People and place generally very good, we've eaten here last year once as well. Proprietor and staff faultless, food good but this year it seemed a bit dry. Gluten-free across the board which is great for the sensitive of stomach.

Amazing gluten free pizza! I felt safe eating here as a celiac. Even my non gluten free boyfriend had the gf pizza and was pleased. Will be eating here again next holiday.

I'm giving it 2 stars because one of the servers is very friendly and helpful. The lady at the register is very harsh and unpleasant. The sweets are very dry and tasteless. It's not worth it, no matter how gluten-free they are. Expensive for the quality.

A charming place in Tenerife, beautiful, cozy, and with a very family-friendly atmosphere. As a celiac, I felt very well taken care of: they adapted all the dishes I wanted without any problem. The quality of the food is unbeatable, everything fresh and delicious. Highly recommended, especially for the warm and friendly service. A great evening and experience. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, and our waiter Pier was absolutely wonderful. He was chatty, funny, kind, helpful, understanding of my coeliac dietary needs, and a true gentleman. He was so lovely we came back the next night, and requested that he was our host again, and he remembered us, our needs and what my husband Andy had ordered previously!! What a star. Definitely go there if you visit Playas! 10/10⭐️

Visited today with our group of 7 people. I always find it difficult to find restaurants I trust as I have coeliac. I went over to ask the lovely waiter about their menu and her informed me about their gluten free menu, he was very helpful and accommodating. The atmosphere in here is amazing! The music was tube after tune of great bands. Our waiter Cassie was so lovely! Couldn’t do enough for us. Food was AMAZING! My Gf burger was unreal. Will definitely be back again. Absolute gem of a place, thanks guys!!!!

We visited here on numerous occasions during our week long holiday. I am coeliac and was assured that they used separate fryers and were aware of cross contamination. Well done Golden Beach. All staff lovely particularly the lady who usually works in the shop below. Would definitely recommend.

Avoid this place if you have any dietary restrictions! I asked for the allergen menu, which is legally required in Spain, and they didn’t have one. Instead, the staff vaguely offered to tell me the allergens verbally and mentioned a few dishes they could make gluten-free using rice flour in a separate fryer. However, they add gluten to completely unexpected dishes, including paellas and other meals that are traditionally made with fresh seafood and rice. I ordered a “black rice” dish, and to my surprise, it came topped with a mountain of deep-fried squid, something absolutely not part of the original recipe. The pictures of the dish published on Google by other users who reviewed the place didn’t have that sxxt on top so I assume that they ran out of ingredients and got ‘creative’ instead of letting us know that it was not possible to order that. When I raised the issue, the waitress just shrugged and told me to eat the rice and leave the rest. I explained I couldn’t eat any of it due to cross-contamination, and instead of apologizing, she simply handed me the menu again to pick another dish. To top it off, she even asked if we wanted the fried squid to go. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.
