The stuff is very knowledgeable about Gluten sensitivity and other allergies. We have two daughters with Celiac and we felt very safe to try new foods. The curry chicken salad sandwich was really good and the Mediterranean fries were delicious. They bake really good GF jabeta. we will come again.

I don't typically trust restaurant pizza with my celiac, but their website is clear about their Gluten Free procedures, so I felt pretty confident about eating here. I got a margherita with pepperoni. The crust was good. The dough is made in-house, and is stretched (in a separate area, with separate toppings) like a normal pizza crust. My gluten eating mom actually preferred the Gluten Free crust over her normal one. That being said, don't order your pizza "extra crispy" if you don't want a heavily charred crust. Overall, it was REALLY nice to have a fancy restaurant pizza that I could trust. This place is Celiac safe, if that's why you are looking at the reviews.

We had breakfast there twice while staying at the hotel. The service is excellent and the Eggs Benedict was amazing. The use polenta instead of bread and proscuitto instead of the more traditional Canadian bacon. I would like to go back and try dinner here as the ambiance is really cool. Big windows facing the street. I am Celiac and they have lots of Gluten Free options in addition to a dedicated GF prep space. They take it very seriously and I was safe here. Perfect experience. Sold out matinee NYE event and Rachel managed to make us feel like we were the only people there. We had our own area to eat, drink, and celebrate my birthday. We ate at Park Burger last week, we went for a casual dinner night out after our daughter's volleyball game, last Wednesday night.
The staff was very friendly, the food was divine!
I had an ahi tuna burger on a gluten free bun.
My husband loved his cob salad and chicken wings and our daughter enjoyed the kids burger alone with her milkshake. We ordered the delicious house potato chip with blue cheese, it was totally delicious.

Gluten free people: this is your Ramen spot. The spicy mushroom is not Indian medium so if you like a little spice it is good and they can make it hotter if you want more spicy. Almost everything on the menu can be made gluten free and for 2 people with 3 drinks, the bill was 70 bucks. So much cheaper than most gluten free meals out.
Allergy people: they are amazing at food allergies. My partner is allergic to eggs. They traded out the egg noodles for the gluten free noodles as they were egg free!
Everyone else: if you dont love good, reasonably priced food and good wine and mixed drinks, this isn't for you. But the other 99% will adore this place and its amazing patio!

Sorry for the lousy photo- my I'm in the middle of moving and got takeout from Lucy's Burger Bar to eat at a hotel. I ordered from Lucy's because it had good reviews from other people with celiac. The burger I had was possibly the best gluten free burger I've ever eaten. The bun was so good, I was a bit concerned that it was a normal bun, but I have not been glutened, a day later. If you need to eat gluten free, this place will take good care of you. They have a dedicated fryer for fries. And yes, it wasn't cheap

I love My Thai Cafe. It was an excellent spot for safe, gluten free noodles, and other Thai specialties. Unfortunately, they switched their wide rice noodle supplier and many of the noodle dishes are no longer gluten free. Its made me have to search elsewhere for a new favorite Thai spot. I am in Denver for a weekend trip and I found Ben's through DoorDash. Being someone with a potato allergy on top of having celiac disease, it is nearly impossible to find an affordable meal that is not home cooked. I ordered the Chicken Hearty Bowl with a Green Smoothie and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of food for the price point. When I opened the box I thought the portion size of the chicken seemed small but after eating half of the meal, I felt very nourished (probably because I was eating real nutritious food.) The chicken was perfectly tender and the lemon thyme sauce had an amazing flavor.
This was the first time in years I have been able to eat a satisfying meal under $20 with my dietary restrictions. I have never once felt called to write a food review, but this experience brought me a lot of hope for a food industry that has always been extremely difficult for me to navigate while still being affordable with my allergies. I just wanted to get on here and show my support because it is rare to stumble across a restaurant that I feel is whole heartedly interested in their customers well being both nutritionally and financially. I am excited to see this company grow!

Today was my first visit in BurnDown, and I absolutely loved it. Very, very cool spot and decor, multiple floors and atmosphere that told me a burger would be the right option.
We ordered the brunch options - Classic breakfast and the Hangover Burger (with gluten free modifications). The breakfast was good, the burger was awesome.
As many people before have said - GF positions and GF modifications are clearly marked in the menu, and the place overall is pretty careful. Will be back!

The good here is very good and authentic style Mexican food. Good sized portions.
I was especially impressed by their attention to my family's food allergy needs. We have a lot of allergies and they were attentive checking on different things and never left us feeling like we were a burden. They cleaned the grill area, used fresh utensils, and changed gloves before prep of allergen free food.
We were all able to find foods for all of us. Our allergies included: gluten, dairy, nuts, citrus fruits, tomatoes, mushrooms, and soy.
