You get a bowl you decide on a starch add veggies protein and sauce if you want All gluten free menu. Food was great Place is simple design and simple decorated so it has a clean neat look. Haven't been here in a while, but so glad we stopped in. Outstanding burgers cooked just the way we asked. Well above average service and quality of food. Everything here runs efficiently and it was a very pleasant visit. They have gluten free bun available and it was tasty! Our Caesar salads 🥗 were FRESH!

Francesca at the Strongsville location is amazing!!! I had a large catering order and I had even added to the order the day of. They offered a gluten free option that was hot and ready. Francesca was on top of it. She confirmed the order the day of and had everything ready on time for an evening pick up. She was super helpful and friendly and I truly appreciated her kindness and willingness to put my mind at ease with such a large order. Chik fil-a offered great customer service an they even helped carry the order to my car. I will definently be back for all my catering needs!!! Chik fil-a, You are lucky to have Francesca on your team as well as all of the amazing team members at the Strongsville location!!!

First time going 40 weeks pregnant with some dietary restrictions. They were very accommodating to ensure my meal was gluten and dairy free and our server was very understanding. The *virgin* pear margarita was delicious and I can't wait to go back with less restrictions and try some of their awesome menu options. The brisket was amazing and my husband loved the ground beef as well. He's not a huge fan of tacos but this place has such a creative and unique menu compared to most other places in the area. We will definitely be back.

I visit every time I'm home seeing family and truly I wish I could pick one of these Heinen's up and transplant it to Kentucky. I miss having such an extensive selection of gluten free, tea (best find last trip was Republic of Tea Stress Supress - fantastic 💗), alcohol (incredible selection and knowledgeable staff!), health and well being (they had FOUR brands and many varieties of electrolyte powders/tablets!), the deli, and the bakery. This last trip I brought several coolers and zippered dry bags to transport the bounty back to my Kentucky farmstead.

Wow! What a fantastically excellent place! My wife and I were so pleasantly surprised by this crepe oasis with various unique and lovely lattes both with or without espresso! Gluten free crepes were such a delightful unexpected treat!

I have ordered pizza from this location more times than I’d like to admit. I have celiac disease and have tried both of the gluten free pizza crusts. I am so thankful for their awareness of celiac disease and the delicious deep dish they offer. I have never once had any symptoms after consuming their pizza. We moved to the area in 2022 and I’ve been ordering from them ever since. It’s really difficult to find a good gluten free pizza in this area and they’ve nailed it with the deep dish! Also, there is a delivery driver that is a gem. He told me he has been driving for Master Pizza for four years but unfortunately I cannot remember his name. Every time he delivers for us he tells us whether he had other stops along the way and if they were very busy or if he grabbed it right when it came out of the oven and it’s really hot. It’s not often anymore that people put the extra effort in and he definitely does.

I had ordered the gluten free chicken because the picture showed fried chicken. so I was excited as that doesn't happen ever! the picture was a lie is was baked chicken not breaded. it could've been baked breaded and I still would be excited . I will say it tasted fine just disappointed. I also got the gluten free pizza which I got years ago and it was homemade crust. this didn't seem the case so that was disappointing too. drove out of my way for this and was left wanting.

Very good authenic Pho. My husband said the best he has every had. I'm not a huge fan of pho so I got the spring and summer rolls...both gluten free I might add...fantastic. My girls also loved the bubble tea and already made with almond milk so my youngest could have it with the milk!!!

I've been here several times. Food is pretty good. Eggs are great! I like that they have gluten free items for me. I wish they had a few more, ( like pancakes!) We have had mostly good servers too. The coffee is awful though. Will not order that any more.

I have gluten allergies and our server was very knowledgeable about the food. When my friend asked if I wanted to share his fries if he ordered them, before I could even say anything, or server told him that they are fried in a shared fryer. My blackened salmon was amazing and so was the potato soup and my friend enjoyed his burger. Overall great experience.

Good burger and plenty of fries. Always have to try a milkshake! They offer lettuce wraps for burger or dog if you want gluten free. There is a veggie sandwich option. Would go back.

I ordered gluten-free bread for four people. $16 extra for gluten-free bread was way too much given the size of the finger sandwiches. It was maybe a slice and a half of bread per person. Otherwise the Tea Party to go was amazing. Lots of food which was very tasty, adorable party as I got the fairy tea party to go and my granddaughter loved it. Would definitely do it again but would not order gluten-free bad. ***** Follow up, Cona explained how the cost was derived for the GF bread, which I understood. Still, I thought this was a great deal and I would absolutely do it again.

For only being open for 4 days, this place rocks. I'm shocked to see that 2 people left a 1 star review on literally the stores opening weekend, in the middle of a pandemic and the greatest staffing shortage we've ever seen. Ofcourse there is going to be a learning curve and some glitches with technology. I'm super grateful to finally have a location close by and I hope they stick around and find a ton of success. They have gluten free and dairy free options that none other sub places around have short of getting a salad. This is an amazing chain I'm happy to see growing in my neck of the woods.

After arriving home, I discovered that I was charged the same price for the non gluten free cheesecake. The cheesecakes were excellent quality. We thoroughly enjoyed the products. This burrito bowl was MASSIVE! (I was able to get 3 meals out of this one bowl). I absolutely loved it! So many different topping options you can add. I ordered online and my order was ready once I arrived. Very nice employees and great service! I added a lot of stuff to my bowl and it all seemed to be on there so I really appreciate that! The burrito bowl was also gluten free which was very good for me! I would definitely stop by here again in the future!!

The location is very clean and clearly setup for Covid precautions. The staff was very nice and helpful as I haven't been to a Mr. Hero in years and didn't remember all the options. The kids loved the chicken nuggets and tater tots. Nice that they had a few different options and my husband loves their cheese sauce. I don't eat there bc I'm gluten free but they have good food according to my whole family. 😊 It does take a little time bc they make it fresh so I suggest ordering ahead for pickup. It will save you some time. I think we'll definitely eat there again!

Wait staff went over and above the call of duty! I'm out party of six, we had a gluten free eater, and another allergic to pork, so she went out of her way to be sure they ordered safe meals. Only downside, the fountain sodas were not carbonated.

Very clean! Great atmosphere. Walked in & ordered, so I had to wait for my food, BUT, they were making everything fresh!!! So, I can wait! 😉 They wrapped my burger in lettuce because I can't have gluten. I ordered a double with fries & could not finish my food. It was so tasty! My daughter also loved her kids' version!

Food was delicious! My wife is kind of picky about new places too and she loved it as well. She has celiac and cannot have gluten and this place had gluten free options and she had no problem! She can get sick from places if there’s cross contamination but thankfully didn’t here. Don’t listen to the negative reviews about wait times, this is a new place I’m sure they’re still figuring everything out and probably short staffed since no one wants to work. We had no issues. Note to management/owner: please continue to be mindful about cross contamination and ensuring food safety, we love this place and plan to come back so educate yourself on celiac which you probably already have because you did a great job. It’s hard for people with celiac to find a place to eat sometimes and I hope you keep your safety standards. Excellent food we will be back!
