My wife has a gluten allergy and did not get sick here. When she eluded being allergic, Micah promptly gave her a special menu. She got the Goodnight burger as a bowl and I got the Doddy Melt. Both were delicious. When she wanted a side of ranch, Micah let her know it had jalapenos in it. She is NOT a spicy fan, but said it was delicious but hot.
We saved this place in our "To Revisit" list and will be back for sure.

This is a 100% dedicated gluten free restaurant with arguably the best food, whether you are eating gluten free or not. Their menu clearly states everything used is gluten free, which if you have Celiac, you know the appreciation for that alone.
If you’re in the area, take the time to make a stop here…you won’t regret it! It is a sit down, nicer restaurant so take that into account. Ordering to-go might be an option if you are looking to get back on the road when traveling through.
They also sell jars of their green and red salsa…worth buying to take along!
Edit - I was a little disappointed at my last visit. The child's meal was expensive and not warm enough. It also didn't taste good- not even my husband liked it and he hardly ever passes up chicken strips. His sandwich was also pretty bland and not served fresh- it tasted a lot like something you get from a vending machine without much flavor wise.
I had the salad bar which was tasty, but was disappointed in only getting one trip and not having much selection. I also didn't get a plate until tm after my family got n their meals, so they ended up waiting a long time for me to finish.
I may go there by myself next time just for the salad bar but will get it togo for sure.
Original review:
This is one of my fav places to go for a healthy and filling meal.
I love the salad bar and soups.
They have vegetarian and vegan options. They also have gluten-free bread for an extra charge.
Enjoy a vibrant atmosphere with amazing music and beautiful dishes that are a feast for the eyes, making it a perfect spot for a fun outing.

I ordered my veggie salad with house-made honey lime-cilantro dressing on their handy take-out app, but when I arrived and checked on my salad, it was so pretty that I decided to eat it there. The gluten-free corn chips and freshly made salsas are the best in this part of the state. Service is seamless.
Enjoy a cozy atmosphere with fresh, handmade pasta, and a chance to watch your meal being prepared right in front of you.

Sweet staff, delicious plates, and very pleasant atmosphere in my opinion- I feel like I’m in an actual pasta cafe in Italy haha! The gluten free linguini is nice- though I’d love if they had other types of gluten free pasta besides linguini to vary my meals a little when I visit. Love this place overall.
Bright and cheerful, this spot impresses with its vibrant atmosphere and a fantastic variety of flavorful options for everyone to enjoy!

The food was very good. Great flavor and perfect amount of spiciness. Lots of options to try different Indian entrees and vegetables. I loved them all. I’m a celiac and it was safe and the server brought me beef I could eat. The service was excellent.
Quick service and a chill vibe make this spot perfect for relaxing and chatting with friendly locals after a meal.

We were seated and waited on promptly. Our food was served quickly. The restaurant wasn't very busy and we started chatting with the other customers and our server Joshua after we finished eating. He was friendly and we absolutely had no complaints. I had gluten free pancakes and bacon. The hostess and the other servers were also friendly and thanked us for coming.
A cozy spot perfect for small gatherings with great service and consistently praised dishes, making it a popular choice for return visits.

Not a place for a large gathering - we booked their private room and the service was slow. Most everyone said their food was good. My steak was pretty bland - maybe because I had to order gluten-free? They were very good about providing gluten-free options, although there is a risk of cross-contamination. A few in the party had eaten there individually and said that it was outstanding then.
Known for its wide variety of options, this spot is a go-to for seafood lovers seeking fresh and flavorful dishes, with standout crab and shrimp offerings.

Delicious! Even as someone who has to eat gluten free, I had plenty of options. Seafood is coated in corn meal and they have great boiled shrimp and marinated crab claws. 10/10
Pizza lovers will be thrilled here, with fantastic crust and sauce, though the busy vibe might lead to a bit of a wait for service.

