Everything was delicious, his daughter who has celiac disease attended us and advised us what gluten-free foods they had, which are many. He even brought out some gluten-free toast type rolls for us. Safe place for those of us who are celiac.

In Paros we had the pleasure of dining at the Parea restaurant, a place that won us over for the excellent quality of the food, but also for the warm and welcoming atmosphere that reigns. The restaurant has a family atmosphere, perfect for those looking for an authentic and relaxing experience. The owner is a truly special person: sweet, kind and incredibly knowledgeable about celiac disease. His expertise on the subject reassured us and allowed us to enjoy our dinner without any worries. The menu offers a vast choice of dishes, many of which are available in a gluten free version, prepared with great attention and care. Every dish we tried was an explosion of flavours, with very fresh ingredients and typical Greek traditional preparations. I highly recommend Parea restaurant to anyone visiting Paros, especially those following a gluten-free diet. It is a place where the quality of the food and the friendliness of the service really make the difference.

Fantastic Greek food and great service. We arrived early and sat right at the front, so had a lovely view out to sea. They had lots of gluten free options - I'm a coeliac and they were understanding of cross contamination. Their French fries are cooked in a separate fryer anyway, and many dishes were naturally GF. The food was delicious and so were the cocktails. Highly recommend to anyone, including those with dietary requirements.

Small family-run restaurant with a selected menu. Very friendly staff. Excellent food, especially the fish. What is particularly noteworthy is that gluten-free dishes are specifically marked on the menu. This actually deserves 6 stars. The restaurant is located at the end of Parikia's promenade, a little out of the way. The Bountarkai restaurant is highly recommended!!!
