As someone with coeliac disease, I felt so comfortable speaking with the lady at the register who I think was the owner. She took me through what they have that is gluten free and coeliac safe, spoke to me about the seperate fryer without me asking and the food was delicious! We travelled 30 minutes to come here after reading reviews and were not disappointed. I haven’t had charcoal chicken in over 5 years since being diagnosed and am so incredibly happy to find somewhere that is delicious and safe! We will be back! The only thing I’ll say is it would be nice if there was a gluten free gravy but I’m so happy with the options that are available! :)

Waitress was very thorough clarifying dietary requirements for gluten free Southern Fried chicken & chips pack. I had asked for chicken salt on my chips but they were not salted and were not as crispy as I would have liked. The chicken however was so delicious, it was offered as a 3 piece pack but to my surprise they gave 4 pieces. Please let me clarify my 5-star review. Kenny's is not a "5-star restaurant". But the food and service are. For those of us who are gluten free (me personally, not by choice) Kenny's is an oasis in the middle of a desert of unavailable and unacceptable alternatives. I have been celiac for longer than I care to remember. But to this day I remember fried chicken and KFC like it was yesterday. Kenny's is not KFC thankfully - it's much better in terms of quality of food and quality of service. I'm not entirely sure if what Kenny's does to those fries, but they are spectacular and irresistible. To once again have fried chicken is beyond expectation and comprehension. Kenny's was busy when I was there. Not only was there no fuss, no stress, no concerns and no delay - there were smiles and assistance from staff. This has never happened to me anywhere - additional fries and fried chicken was added to my ordered food, so that the freshness of cooking for "the next order" could be maintained. This approach not only determines that every order of food is delivered at maximum freshness and taste, but also reflects that at Kenny's throwing out food is kept to the barest minimum at same time that service is kept to the maximum. It was a bit of an effort for me to get to and find Kenny's. I have no doubt that I was rewarded for my efforts many times over.

If i could give no stars i would have usually we absolutely love beefys it's a happy treat NOT when the young staff are working they always look so miserable all but rolling their eyes my husband asked for a steak and potato pie he got a plain mince pie slapped with some disgusting minty mash or top looked like potato tasted like mint and my gourmet gluten free sausage roll was some gross 7'11 packaged roll thing and when told they didn't have cheese sauce she offered us gravy we said no she walked off half way through us talking grabbed the gross tasting gravy and all but slammed it in my husbands hand.
