I either have Celiac Disease or am just gluten sensitive (idk which). This place has gluten free cinnamon rolls, and they are FANTASTIC! You cannot tell they are gluten free. My only tip: The gluten free cinnamon rolls did not come warm and gooey like the regular cinnamon rolls did for other people in my party. HOWEVER, if you warm them up in the microwave, they’re fresh, hot, and gooey! Delicious! Oh, and BIG!

Well to be honest, Cool Cat Cafe wasn't so cool for me. The waiter came to the table, we talked about the menu, ordered some drinks, then he left. Maybe 15-20 minutes later he came to get our food order. He was apologetic for the delay. Another person delivered the order, and I asked her to confirm that my burger had a gluten free bun on it. She didn't know so she went and asked our waiter. Our waiter came apologizing that the wrong bun was used. So back it went. In the end, my wife and I weren't too thrilled with our $68 meal.

This was our first time going to three's bar and grill. We waited for less than 10 minutes for a table outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. For those with Celiac or gluten issues a separate is available. I ordered blackened fish which was one of the best fish I've had. We had a great dinner. You get 20% off your next meal with receipt.

The pizza here is outstanding! Their gluten-free option stands out because it’s handmade, unlike the standard 10” frozen crust you find at most other restaurants. It’s easily the best gluten-free pizza we’ve ever had.

We had the fish tacos. They are gluten free without modification. They were awesome. You get two on an order and that was a nice portion. We went for lunch. The restaurant was clean, roomy, and the staff was very friendly and helpful when I asked questions about cross contamination. Definitely worth a visit.

AMAZING!!! The poke here is incredible! Come early as I hear they sell out. I would come back again and again. I'd love to try their other items as well. They were knowledgeable about what was gluten free and very helpful. Their slaw is to die for as well.

I’ve had sushi much more expensive than this, and it wasn’t as good. Service was spectacular and very kind. Additionally, very accommodating for a gluten allergy. Give this place business, great service and awesome sushi! Go for the spicy salmon roll or Philadelphia roll!

This place is located upstairs with no views of the ocean. Still nice though. They had some good gluten free options which was nice. Stairs and elevator are available. The street side stairs are slippery when wet. Dry rear stairs are available as well

Very tasty food. Had noodles as well as fried rice and curry. Everyone enjoyed their meal and the service was friendly and quick. Also very good gluten-free labeling (along with other allergies) so that is a major plus when ordering online.

If you have a good friend, or you yourself are vegan this place is the best place on Island to eat!! It is small, and kind of a secret—the tempeh or tofu used tastes and texture passs as meat, even my carnivorous husband agrees. The food is delicious, fresh and full of variety. We enjoyed the teriyaki bowl, and my friend, I took her for her birthday—at her request—had the gyros with gluten free wrap…she enjoyed every bite! Really wonderful service, we sat outside and people watched, in the shade. Now my husband wants to go to Earth Aloha Eats tomorrow, too.

Walked in, sat window side(they recommended reserving at least a day before as it is uncommon to get a window as a walk in) servers were friendly and prompt. Our toddler smashed the chicken padukas and lamb samosas, then fell asleep. Wife is gluten free and ordered the bread option and was pleased. The chicken tandoor and fish koorma were both great. Topping it off with specialized cocktails had us leaving full and happy we went in for dinner. We will be back next trip

I stopped in at Fork & Salad in Kihei looking for a quick, fresh, gluten-free option—and walked out more than impressed. The gluten-free chicken Caesar wrap was absolutely spot-on. The chicken was juicy and perfectly grilled, the greens were fresh and crisp, and the Caesar dressing had just the right amount of tang. What really stood out was the gluten-free wrap itself—soft, flavorful, and it held together beautifully without falling apart like so many GF wraps tend to do. But the real hidden gem? The gluten-free cookies. I wasn’t expecting much, but these cookies were dangerously good. Soft, chewy, with just the right amount of sweetness—they’re the kind of treat that makes you double check they’re actually gluten-free. Fork & Salad nails the balance between healthy and indulgent. Definitely a must-stop for anyone eating gluten-free on the island.

