Our family is traveling and I was so worried not knowing where was safe to eat. So I got this app recommended by an IG influencer and I am SO glad I did! This place is in Nashville TN and it was amazing! We all loved everything we got. The staff are very knowledgeable about to allergies and made me feel so safe and cared for! The GF bun is delicious! I got the grilled chicken sandwich, mayo and grilled pineapple! It was beyond delicious! The sweet potato fries were delicious also! I highly recommend for gluten and dairy allergies but would also say this they accommodate to a long list of allergies!

LOVED the food and all the healthy gluten free options!!! The frozen kombucha and kombucha on draft was delicious! We loved the concept here with all the fresh, local and organic. Open one in Troy Ohio!!! Unfortunately the restaurant can't help that many of the locals seemed to be rude and have a very snobby attitude but we enjoyed everything else about the place!

FANTASTIC pizza and wings! I am a complete cocktail snob and thoroughly enjoyed both cocktails. Fourth time in, and many, many more to go. Hugely recommend if gluten free, baked wings and gluten free pizza are amazing in their own respect and compared to nongluten free

Angel is the best part of coming to Mellow Mushroom ! She is very accommodating to our food needs as we can’t do garlic or onions ! The salads with champagne apple vinaigrette is the best ever My Gluten Free pizza was Yummy !😎

I have Celiac Disease and first time checking out this bakery while 🛍 in Downtown Franklin...Got several gluten-free options and to my surprise, what YUMMY desserts! I personally got to ENJOY each of them with NO issues later, which is a HUGE win! Their Peanut Butter Chocolate Bomb was such a delight that it was the 💣 as left me wanting more! 😋 I will definitely be back and highly recommend to check out this gem! 👌

Hogwood BBQ is a gem! Their commitment to quality shines through with no HFCS and gluten-free options. The flavors are outstanding, and their homemade BBQ sauces (both spicy and sweet) are a must-try. The friendly service makes every visit enjoyable, and we even trusted them with our Thanksgiving turkey – it was incredible! Highly recommend for any BBQ lover!

Went (with another couple) to this restaurant for the first time. Imaginative, delicious menu. The Caribbean patties (think empanadas) and Trini Roti Wrap were fantastic! The Lobster Pasta and Island Burger were also good. Their food is seed oil-free and fresh, with many gluten free options. Highly recommend!

Disappointed and underwhelmed. I was really looking forward to dining at Perry’s, but unfortunately, the experience just didn’t live up to the hype. I ordered the Chicken Primavera and was shocked when it arrived without any chicken—just spaghetti squash and vegetables. No explanation, no heads-up—just missing the main part of the dish. I’m also gluten-free and was told they’d be bringing out a gluten-free loaf, which sounded great... until a single slice of toasted white bread showed up. One slice. The service also left a lot to be desired. Our server was inattentive and hard to find throughout the meal, which just added to the overall frustration. For the price and reputation, I expected so much more. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

This place is underrated and a hidden gem. The cowboy arepa was excellent, meat was perfect, flavor was phenomenal, and unlike some arepas I’ve had in the past, this one was not too greasy My wife got the empanada plate and absolutely loved it; they can also accommodate gluten free/celiac We will for sure be back here!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my first experience was exceptional. From the moment I walked in and was acknowledged, I felt like I was going to have an amazing meal. The manager Domieic was actively making sure every guest felt acknowledged while helping, checking on customers with genuine interest making a thoughtful recommendation that I had asked for, he did it all without making me feel like a burden. All the staff were nice to the customers. The food came out quickly, perfectly prepared, and very good I had the Southwest Chicken grain bowl and my friend got a spicy Thai chicken and chilli both great. CoreLife eatery is good for freshness and with anyone for anyone looking for gluten free meals. If you’re in the Franklin area stop by.

I tried this restaurant about a week ago when a woman's group met there. They have great martinis and a wonderful wine list by the glass. I was really impressed that they have a full gluten-free menu. Most restaurants have none. The service was good considering we had about 18 people there arriving at various times. I had a salmon Cesar and the salmon was cooked perfectly! And the Kim Crawford wine was excellent. Something I rarely see on menus. Portions were large and pricing was reasonable. Try it!

Apparently the focus is on profit over quality. One of my favorite items was the liver pate’ which was served in a jar with a side of pickled veggies and toast. Now it’s the equivalent of one chicken liver spread on 4 pieces of bread. If you are not into eating mostly cheap gluten carbs ie pizza, pasta, bread choose a better restaurant. So sad to loose another restaurant to budget cuts & unhealthy options. Italian doesn’t have to be only empty carbs. However,Alex was awesome!

Our first visit to North Italia today was fantastic. They are now in our "return soon and potential favorites" column. They are right on our way home from church in Middle Tennessee. I had the best avocado toast I've ever eaten, hands down. Factoring in, "you get what you pay for" and this toast was 50% higher in cost than any previous avocado toast I've eaten, I would expect it to be better. Counter balance the cost with experiencing a perfectly smoked slab of salmon on the avocado toast for the first time and i know that this is a delicious meal worth repeating. Alyce loved her salad. North Italia clearly gives a great deal of thought into their recipes and presentation. At least they did for the two entrees we had. I told Alyce that it's too bad we couldn't share these entrees the next time we come because I enjoyed the creative variety of flavors in her salad, but Alyce can't stand fish of any sort. Having a new confidence in their salads, she suggested that we should try another kind of salad and their gluten free pizza to share next time. Looking forward to that. It takes two or three outstanding meals over a relatively short period of time (a year or so) for us to add any restaurant to our personal favorites.

Everything about this place is 5 stars. I randomly discovered it this year and have probably stopped by once a week at minimum since then. Coffee and hot beverages are delicious but my FAVORITE thing is the baked goods! As a someone who lives that gluten free life, finding baked goods, never mind DELICIOUS ones, that fit into my restrictions is nearly impossible. So this place is a lifesaver. My only wish is that it stayed open later! Also everyone who works there is super kind and sweet and friendly which makes the whole experience even better! I definitely recommend it.

This is a fun place with good food. Marie is always our server and does A fantastic job! I have dietary restrictions and she always puts together a good gluten-free, dairy, free dish for me. I recommend it and ask for Marie!

Definitely our favorite burger. Always fresh, friendly and clean. Fries are also just awesome - my favorite is the lettuce wrapped, perfect for those of us who are gluten-free.