My family went for dinner on a Monday night. We ordered the warm olive salad and two pizzas: the Big Hurt and the L'Hawaino Italiano. It was DELICIOUS! Though it was pretty packed, the wait for our dinner wasn't long at all. We probably waited longer for our waiter to bring the check...service did leave a little to be desired. Not sure if our waiter was just burned out or what. Anyway, won't deter me from coming back! I absolutely love pizza but rarely eat it because I'm particular about it. The crust was amazing, the sauce was absolutely delicious. I can't wait to go back and try more! NOTE: They do offer gluten free options, but the menu says they require 6 hours notice.
Restaurant was freezing cold. Waiter started off a little rough, he immediately called over a manager when I mentioned I had a gluten allergy, and the manager seemed to know nothing, asking about if I could have oil and herbs and such. I had already looked at their menu online to determine what was gluten free and what was safe, manager did not seem to know what was gluten free and what wasn’t, or even what gluten was. Waiter got better, he even brought me prepackaged salad dressing since he said the salad dressing and croutons were right next to each other in the kitchen. Food was good but the salmon and broccoli were swimming in oil. Overall okay experience, wasn’t great but wasn’t terrible.
The food is great. They offer gluten-free options. And they have yet to mess up a take-out order and I’ve ordered a dozen or so times from them…..I am very happy with their service and food.
We spent a week in Shreveport and wanted to make sure we got some Creole food for at least one meal. There were a lot of options but proximity lead us here. They were only doing drive up due to covid which was fine with us. There was a line of cars backed up down the road that implied popularity. The line moved fast and the the staff was super efficient. After spending nearly 20 years in the restaurant industry, I am not easily impressed, but I was impressed here. They have obviously adapted to the covid reality and are killing it. I love Creole cooking and this was my first time in Louisiana so my food expectations were high. They knocked it out of the park. I developed a gluten intolerance a couple of years ago and I miss a lot of my favorite foods, so I wasn't able to indulge in several things I really wanted but I loved everything that we ordered. Highly recommend!
Experience exciting hibachi performances and a lively atmosphere perfect for family fun!

Great place to go , food is super good ,my favorite is there seaweed& raw tuna salad . But the Hibachi is amazing too our family really enjoys the chef's there fun to watch and interact with ! I'm gluten free so I tell them no sauce and there very good about what they serve me.
Hands-down one of my favorite restaurants to go to in Shreveport. They have so many Gluten-free and healthy options available. The pork rolls were especially wonderful to have as a GF person. They even have the temperature inside comfortable as opposed to most places who make it freezing. They are wonderful! The service was also amazing!
This is a great spot if you're looking for quality taste and experience. They offer 100% beef links, 100% alligator and pork links that are all gluten and dairy free. They DO NOT offer an allergy-friendly menu. However, I brought my own gluten-free bread and lactose-free cheese. They were able to combine my ingredients with their own to make a dish that was appropriate for me to ingest. Now, they do have custom-made soda, I did not ask about their allergen information related to beverages. They have tea beverages as well.
I ordered the cheddar bacon dog on one occasion and the Cajun dog on another occasion. I drink lemon water, which they offer. Both orders were completely gluten and lactose-free. They have chips and those are gluten-free.
Their staff is very knowledgeable about the menu and their ingredients. They showed great pride in their food and customer service. The restaurant was clean, professional, timely, and included a bar. They have a dimly lit area in the back and a well-lit area in the front. There is also an outdoor area. The moment you walk up to the front doors, you will smell how wonderful the food is. Their hours are from 11:00 till 2:00 and from 5: 30 till 9:00. I don't like coming to navigate around their hours but it works for the restaurant. I believe they are one of the golden nuggets of the area for a hot dog lover. Have in mind, these are not just hot dogs, they're of high quality and taste.
My new favorite place. Signed up online and usually come a few times a week now. They have something for every mood whether Im eating #keto and #glutenfree or looking for a treat.
Known for awesome quesadilla options, this spot is a must-visit for those seeking delicious flavors and unique drink choices.

Oh my goodness!! Dillas is my new fave place in Shreveport for gluten free foods! I have Celiac disease and had no reaction. I had a gluten free chicken quesadilla that I added veggies to. My friend orders the Black & Blue. Also had the fries and hatch queso. Definitely recommend whether you are gluten free or not!

My family and I went here for mother's day where they were giving each mother a rose for their special day. Super friendly and tentative staff. DELICIOUS food. We'll definitely be coming back soon! Also delicious gluten free and vegan options!
