My boyfriend has coeliac disease and this is hands down the best restaurant! The food is absolutely gorgeous the gluten free menu is huge! The staff are very knowledgeable about the gluten free diet. Even the non gluten free menu is amazing. The staff are so kind and entertaining. The drinks menu is fabulous too! The food is fresh and good quality and the prices are very reasonable. This is the place we liked most in Fuerteventura and we are sorry we only discovered it on the last day otherwise we would have returned to try the other tastings. We ended up in the restaurant by chance, but the truth is that we were not disappointed at all. The owner is Italian and the place was full of Italian people, so before the food arrived we already knew that the pasta we ordered would not disappoint us. The carbonara was incredible and we wanted to come back another day just to eat it again. They also offer gluten-free pasta options for celiacs.
