar on top. For my main course I had lasagna at Ron’s recommendation. It was phenomenal, it was hard to believe it was gluten free. I did steal a few bites of my fiancée’s carbonara with filet added and it was also delicious. We ended the night with the orange cake, it was the perfect end to the night, so much flavor!

The food was stellar, the service was wonderful, and the ambiance it’s a beautiful spot with comfy seating! Their menu clearly marks gluten-free items, and the staff are well-trained to avoid cross‑contamination—glove changes and fresh utensils are standard practice, which is crucial for those of us with celiac. I loved sipping a refreshing cocktail—watermelon‑basil vodka—while taking in the marina breeze . The patio seating right on the water is stunning, complete with pelicans and boats gliding by. Gluten‑free patrons will appreciate satisfying choices beyond just salads—shrimp tacos served gluten‑free and other GF-marked dishes show there's real effort to accommodate us!

Excellent for people with food allergies. Made a delicious gluten free bowl that felt safe for a person with celiac to eat. They are very careful, change gloves, and will get fresh ingredients to avoid cross contamination. And it was DELICIOUS. Eat here!!

Absolutely love gf fries from here and have frequented this place for years and been ok. Although reading prior review, I know what their gf bun looks like and always triple check. They have delish turkey, hamburger, impossible burgers , and its always a great experience! The patio is nice and they built up a beautiful bar area. The new owners have added tons to the menu, but I keep with what I know works and I love as my special treat every so often with friends or fam! Always upgrade to better burger patty, u will not regret it!
