My son must be gluten free due to a medical diagnosis. We tried Rapid Fired pizza and when we asked for GF, they immediately asked if it was for an allergy. They changed gloves multiple times, used separate utensils and went above and beyond to make sure our order was GF. Absolutely terrible experience with the location in Centerville, OH (Miamisburg Centerville Road). Ordered a big order including a giant gluten free turkey sandwich with no cheese due to allergies. Delivered with cheese and white bread with wrong ingredients as well. Took the sandwich all the way back in 0 degree temps and they charged additional for the gluten free bread ($3.50), offered no apology or compensation, all the while being rude about the whole situation. AVOID this location at all costs. Never again.

I have to follow a gluten-free diet. I am very leery of restaurants particularly any which focus on gluten products like buns. I have heard many good things about Jersey Mike’s from the gluten free community, so I decided to give this a try. (This is the first sub from anywhere I have had since my celiac diagnosis).
They wiped down the counter. Changed their gloves. Made my sandwich on a new wrapper so as not to get any cross-contamination. Used a gluten-free bun in its own sealed wrapper. Made sure my mayonnaise was from a squeeze bottle and not from the tub with the spreader. I was very impressed with the care they took an absolutely thrilled with the sandwich they made. I will definitely be back.

Place was absolutely slammed with post church crowds when we went, but thanks to excellent management and really hard working employees everything from ordering to receiving food was extremely quick and easy. The manager took our order, and was super gracious about a gluten free dietary need in our party. He was very proud to let us know they were one of the only fast food chains to offer a gluten free burger, with a safely packaged gluten free bun and a burger prepared on a clean grill. He also bragged about how great his staff (mostly teenagers) are, which to me is just another sign of a well run establishment. Would absolutely recommend this Culver's to anyone.

We are regular customers at this location and we usually order for delivery. The last two times we ordered and received subs they were not wrapped securely and both were a huge mess. We had to reassemble our sandwiches when we opened the paper surrounding them. They looked like they were just thrown together and thrown in the bag. This time we chose to go in and order to see if it made a difference. It did as far as assembly goes. I was upcharged for gf bread on both even though neither of us can eat anything with gluten. I was told that it wasn't an allergy but a preference because my "allergy" wasn't the same as the usual allergy most know about. However, it is. I don't appreciate being harassed for my health limitations that my spouse and I both have. I also requested bacon on mine when I ordered. I had to tell the person making them to again add bacon. I was also forced to check out before the sandwiches were even made and the cashier didn't ring in the bacon. I had to do another transaction to pay for the bacon. Good thing I had cash. The customer should never have to have two or more transactions of money exchange when the mistake wasn't on the customer. I paid cash for the bacon addition. Don't blame the customer for lack of communication among staff. At this point I'm willing to drive further for the customer service and care that one should expect to have normally. Rude Rude Rude.
