First time dining at Gustav’s and I must say that the service is top notch. Lauren, our server, was incredibly kind and personable. She continuously checked in on us and made sure we were doing well. They have a lot of options for breakfast and I would definitely recommend the shortcake stack if you’re interested in sweeter options, and the chicken waffles if you’re looking for something savoury. Food I gave 4 stars only because the fries are not great, but that is only my opinion. Where this particular place shined for me was the accommodation of someone with celiac disease (Gluten Allergy). They have gluten free bread. They bread is always on its own parchment paper. They use completely separate utensils. Separate spreads and cheese and prepare on a separate section of the counter. Fries are gluten free and are the only food in their frie machine. Very great full to find a place like this.
