The website really helped a ton with some of the work ahead of time. My only ask would be if Melting Pot would list is not offered at particular locations. Although the food is great this time their attention to gluten cross contamination for a severe gluten allergy was really really bad. They forgot or got wrong most our gluten allergy relater tweaks of the order, although they double confirmed they could accommodate. At the end (since we were a party of 5) a 20% tip was automatically added although the service was not worth any tip.
This is a shame as last time I was impressed with their handling of the severe gluten allergy (the reason we went back) . Seems it is not policy to be carefully with severely allergic customers, but just chance with the server you get.
