While looking for a gluten-free breakfast spot in Toronto on Find Me Gluten Free, we came across a highly-rated place and decided to give it a try. I must say, this is the best gluten-free and vegan spot I've tried here, especially for the coffee. I ordered a mocha, and it was the best cafe mocha I've ever had. Made with real dark chocolate, it had that distinct bitter taste, complemented by coconut cream and a splash of maple syrup, along with some added spices—it was amazing. We also had steel-cut oats and a chocolate muffin. The muffin was delicious, not overly sweet, gluten-free, and vegan. If you're ever in Downtown Toronto, check this place out; you'll love it.

Absolutely love eating here, the vibe is amazing and the staff are top tier! The food and atmosphere are so unique and as a Gluten Free Vegan who doesn't drink, trust me when I say this is a haven. I have been a few times so I have tried most of the food. Alot of the menu is already edible for me as is, but the majority of the menu can be accommodated to a vegan and/or gluten free diet which is amazing. The mocktails are equally fantastic. Watching the chefs at work in the open kitchen is the best, and the Management team and Madison in Events are always the most generous and accommodating. If you are so lucky to have service from Joseph, you will leave a very happy and full man! Can't wait to be back in the summer for Jungle Brunch!

This was, without a doubt, both the best meal I've had out and the best service I've had since discovering I have a gluten allergy. Our waitress Kate was fantastic, checking in with the kitchen regarding alternatives and substitutions to accomodate me so I could enjoy the items I wanted without worrying about getting sick. Kate herself and several other employees stopped by our table to assure me that they'd taken every step to guarantee no gluten would touch my food, and took the time to ensure myself and the rest of my family didn't have any other allergies they should be aware of. It was the best prime rib I've had! The meat was incredibly tender and perfectly seasoned, letting the beef shine through. Literally have been craving this dish for years but I tend to avoid eating out because of how difficult It can be to find safe food. Everyone I was with enjoyed their meal immensely and hours later, all we can talk about is how fantastic everything was from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Kate was even kind enough to tell me to never apologize for having an allergy. It's the first time I've ever felt comfortable at a restaurant even asking to be accommodated - and I will say my family did speak up on my behalf at first, as I usually just avoid asking entirely. Overall it was a lovely experience and I would love to go back to this specific location solely for the staff even though it's one of the ones further away from me.

WOW. For a Thursday, what an experience. It was a vibrant, energetic dining experience. I have a gluten and dairy allergy. Worry? NEVER! The wait staff were diligent, caring and prompt. Immaculate. And all the food was a tasty lil treat to the palette. And BONUS… cocktail hour 😎

Absolutely loved our lunch at Ki. The food, drinks and flavours were impeccable. Saby was fantastic. Very attentive and wonderful service provided. They also catered for a coeliac allergy with different menus and gluten free soy sauce, which were already on the table for us.

Great service, and good food! No complaints :) I got the Mediterranean Shakshuka and the Landwer Iced Tea. The Shakshuka was pretty standard although I wish it was a bit warmer because the eggs were a tad bit too runny. I got the Shakshuka with gluten free bread but it was just standard grocery store toast lol. However, the tea was delicious and refreshing! No wait time on a weekday lunch which was SO surprising considering this place is always packed. Highly recommend joining the waitlist before going to the restaurant to avoid long wait times.

Outstanding food and service. Many gluten free options. Lamb shank and lamb rack were delicious and halal. The seafood stew was the star. Staff are super friendly. One of the best in Toronto.

I always have a great experience at Lena! Our server Raul was extremely Knowledgeable on the menu and very friendly. They created us specialty cocktails which were so fresh and flavourful. The food was delicious and very accommodating to my celiac allergy. The portions were generous and everything was amazing. They even had a gluten free cheesecake which was delicious! Can’t wait to go back

Had a great time at King Taps with our group; Madi was our server, and she did an awesome job all around. Thank you! Great ambience, good food (some great gluten free options too) and good drink. My only recommendation would be to carry a gluten free beer - they’re not hard to find and makes for a better experience for those with gluten allergies - there were 2 in our group alone that had gluten allergies.

I went here for the first time and the pizza was excellent. I will definitely return the next time I stay in the Toronto area. Probably the best Gluten free pizza I have ever eaten. And I have tried them from many different pizza makers. This was hands down the best..

Located in Toronto's Financial District, this is the second location in Canada. I came here for a special dinner event and had an amazing experience. The ambiance, food, and service were all great! They have a beautifully decorated semi-open space for warmer days, and also makes a great spot for hosting smaller private events. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, and there are plenty of paid parking garages in the area. ***UPDATE*** I recently returned to this restaurant to try their Happy Hour menu, and once again, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and courteous. Our server, Vig, stood out as exceptional—he was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. One of my companions has a gluten intolerance, and Vig was very thoughtful in accommodating her dietary needs. He brought gluten-free soy sauce for the sushi and even offered to substitute the bread in the mini Yorkshire with lettuce so she could enjoy it. As for the food, all the "steak" dishes we tried were flavorful and well-prepared. I especially loved the Steak Tartare Bites. The maki rolls were decent, but I wouldn’t specifically recommend coming here for sushi if that's your main focus. Overall, a great spot for Happy Hour with excellent service!

A few gluten free options (the chocolate cake is rice flour!) which were good! Chef also came out to discuss cross contamination, as well as trace amounts of gluten in certain dishes. As a celiac, this was not a bad dining experience!

I do not recommend the coffee at Aroma (particularly when there are so many great coffee places nearby). They have a variety of food offerings, including a lot of healthy salads, sandwiches and breakfasts. They are also pretty accommodatjng and are one of the only places in the Path to offer gluten free bread. Only complaint is the $1.75 gf charge to a $2.50 order of toast - kind of high for 2 slices of bread.

This was by far the BEST gluten free pizza I've ever had. I legitimately questioned whether the dough was actually gluten free (it was)... It was so light and airy and fluffy, which is literally impossible to find in any gluten-free product. My only regret is that I didn't order two pizzas, but I will certainly be back very, very, very soon. Also the staff at this location are so friendly!

On top of that, the restaurant was incredibly accommodating to our table’s dietary needs. I hosted my birthday party here and I cannot say enough good things. Every detail was accounted for and accommodated. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The food and cocktails were the best! I didn’t realize but one of my guests had a gluten intolerance that I didn’t account for and they brought out a separate dish for them on the spot. They are the best!! Whether you’re looking for a spot to grab drinks with friends, a coffee during the day or throw your next party, I would recommend 11:59 in a second. The space is beautiful too. One of the popular lunch spots at Commerce Court, Pantry offers build your own combo meals using freshly made dishes with a focus on healthier selections. The items offered include many vegan friendly options, and the portion sizes are decent. They also offer a number of gluten free options for both proteins and vegetables. Drawback is that the combos can be a bit pricey but is generally in line or cheaper than other options in the Financial District. There is also an option to order online and pick up.

Lots of options for different diets from vegan, vegetarian to meat lovers. Wanna mention as well that they also have gluten free meals. Food is fresh and proteins are oven roasted. Would highly recommend.
