Lots of gluten free options! I ate very well from the first course to the dessert, the pasta was cooked just right and the sauce was mixed very well (which is difficult to find with gluten-free pasta). Even the dessert, an amaretto cheesecake, was spectacular! I will happily return

We had to eat a pizza at home, among us there was a person with celiac disease, we order pizzas, when we ask for a gluten-free pizza we are told that it can only be consumed on site and that it cannot be taken away or picked up from Asporto, I find it both illegal and discriminatory towards those suffering from a pathology, you'd better review your policies

I have been frequenting the Vecchio Mulino for almost ten years and I don't feel like exaggerating in calling it the best restaurant in Sassari! Excellent quality, cuisine that marries traditional flavors with research into combinations, but without overdoing it with sensationalism! A sincere place that cares about the customer (also offering never banal vegan and gluten-free alternatives), combining excellent service with commendable attention to raw materials. A warranty!

When you enter you are overwhelmed by a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere, high quality food and refined presentation, very kind and always smiling staff, highly trained in the presentation of the various dishes and in the pairing of the various wines. We want to talk about the manager of the place who is super helpful and very nice. Suitable for celiacs and for those who have problems with various food allergies they will help you easily.
