Absolutely appalling. All the food was freezing cold. None of the orders were correct. Tried to rectify cold chips but fish and mushy peas were cold by the time they brought it. Then kids had their beans put on the table, then 10 minutes later their meals. And most shocking was two meals were started, and the waitress flew passed, removed them even though some chips had been bitten into and placed them on an adjacent table. Plus gluten free was ordered for coeliac, and non-gluten free was put in front of her. £100 spent and extremely difficult to get a refund, despite full plates of food left un-eaten at the table. Waiter also very rude. Zero stars!

Perfect restaurant! I was very safisfied with the food and overall experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a whole gluten free menu including gluten free burgers and sandwiches. The price was ok. I’d definitely reccomend and I’m sure I’ll visit this place in the future!

We visited for (my) first time on Saturday and I must say that we were very impressed with the experience. The staff were very attentive and friendly. I haven't visited an eating establishment in a long time where I have been impressed with the service given! The team are a credit to Bella Italia. The food was delicious and there were plenty of choice for my partner who has a gluten intolerance, he was very impressed with the food served to him. We were very happy with our experience and will be returning.

We came in on the off chance they wld do GF as 4 other restaurants we tried didn't. Thank goodness we did, we visited it a few times over Easter weekend. 1 because I'm celiac, 2 because my nephew is autistic, 3 because my brother is disabled and it ticked all the boxes, the fact that the food was amazing was an added bonus. Staff were so clued up on celiac that even the head chef came out and spoke to me about precautions they take in the kitchen. Really couldn't find a fault with this place. It has an American old time feel to it and was absolutely outstanding. Thanks for having us xx

Excellent gluten free options. Not obvious on the menu but ask and you find out they have gf swops for sandwiches and bagels, Gf quiche and cakes.

What a great little find this cafe was, the breakfast was scrumptious and if there was something on the breakfast you didn't want they were happy to change it for something of your choice, the staff were lovely and very attentive, wheelchair friendly entrance, highly recommend this place and I'll certainly go again a great find, also they do a great selection of gluten free food, dairy free cheese and dairy free coffee and tea

Excellent food and great service. Everything on the menu can be made gluten free and appeared coeliac safe. The only very small thing that could be improved is the restaurant seating layout, which was quite cramped and would be difficult to move around in for some people.

Fantastic pizza stop, really delicious, definitely recommend, gluten free pizza was the best my teenager said she had tasted for a long time 🍕and it was thicker than the other gluten free ones she's had elsewhere, the manager and her staff where all very helpful and polite, a very pleasant dining experience

We had a lovely meal here last night Chloe and her team did a fantasic job. I often feel limited as I am Gluten free. Recently more options have been added to the menu here. I had a lovely GF garlic bread with pate and then GF lasagne. Jam packed with flavour it was really lovely and tasty. Service is fantastic and staff are always really lovely and friendly. Would highly recommend. Thank you 😊

Booked in for a breakfast I am Gluten free had separate menu and discussed my options with lovely member of staff. My food was cooked separately and served to me. Other members of my group had chance to go and pick there own. Plenty of options as with the traditional breakfast you also have access to the continental breakfast which includes yoghurt, fresh fruit salad, fruit juices and coffee/tea which I took advantage of. I couldn’t sample the pancakes, croissants etc but there was gluten free toast available with my cooked breakfast. Bonus kids eat free. Was very impressed with choices on offer and the friendly service from the staff

We were told they do gluten free food, when we arrived we were told the only thing they have thats gluten free is plain salad, they were stand ofish and made us feel unwelcome we walked out and went elsewhere would definitely not recommend and will not be back!

Amazing. Went for my friend's birthday dinner. Lovely staff, we were served by Salvadoré who was so lovely and told us all about his kids and recommended some amazing dishes to us. Felt like an authentic Italian place. Great ambiance and planning to go back again! Also good gluten free options (pizza, pasta, garlic bread, ice cream) and very allergy aware staff

Not a chance I will ever order from you again. 6 days from ordering a gluten free pizza and I’m still suffering from what was obviously not a gluten free pizza. I am really gluten intolerant, a little bit of gluten makes my stomach hurt, that pizza had far more than a little bit of gluten, my symptoms have been far more serious than my stomach hurting. Either teach your staff to handle gluten free safely or don’t offer it.

Great little Italian. Food was as good as we had in Naples, excellent service and my gf loved the gluten free pizza, hard to find a good one in the UK! Wholeheartedly recommend, worth the short distance from the main strip.

Team T from work.. Everyone knew about Ambrosinis but had not visited. A small dining area. Tastefully decorated. Very good food choices. And we're happy to help with gluten free alternatives. Everyone had different meals and no complaints from anyone. I recommend the pate. The best I've had and plenty of toasted bread and delicious chutney. Steak, chicken and pizzas all a hit x Better to book... Take outs available... Highly recommended. Will be back x x

Overall 4 due to a couple of amendments that could be made to the menu. Abingdon Street is always a great vibe for us and accompanied with a couple of drinks at Nomad. Made our order from the app and unfortunately for me I'm a fussy eater (coeliac gluten free requirements). Followed the given menu which needs some updates to be clear on ingredients used. Host brought our food over and explained it was 'made as ordered'. This included crispy onions as an extra, that were not listed as containing gluten (for newcomers it can be tricky to navigate). Having ordered from the GF option burger and asked for GF bun, it would seem apparent adding gluten to this order was a no no. Went to the counter with my food and was offered a fresh burger without the additional crispy onion. Team explained in future for GF orders to ask at the kitchen to ensure an ingredients check could be agreed. Thanked the team for their help, and really appreciated the great food. I know it can be awkward, but other parts of the menu cover this, so please ensure all ingredients are explained. Would it be permissable with other allergies, and your business promotes supporting GF options.

Absolutely amazing! My wife is Coeliac and she was able to get a Gluten Free cheesy garlic bread and spaghetti Vegittiana. She swears it’s the best pasta she’s ever had! My Grandad was practically licking his bowl after his Lasagna. I got the callebrese pizza and that was unreal! What a gem this place is.

At least this Subway had gluten free bread available. Bit annoying you can’t get a gluten free meal deal - lots of crisps and tortillas are GF just not Walkers / Doritos used here
