4.5. Terroni is consistently a reliable and delicious Italian meal. This location has an amazing patio that stays open for as long as possible.
We went on a very busy Saturday night and it was good but everything took a long time and the servers were overwhelmed.
They’re great at accommodating allergies (they have a seperate menu for dairy and gluten free items) however, they don’t like making amendments to the dishes(nothing new, old Terroni rule).
I always LOVE the funghi salad and the pastas (with dairy and no amendments) are great.
Delicious empanadas with awesome flavors and a range of vegan options, perfect for a quick and satisfying bite on the go!

I have eaten empanadas before, but this was the first time I ate a gluten free version. I believe the casing is made out of masa (corn) flour. I was happy to find that they have vegan options: Veggie and Beyond meat. Appreciate that the business owner thought of making vegan options available, and has advertised it clearly on their website and at the store. I called ahead of time, for a pick up of 18 Empanadas and happened to speak with the owner, Richard. The order was ready on time, which was excellent. The empanadas were flavourful and so was the Salsa sauce. It complimented the empanada so well. The service was great!

Italian cuisine and vegetarian cuisine is simply a perfect match. The restaurant is classy but not fancy. The menu is short and simple but curated. (I do wish they had more gluten free options). Very interesting wine menu!
I had the plant based brie and the mushroom steak. Delicious even if the vegan steak was a bit too “meaty” for my taste.
Overall it was a great dinner. Very curious to see what else they add/change to their menu.
This vibrant spot is a long-time favorite for its extensive vegan menu and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for everyone, including kids!

I used to be such a fan of this place until they started doing things like making delivery portions way smaller than in the restaurant, cheapening the ingredients for already overpriced food, and how do they not have a gluten free bun for their burgers after almost 30 years. Some places survive the right way and some survive the wrong way - I think Fresh is doing the latter.
With a magical patio lit by lanterns and custom cocktails that impress, this spot is a neighborhood gem for a great time!

The food is so delicious- I love the ceviche! Cocktails are really good, and the patio is magical at night, with lanterns and a beautiful Japanese maple. I'm gluten intolerant, and almost everything was gluten free- even the fish tacos are corn battered, not wheat. so fresh and delicious!

Best pie in the city. The team here are absolute gems.
The dough is crispy, flavourful, gorgeous gluten taste. The sauce is full bodied, got that tang it needs. And the cheese combination takes it to the stratosphere.
Fantastic.
Also love the spot on Geary and dufferin, in case you want some beer with the pie.
