They do have gluten free buns or lettuce "buns". No lactose free stuff for their shakes though, unfortunately. Their burgers are DAMN good. I got sweet potato fries and they damn near melted in my mouth and were sooo good. My partner got the swiss burger (gluten free bun) and he loved it. It was our first time, and we will definitely be going back someday.

I am Gluten Free and they made sure my sandwiches was safe. They changed gloves, had extra wrapping around my sandwich and took care of me. The manager on duty was fantastic! Will eat there again. I am a flight attendant so finding good GF food is hard in airports. I appreciate the extra effort to make sure my sandwich was safe.

Staff and management here are top notch. Tonight I wasn’t sure if the burger I ordered came out being gluten free… the manager himself showed me the difference in buns which I really appreciated. Was comped a free refill for waiting which was so pleasant and unexpected. Burgers were a hit, fries were great. No complaints!

Great burger. The veggies are fresh, the flavor is amazing, and they do gluten free! I told the chef I have celiac and he cooked my burger separately. They have gluten free buns, the cheese sauce is gluten free, and they have tater tots for us gluten free folks! Would highly recommend. It was an experience.

The food is hot & fresh! This is not fast food and a fresh breath of air. I'll never need nor return to fast food after finding this delightful place to dine. You can order at the table and they take it to you. The veggie burger, gluten free bun, grilled chicken sandwich and soft serve ice cream are fantastic! I didn't care for the older music but the food is worth it.

I recently discovered that I have celiacs disease I spent a while calling different restaurants that claimed to have gluten-free menus that did not. I was pretty frustrated when I called Chipotle asking them what their gluten free menu was the very sweet lady on the phone Crystall informed me that the only thing that had gluten was their all flour tortilla. I was very excited and they were closing soon so I rushed in, the lady on the phone actually took my order. When it came time to pay I made a joke saying that you guys should offer Disney cast members a discount and Crystall said tonight you do get a discount and gave me The meal for free! After the day I had working all day at Disney and then calling different restaurants to try and find food to have something so amazing happened to me thats so small I started to cry! I told her she did not have to do that and she said I do because my father recently develop celiac disease and he can't eat anywhere and it's very hard on him mentally so I understand completely! It was so nice to be made to feel special in this time when Im going through so much! Huge thank you to Crtsrall Oliver for your generosity and kindness!

Placed a mobile order and received the wrong shake. My child is allergic to gluten and was given a “cookies and cream” milkshake instead of vanilla. Unfortunately she found out after tasting it. Expecting her having a painful night ahead due to ingesting gluten. Manager was somewhat nonchalant about it when I called to complaint. Next time going to this place will double and triple check anything. This is the second time a similar incident happen. A few weeks ago we ordered grilled chicken nuggets and received fried ones instead. We didn’t notice until arriving home and my daughter couldn’t eat her meal. :(. If you have allergies- double check!!!

Alanna was so sweet and really helpful! The atmosphere was great! Not crazy crowded and the food was ready pretty quickly! Side note: if you’re gluten free get the lettuce bun instead of the actual gluten free bun, it makes for a juicier burger

Great burger restaurant with ice cream and other tasty options. Being honest, I think their burgers and fries are better than McDonald’s. Staff is super friendly here. You pay upfront for your order and then take it to you table. I thought they could up their environment a little—it seems dated. Other than that, if you’re a looking for cheap and tasty burgers, this is the place. Heads up: they have gluten free buns!

I have been going to this location for years! I love Jersey Mikes because it’s one of the few sandwich shops that offers gluten free. I’ve always gotten great food from here, however, my last few orders have been very disappointing. I ordered online and the sandwiches are repeatedly made wrong. Was very disappointed today when my gluten free bread was crumbling apart (it seemed old & stale) and my order was made wrong again.

Every time I have come to this Five Guys, it’s been a great experience. I go to the one on Millenia Blvd by the Costco. I have a gluten allergy and they are very nice about. They have always taken it seriously and handle my food with care which I appreciate tremendously!

The food was amazing and the rosemary oil fries were epic. They did have a Gluten Free bun and French fries. They did not have avocado at the time but they gave us extra fries since we paid for it on our burgers. The staff was super friendly and we only waited about 10 to 15 minutes. The burgers were huge and refreshing for sure. Definitley my new favorite burger spot in Orlando. It was a little pricey but worth it for the size and quality.

Having Celiac Disease, it’s not easy to find fast food that is safe for me to eat. Staff at Five Guys is knowledgeable about gluten and turned out their fries are safe (and taste super yummyyy!!) plus they made me a burger without the bun, it was really good. The fries portion is super big!!

Keep coming back to this location because both (Rotsen Aponte, Angel Burgos) managers take gluten allergy seriously and always change their gloves and prepare the hard-shell tacos separate from the rest; trying to avoid cross-contamination as much as possible. They are always moving the line as best as possible, and so far they continue to do excellent work and service. Ask for them if you have any questions, they will serve you to your satisfaction. ****************************** They are always willing to accommodate your order. Service could use some speed but good overall. UPDATE: service was faster and staff were very friendly.

Great food, very impressed! We came here years back and really enjoyed it. We weren't sure what to expect after so much time having passed but they did not disappoint. Just as good as back then, if not even better due to the gluten free choices. We are 100% gluten free, so we weren't sure if we could eat here but luckily we could! We got vanilla custard shakes, and chili cheese dogs wrapped in lettuce with sauerkraut and mustard. Highly recommend adding the sauerkraut to the combo. At first we really weren't sure if wrapping it in lettuce would be appetizing but it was great. Wish we would have ordered more! I hope they advertise more of their gluten free options because it's not listed on the menu or easy to figure out. They'd get tons more business if gluten free was advertised. It was wonderful
