I had messaged Rhombus Guys in Fargo through the form on their website to inquire about vegan options.
The assistant manager responded quickly and told me that they "have Daiya cheese, a vegan option thin or gluten free crust,vegan marinara, and a homemade Seitan sausage."
They also have a lot of veggie toppings to choose from... including pickles! (My son tried it and really liked the pickles on his pizza. Who knew? )
The pizzas were on the pricier side but the quality and taste were worth it IMO.

Classical downtown Fargo. Unique restaurant smaller menu but dishes are good. Brisket sandwich is solid and the sauerkraut was acidic but not over powering. My wife enjoyed her plate of food she had the brisket latke. A few gluten free items on the menu. The soup is phenomenal reminded me of solid chicken noodle soup.
