Love the Mona Vale Charlie’s. The food is always delicious, they’re generous servings, salads are always fresh (& yum!) - it’s just wholesome food. And really great value for money. The team are so friendly and really take the time to help me. Being gluten free, I especially appreciate the extra care taken by the mona vale team when serving me or preparing my order. Love the (gluten free) chicken, the Portuguese chicken and the salads. Especially the Greek and the green bean salads.

Great dinner at the Grand Palace. They are many options for vegetarian and vegan and the menu clearly labels what is gluten free. We had the vegetarian dhal recommended by the chef and the mushroom, corn and spinach vegan dish which were delicious. Highly recommend this place!

What won't surprise you is the beer, as this is one of Australia's most consistent and innovative breweries. What might surprise you is how damn good the food is - the wings are amazing (dry rub style), and the menu is surprisingly adaptable for gluten free folks, if you happen to be one. The only thing I'd switch is the electronic lounge music for some Zeppelin, but it can't all be perfect

Perfect! Beautiful, fresh, tasty, filling. The tofu is scrumptious and oh the dressing! Light and great flavour! Heaps of vegan and gluten free options. Absolutely love that the meals are served on on plates , not single use plastics. Nailed it Banana Blossum!!
