Had fabulous Gluten Free Cod and Chips from here. The fish was really fresh, cooked to perfection and piping hot. They have a dedicated fryer for the GF Cod and separate utensils for serving. Gluten Free vinegar was available and the meal was served with a wedge of lemon and a pot of tartar sauce. The staff are knowledgeable about Gluten Free and the boxes had stickers on them aswell 😋

Absolutely fantastic experience at Bill's in Cardiff Bay.
We turned up without a reservation and despite the place being quite busy, we were seated promptly and drinks orders taken quickly.
I'm Coeliac which means boring gluten free dining, but in Bill's there is a whole gf menu so I didn't feel left out. I had the Fish Pie and Banoffee Sundae, both of which were different from usual gf options.
They also did a gf IPA which I wasn't very keen on but nice to have the option.
We were served by Gabriel. He's an absolute treasure.
If you're gf, you should deffo give the place a try!

Lunchtime today we were a party of 14 celebrating 3 70th birthdays. Kacie, our waitress was very patient and understanding, taking extra care with the gluten free meal. She was very pleasant, friendly and patient with such a large group. The restaurant was quiet so we stayed at the table for well over the 2 hour slot allocated. At the end of the meal a special dessert with a candle was served. There was no mention of 70th birthdays when I booked so Kacie must have realised when we sang Happy birthday. Absolutely appalling!! They have gluten free options yet, they have wheat flour in their cheese!!!!! I have zero respect for any chippy who does it that way especially one's that actually have gluten free options!! Corn starch or potato starch are FAR more effective considering the purpose for it (gluten is sticky) All that aside, the chips weren't good anyway.
