I was really impressed with this establishment and the fact that it was celiac friendly, especially for fast food. I had a delicious chicken club wrap and fries. The portion size was huge, it tasted great, and it was reasonably priced. The cook and waitress were very friendly. My friend and I went around lunchtime and it was busy, though I'm not surprised. š I will definitely be back here next time I'm in Truro!!

My husband and I stopped here for breakfast last week before we did Shubie River Wranglers tidal bore rafting. My husband had a delicious omelet and I had the pancakes and bacon. Today we stopped again, this time for lunch, on our way from Lunenburg to Cape Breton. My husband had the full house salad with chicken and I had a chicken salad sandwich with home fries. Both times we also did take out for their meat pies and desserts. We love everything about this lovely restaurant. Service and food are top notch. My husband has a gluten allergy and the menu was very accommodating for him. Make sure to stop by if you are in Truro!

Extremely disappointing. My family and I ate here about a month ago and the food was great, we were so excited to come back tonight but unfortunately it was a very different experience this time around.
The hostess was super sweet, but our waitress came and didnāt even introduce herself. Just āwhat would you like for drinksā. I donāt even know that she said hi. It was just abrupt and unwelcoming. We then ordered the arancini as an appetizer for my daughter and it was frozen in the middle. We let our server know and she replaced them. No big deal. They were busy and I get that mistakes happen. We then proceeded to wait 45 minutes for our mains. Which again, theyāre busy. I get it and it wouldnāt have bothered me to wait if the food was good. But the food finally came and my daughterās pasta had very obviously been sitting under a heat lamp for quite some time and my partner picked a large chunk of onion peel out of one of his onion rings. When he asked for more ketchup it didnāt come. But the worst of all was my pizza. I ordered gluten free crust which I understand comes frozen but thereās no way anyone thawed it or even attempted to. It was soggy and uncooked when it arrived. I could tell from first glance that it wasnāt cooked and as a server myself, Iām not sure how our server didnāt send it back the minute she saw it. They clearly slapped on some toppings and threw it in the oven on broil so it at least looked a little brown on the top but the bottom was completely uncooked. I didnāt eat it and I didnāt even bother to complain. No one asked why I didnāt eat it, if it was good.. nothing. Incredibly disappointing. We wonāt be back.
Half decent atmosphere, great food, gluten free options available. Costs a little extra but it's worth it if you need gluten free options. The only thing I didn't really like was the water offered. It was cold and refills were aplenty; it wasn't the best tasting water. I recommend getting a pop or other drink instead.
First time there and I was apprehensive .as I'm celiac .the waitresses were knowledgeable .on this disease. Food was.amazing..very friendly atmosphere .good portions
Good price .
I love the taco bell menu. And on a prior visit they were very helpful by offering to substitute part of the meal so it would be gluten friendly. Thank you. That's what the word service means.

Absolutely one of the tastiest and freshest meals I've had In a long time. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The homemade gluten free bread was the beat I've had! The best part, the prices! Overall, great experience. Would recommend booking ahead!
Don't expect any high-budget frills, but do expect really good food. The service is friendly and helpful, so if you don't already know Indian food, you can still get the right dish for you. I'm celiac, so their knowledge of gluten is important. I feel comfortable eating here without putting myself in danger of cross-contamination.
Known for exceptional service and packed with flavor, this spot offers a tasty experience unlike any other in town.

Aside from the delicious pizza, donair and garlic fingers that the whole family loves, I decided to try the gluten free pizza for me. DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I will get this again.

I have to order gluten free and the young men working were very careful with my order. So much appreciated! I'm sorry that other people may have had to wait a bit while they cleaned the grill, but thank you, staff, very much for your conscientious work and delicious meal.
