Solid burger. Good sauce, though a bit runny. Their gluten free bun was good, though quite thick (not my preference). I will say I did not understand how the restaurant worked… You go in and order for yourself using a kiosk, selecting your order on the screen and then you receive a number to which you grab your food from the counter when it is ready. Simple, quick, and good.

Essential place for celiacs in Lyon. I found it very difficult to eat gluten free in the city. Luckily there was the crêperie d'Amélie that made gluten-free galettes, both sweet and savory.

Only if we pay 13 euros again. ● My friend therefore ate both sandwiches. And these were extremely dry. I have been gluten intolerant for 3 years now. 3 years of making do with buckwheat crackers (you all know what I mean) and from time to time a 100% einkorn bread but it was all very bland... And I'm not even talking about the pastries that I had been completely banned from my life! But that was before meeting the friend of bread: since then I can regularly eat 100% einkorn bread (flour + sourdough + flowering) and pastries!!! Yes !!!! These artisans prove to us that we can make croissants, raisin breads, etc. 100% einkorn!!! And what a treat! The bread has a real taste identity, I can recognize it with my eyes closed. There you go, I wanted to pay tribute to this bakery which has put stars back in my taste life ;-) I buy my supplies most often at the Wednesday afternoon market in Jassans and from time to time at the shop/hut in Blacé. A very good place in Grenoble to eat hearty, inclusive meals (rice-based dishes therefore gluten-free, vegetarian options, halal meats, choice of condiments, etc.) and fast, friendly and not too expensive. I highly recommend the Thai rice, well fried and well accompanied, a treat that is nourishing, full of protein and not "junk food" (even if fried rice is always quite fatty). + a nice choice of table between the room, the discretion upstairs, and the open air on the terrace.

The crepes are way too small with little ingredients, even the cream is stingy. You have to finish half of the crepe, which is very dry without cream. Let's see, for the price of a crepe with such simple ingredients, it's not cheap. I'm just coming back for the gluten-free option with the buckwheat crepes.

Really not bad, this concept. The burgers are very generous, quite original with their filling sealed in a bun. They have about as many calories as some small classic burgers that you can find from the competition, but they contain a lot more, and that's important! The little chocolate pancakes are pretty good, I liked it too :) I ordered on Uber Eats, the prices were good with some special offers, but in a restaurant, or without a special offer, it might be a little expensive. In any case, the concept is very good, I appreciate seeing a restaurant that is concerned about the calories that we can ingest. If I can offer a small suggestion, I think that a gluten-free bread recipe would be appreciated by people who are intolerant or even allergic... And there are quite a few... Something based on psylium to be able to make when even raise the dough without gluten (in addition to facilitating transit and being an appetite suppressant)... I'll let the agronomist in charge of the brand work on that if the idea interests you... 😇
