This nice restaurant successfully accommodated walk-in customers during peak operational hours and demonstrated effective capacity management despite high occupancy. They utilised authentic Italian-sourced flour and pasta products, and these products have superior digestibility compared to usual wheat-based offerings, in my experience, which was particularly noteworthy for customers with gluten sensitivities (certainly not coeliacs). Thank you for our nice experience. We certainly recommend here to our friends and look forward to coming back.
A fantastic spot with attentive service, outdoor seating, and a delicious menu that keeps guests coming back for more.

Absolutely amazing. Brought my boys 10 & 6. They loved the pizza, didn’t think they would be able to finish but it was so good they cleaned it up! And the brownie… (which happens to be gluten free, which you would never be able to tell) was to die for! We will definitely be coming back again.
Enjoy stunning views and creative dishes in a vibrant setting, perfect for celebrations despite a need for better service.

This was hands down one of the best restaurants I’ve been to. Freshly made pesto right on the spot. Amazing gluten free focaccia. Just brilliant. Everything so authentic and fresh. Amazing views too.
We dove across town after checking menu online for gluten free Salt and pepper squid only find out their deep frier is cross contaminated as it is used for everything so definitely NOT gluten free. What we had was good but not what was wanted. Spoke to manager to make aware of mistake. Care factor very low. Disappointing 😞
A lively spot with a welcoming vibe, great service, and a menu full of options, perfect for a chilled dinner with friends or family.

Pizza not safe for celiac despite the reviews on here as there is major cross contamination. Speak to staff as they are knowledgeable and were able to offer an alternative which was delicious !
This spot is a must-visit for pizza lovers, featuring surprisingly delicious options that leave you questioning what's on the crust.

Their gluten free pizzas are to die for! You know it’s good when you question whether it’s actually gf. I even had leftovers because it was a normal pizza size. Also super accommodating for dietary requirements.
Indulge in incredible risottos and enjoy a charming ambiance that enhances the whole dining experience.

Absolute compliments to the chef. The food was amazing! We got the Pescatore risotto and the Pumpkin risotto. Both were incredibly delicious! The extensive gluten-free options really made it all that much better. Great service and lovely atmosphere.

We went to celebrated my boyfriend's birthday and waaaaaas amazing! The place is located in a hidden vibrant street. Nice service. Also, I'm gluten-free and this one its been the most trusty, flavoury crusty pizza ever! Please, go and give it a chance!. We will be there again, for sure.

Yum! The bacon and egg roll has two eggs and a generous amount of bacon- amazing! There were plenty of gluten free options on the menu and the fresh juice was delicious. The staff were super helpful and the food came out really quick (a nice surprise since we went for brunch on Mother's Day!).
An inviting spot with a variety of options that’ll keep everyone happy and coming back for more.

Had the GF Truffle Penne. It was delicious. Lovely place. If I lived North I would be back for sure. Don’t know if it’s Coeliac safe but 👍🏻 for having so many GF options. Loved it 🙏🏻

Lasagne soup, gluten free gnocci...apparently? invisible drinks and these olives is all we have after $100.
Expensive. Nasty.
My Italian ancestors are cringing in choir.
We had a reservation and we’re a few minutes late & the table wasn’t ready - still dirty with dishes etc we were given a menu to peruse (in a dark corner near the POS) there were minimal GF meals so not ideal for coeliacs and we waited almost 10 minutes for our table, we were seated and then the table was wiped and clean water glasses were taken away. No water was offered. We ordered drinks and dinner, questions regarding GF meals were answered but not confirmed, drinks arrive, then dinner we had to request cutlery & additional Parmesan , we got cutlery but no Parmesan. Throughout our meal no one approached us to ask us how our meal was. The pumpkin risotto was bland but the 3 meat rigatoni was wonderful and a large meal so I requested a take away container which was received. Still no customer service. Yes The meals are large & yes it’s pricey but so are all other Italian restaurants in Newcastle. The atmosphere was noisy and very busy. Would go again on a quieter night / day but certainly not during school holidays.
Asked for Gluten Free and most certainly did not receive it. Few hours later am beyond bloated and sick as anything. Staff made multiple mistakes across our table and clearly, my meal I've found out was a major one. Never go here if you're gluten intolerant or coeliac!!!
Charming decor sets the vibe for a delightful experience with generous portions and standout dishes that never disappoint.

This was hands down the best food we have had in a long time! The staff are amazingly friendly and attentive, food was so fresh and full of flavour and everything is extremely clean. We cant wait to bring our mum back to try the gluten free options as she is coeliac and struggles to find nice resturants. This is our new favourite spot! NOWHERE in the penrith are even comes close to how good this experience and food was!!!

We ordered from the al a carte menu when visiting. The meal overall was fine, but nothing really memorable. The dishes all seemed to be very small for the price, which I understand if it's fine dining but this is not.
The toothfish was most disappointing, $80 for a bland piece of fish in an unpleasant sauce.
A frustrating incident was when we ordered a starter that could not be half gluten and half non. The waitress said that she would ask for the dish to be 'split' in half. The bowls were tiny, so that made sense. However when the bill came, we'd been charged for two portions. I couldn't be bothered to try and unpick the confusion so just paid.
Yes, there is the lovely setting and being amongst the harbor, but the table we were sat at had half of us looking at a white wall, so not very special for us!
Likely won't be back.
Ate the gluten free pene pre-concert at Qudos Bank. The manager and staff ensured that the gluten pasta water and sauce was not cross contaminated and that staff treat any gluten free meal as coeliac. Even with it being a busy evening pre-show, staff still took care. They advise before choosing the GF Pasta options that it will take 30mins to cook. There are a few other GF options on the menu. Manager also noted on a “non-show” service, there is GF pizza. Meal was great. Nil reactions post meal.
Im gluten intolerant, what a beautiful base, had the denero, loved it, second time getting delivery, fast , awesome service, my family all loved their non gf selections. Thank you, we love your pizza
