Just a short walk from the inn we were staying, the place was fantastic. Food was excellent and came out reasonably quick. The service was fantastic, our waitress constantly checking in to make sure we were okay and taken care of.
We had the garlic break, steak, some pasta and a couple of small pizzas. They had a couple vegan and gluten free options, the steak was perfect for someone with lactose intolerance.
They are dog friendly and you can bring you pup with you!!

This one is for all the burger bougies out there. After you've shopped for that Gucci belt buckle and got Carbon fitted for the central coast lifestyle, you can drop the pretension and get a proper burger at Camel Burger Bar. There are grass-fed beef, bison, and wagyu options lavishly outfitted with some Carmel appropriate toppings. I tucked in for a roasted poblano with brie and pickled red onions and found it to be everything I need from a burger. Gluten-free folks, beware the French fries are not gluten-free, which is always the silliest mistake restaurants make. The good news is, the sweet potato fries are, and they are tasty.
Once you've finished being a spectacle for the nearby wine tasters wishing they could trade their vanity for a bite, you can confidently climb back into your G-wagon on 22s, or more likely your space grey Tesla and drive away feeling like a Carmel rock star. Anyone can get steamed carrots and salmon, or pasta carbonara, but how many leave Carmel after taking down a $20 Grilled Cheese Burger?
Perched high with breathtaking panoramic ocean views, this spot offers a tranquil atmosphere perfect for those seeking a gluten-free dining experience. The glass-enclosed patio ensures comfort while enjoying spectacular sunsets, complemented by knowledgeable service attentive to gluten-free needs.

What an experience! The view from Pacific’s Edge was breathtaking, especially as the sun set right next to us. Definitely make a reservation in advance and, if I may suggest, do so for at least 30 minutes before the sun is scheduled to set that day. The view and the sunset make an incredible combination. 🌅
Besides the view, the food was amazing. I ordered the short rib, one of the entrees that was marked “gluten free” on the menu. As I picked up my knife to cut into the meat, I realized it wasn’t necessary as the meat completely separated just with the fork. The portions were just the right size.
The experience was expensive, but worth it for a special occasion or “treat yourself” event. Our server was fun and connected well with us. He also took us a photo! We did find it a bit weird, though, that we weren’t offered anything to drink except for water. We didn’t receive a drink menu or wine list, but it was probably better to save money anyway!

Great little Vietnamese restaurant serving up fresh and tasty meals. The flavours are not like those traditionally found in Vietnam, however by North American standards it's pretty good Think - more fake hot or sweet sauces and overpowering sauces, understandably preferenced in this part of the world.
FOOD: Overall good - the pho was absolutely delish as were a few of the stir fry's. The chicken stir fry was gluten free which was a nice treat. They have a number of vegan and vegetarian options too.
STAFF: Friendly, helpful with dietary requirement recommendations and efficient.
ACCESSIBILITY: All on the same level, wheelchair, pram and walker friendly, with toilets located at street level around the corner.
OVERALL: Would recommend and we've been back a few times.

Very friendly staff willing to accommodate not being able to have gluten. We were with a large group so it was a limited menu. The half chicken was delicious, would have been better with green beans or something similar just to cut the richness. It was very loud in the room with 25+ people, but that's the only complaint. Will have to go back for the risotto .

Dragon roll, rainbow roll, tekka maki, cali roll. All super tasty! And the service was perfect, available but not in-your-face. :) Very adaptable to accommodate gluten-free customers too... thanks Toro Sushi in Carmel!
Delicious! Such a treat. Loved the brisket grilled cheese on gluten free bread. The grilled cheese with ham was good but could use some mustard to add to the flavor with a little bite. Only other suggestion would be to get a filter so that customers be given water.

Breakfast was delicious! I'm celiac and was able to order a Denver omelette with potatoes as a gluten free option. So good and I didn't have any gluten contamination. The fresh pressed apple juice is really good and not too sweet like others. Can't wait to go back next time.

Good food! Portions are big! A little pricey.
We ate outside, and they had heaters next to the tables, but it was still pretty cold. But we opted for that, since the wait was going to be about 20 minutes for inside. It looked pretty small inside, but inside and outside was full, so it looked like a popular restaurant!
All the ordering is done via scanning the QR code that is on the paper, that is on the table. My husband wasn't a fan of that, but I didn't mind so much, because I don't like touching dirty germ-covered menus.
The waitress seemed a little stressed out, but still friendly. She had to take the orders on a tablet, and it seemed to be giving her trouble.
My red potatoes were seasoned with yummy flavors, with my "create your own" omelette. I eat gluten-free, and the waitress provided corn tortillas with my meal, instead of bread. (They do not have any gluten-free bread products.)
My husband really liked his biscuits and gravy, and the brisket chili. (The waitress told me that it was not gluten-free, so I did not have any.) They we're out of grits, so my husband wasn't able to order them. He opted for fruit, in lieu of the grits.
A side of bacon was seven or eight bucks! But at least it was four big slices of bacon.
My husband's coffee was not very hot, and the second serving made his coffee cold. When I brought it up to the waitress, she apologized, and poured it out on the plants; and a different person brought out a fresh serving, but then it was near-boiling hot.
