Some of the best Indian food I've eaten (although if you're white and want heat order extra spicy rather than spicy). I do think the slightly higher prices are worth it for the food quality. Excellent service. Excellent gluten free and vegetarian options.
This spot rocks with unique Indian-inspired pizzas, vegan options, and an inviting vibe, perfect for parties or late-night cravings.

I've been here a couple of times: the owner was patient and friendly, and talked to us about some of the options on the menu.
We have tried the gluten-free achari chicken pizza, gluten-free Bombay garlic chicken Pizza and achari chicken wings: they've all been really good. Probably the best gluten-free crust we've found in Seattle: thin and crispy. We'll definitely be back!
Known for its organic menu, this spot serves up mouthwatering vegan and Indian dishes that keep diners coming back for more.

Okay well there's no photos because we ate it all. If you order off the organic menu oh MAMA MIA... vegan this, or Palak Paneer that... melt in your mouth. Now a few years ago I took my Mom here and the manager of the store was in a bad mood and she ordered some icky milk based dish that she did not like. I wasn't the man I am now or I would have said HEY GUY .. BOSS HERE... FIX THIS PROBLEM. Well we LET ALL that go and I got her to come back. This time around he he was helpful, nice, and a sweetheart. I think he was just having a bad day before Covid hit. I didn't care too much for the gluten free naan but it's healthy, yet I still ordered garlic naan. This is seriously the best Indian food in Seattle if not on the West Coast because the Mango Lasse, Egg Plant Bartha, Palak Paneer, Garlic Naan, Gluten Free Naan.... all so amazing. The waiter was super sweet and he got that %20 tip. Don't listen to negative reviews and try the Palak Paneer or Vegan Egg Plant Bartha (organic). Super bomb, delicious, and just I WANT MORE!!!!
A must-visit for authentic Indian flavors, with a killer ambiance and a diverse menu catering to everyone’s tastes.

Highly recommend for the quality of the food and ambience of restaurant. Great vegan and gluten free options. I loved trying the Aloo tiki appetizer (comes with 2 medium-sized potato patties with mint chutney and tamarind sauce) and Okra Masala (comes with basmati rice). I got it mild and it really was not spicy at all! :)

We have eaten here well over a hundred times in the last 5 years. Really amazing food, flavorful and rich. A lot of other Indian places in the area use fatty and weird pieces of chicken in their curry, I really like the texture of the meat here much better.
The staff and owners are also very kind and responsive to issues that we have had, namely with their online order payment processor.
My partner has celiac and has never had a bad reaction to the food.
Our go-to order is butter chicken, chicken jalfrezi, mango chicken, matar tofu, and pappadam. Also really like their chicken pakora but it's cooked in shared oil so my celiac partner can't eat it.
An inviting spot with unique, flavorful dishes and a casual vibe that keeps people coming back for more.

I was looking for a place with good vegetarian options, and this lovely restaurant appeared on my list. I will start with the punch line, and say I highly recommend this Indian restaurant in the Pioneer Square area.
We started with cocktails, and I had their riff on a French 75 with the addition of mango. They happily adjusted mine with less mango. It is a lovely cocktail. We shared a plate of hara bara tikki. These were crispy fritters containing spinach, paneer, mint, jalapeno, and cilantro. These were excellent.
We had three entrees. The chicken patiala was delicious. The sauce was superb! So good! I ordered the vegetable kofta curry, which were vegetable dumplings in a green curry sauce made with spinach and cashews. It was quite flavorful. The sarson kag saag is apparently a very special dish composed of long cooking mustard greens served surprisingly with a naan made with corn! It has a Northern India dish, with a very unique flavor.
This is not your usual Indian restaurant. The menu is composed of selections that represent different regions in India. It makes the menu and the food extremely interesting. The food has not been "Americanized".
The owner chatted with us a lot. The service was fantastic. We ended up ordering a dosa, which apparently a common rice/lentil pancake eaten in southern India, and of course gluten free. It was crispy and, interestingly, slightly sour.
We had a yummy kulfi ice cream, and chikoo ice cream which is made from a fruit in the sapote family.
The owner brought over a small dessert on him that he thought we would enjoy. It was basically like a skinny funnel cake dipped in syrup with a yummy dipping sauce. I think it was gulab juman. So interesting.
I recommend this lovely restaurant. You will not be disappointed.

Great Thai food on the ave at a great price. Gone here often for pad see ew and Thai iced tea. Definitely one of the better Thai places on the ave. Also cater well to vegetarians, peanut allergy, vegans, gluten free, Jain and more