Paia fish market never disappoints. The food is amazing and the staff is very friendly and attentive. I’m gluten intolerant and haven’t had any issues there. I recommend the blackened snapper with home fries. Make sure to get extra tartar sauce (self serve). We usually go between 2 and 4pm to avoid lines since it can get busy.

This is our last night in Maui and after over enjoying our time in the pool for we scrambling to find somewhere for dinner. We stumbled upon Pizza Madness and we were soooooo pleasantly surprised. We are from CA so have some of the best food at our fingertips and this exceeded our expectations for pizza. The sauce for meatballs is so good, pizza is really good too… there’s gluten free options and free arcade games for the kids- such a win! Open later than most… thank you pizza madness for a great last night!

The food here is as good as Nobu. The customer service was fantastic and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. I found myself closing my eyes enjoying the incredible experience of every food we tried. The items I really enjoyed were the butterfish, shrimp dynamite, lobster & blue crab ravioli, bagel roll, and Hamachi crudo. They have super tasty gluten free options too! A must visit when on the island!

having celiac disease w the only place by me having GF wraps and i was told by the owner that they would be open their business hours and i went and indeed saw that they were not… Definitely don’t want to be giving my support or money to someone who can’t keep their word. probably would have gotten me hospitalized too!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! i’ve been waiting for days and days now and the owner herself told me that i can go wherever to get food from any other truck knowing that i have celiac disease with limited food options… not the spot for the locals💁🏽‍♀️

Ordered the Good Golly Miss Molly burger on a gluten free bun. The gluten free bun had good texture and was not dry. The patty seemed a bit dry. The sandwich overall was mehhh. I’ve had better for a cheaper price elsewhere. Cute atmosphere. I had heard Steven Tyler is a regular customer at Peggy Sue’s, which is half the reason why I visited.

Came here late in the afternoon. Was delighted. A lot of authentic Mexican food that is really well done. My wife is gluten free and I'm vegetarian and there were a ton of options for both of us that were clearly labeled. Restaurant is relatively small tucked away in a retail area but service was good and the food was probably the 2nd best meal I had in Maui. My wife also loved her horchata and coffee

The servers here are so nice and helpful! They were knowledgeable about what was gluten free and I'd love to come back here to try the shrimp. Everything is delicious. The pricing system is a little odd about what is included and what is extra. You can choose as many toppings from one section and only one topping from another section. Some of the really cheap items were in the "choose one" section which doesn't really make sense. I'd love to have more included and also the option to not have everything mixed up and sauced.

The atmosphere was amazing. Loved the live music on Wednesday. They had a super talented singer to listen to while enjoying a delicious meal and beverages. Their drinks are yummy and their staff friendly and attentive. More gluten friendly or vegetarian options would be my only constructive criticism. Otherwise, it's a great place, with great food, people, area, and a walk near the beach and close to various shops.

Our food was amazing! We ordered the potato crusted mahi, panko ono and half and half Hawaiian poke and spicy poke and all of it was absolutely delicious! The chef personally spoke with us as one in our party had to eat gluten free and vegan and he was so accommodating to help her choose a meal! Highly recommend this place to everyone, and I'll definitely be going back before my vacation ends!!

So glad we followed our nose and ended up eating at this wonderful Guy Fieri approved restaurant. The ribs, brisket and pork belly were amazing. The potato salad is gluten free, my hubby loved his mac and cheese. The portions are HUGE!

This is our fave place to watch football in Maui. Great atmosphere, great food and drinks. The Chicken Chingaderas are my husband's favorite dish. Lots of options for vegetarian and gluten free folks. Drinks are awesome. They have Taco Tuesdays, Fajita Wednesdays and Chili Relleno Thursdays right now and serve breakfast. This is generally our first and last stop every trip to Maui. Delish and great aloha vibes.

Excellent spot for a tasty bite at reasonable prices. They have a variety of gluten free and vegetarian selections. The wet (smothered burrito) was huge and really delicious, kids wished they ordered same burrito instead of the kids bean and cheese selection 😅

This place deserves 10 stars. Best food in Maui! We got the pork pho and the Singapore noodles and the were both so tasty. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The best part however was the homemade vegan gluten free coconut ice cream. I highly recommend this place!
