Yesterday I went to eat at this pizzeria for the second time.
Although it is not possible to book a table on Saturdays, they seated us immediately (I had a small daughter), even though there were other people in line.
We ordered appetizers and pizzas.
One of the pizzas was gluten-free, and it was really delicious, but above all very soft despite not having mozzarella added. The ingredients above are very fresh.
Everything really excellent. Advise!

We start with the excessive cost of the miserable 50 cl bottle of Natia water sold for the modest sum of €3, as if it were Lourdes water, we continue with the frantic attempt to order, once successful the cold cuts platter arrives, which in the exhausting search to have some bread and finished before the expected arrival.
Let's move on to the first courses, which were especially the Genoese extremely ardent and believe me I love to eat ardently, but that was raw, the only positive note was the excellent meat, but the sore point turned out to be the cuisine for celiacs, I'll start by saying that when booking they reassured us that they were equipped for celiac cuisine, but they didn't have bread for celiacs, the pasta only one size, the spaghetti, seasoning only wild boar ragout, then nothing more.
Never again
This elegant, spacious eatery offers a clean, aesthetically beautiful environment with a welcoming, harmonious ambiance. Attentive staff provide thoughtful service, making it a great spot for gluten-free diners seeking quality and comfort.

My experience was quite negative: booked the day before for 11 people, I also warned that there was a celiac. Well, after 1h and 1/2 I was told that there was no gluten-free dough! Well, if I hadn't warned you I could have agreed with you but definitely not like this! The usual cut of meat with cherry tomatoes, rocket and flakes (good cherry tomatoes) was offered and here is another mistake: the degree of cooking of the meat was not even asked! Almost burnt, for me who likes it rare! Forgive the length but I was very disappointed...

Beautiful culinary experience, tonight we were there for the first time, recommended by the expert Francesco, friendly and very competent. We will definitely return with our celiac daughter, since they also do gluten-free cuisine, just call first to accommodate any request.
