Outstanding!! Super cute ambiance and excellent service. We went with a larger group (reservations recommended) and we tried about 40% of the menu. Everything was delicious! The Chef came to check on us…she is celiac and confirmed that the fryer is safe and most dishes can be made celiac safe with GF bread, separate utensils, etc. We also tried a few drinks on the menu, all were imaginative and tasty. Cannot recommend this local, small business enough. 💜

Had a great experience today!! They were able to accommodate my son's Celiac disease, and he was able to have a salad, salmon, and sweet potato 🥔 - he loved it! I had chicken Parmigian - so good! Daughter bad the baby back ribs, and husband had a ribeye. Everyone was VERY happy with their food and VERY happy with their service! Drinks were refilled and in addition to multiple servers checking on us, I beleive the manager dis as well. Good family atmosphere and great food! Went back again - wonderful experience!

WHERE DO I START??? ORDERED A SMASH AVOCADO CHEESE BURGER (SWISS) ON THE SIDE, GLUTEN FREE BUN, SWEET POTATO FRIES, WITH CAMPFIRE SAUCE. SPLIT AS MY WIFE AND I WERE SHARING. WHICH THE KITCHEN DID. WHEN WE GOT OUR DINNER (20MIN. LATER) THE BURGER AND FRIES WHERE COLD! NO CHEESE AND NO CAMPFIRE SAUCE. FLAGGED DOWN THE WAITER (ZACHERY) AND TOLD HIM. HE HAD TO MAKE TWO TRIPS BACK TO THE KITCHEN TO GET OUR ONE CAMPFIRE SAUCE. THEN WENT BACK TO THE KITCHEN TO GET OUR CHEESE (PEPPER JACK?) IT WAS NOT SWISS, LIKE I ORDERED!!!! WHAT KIND OF TRAINING DO THESE SERVERS GO THROUGH? NOTE: THIS WAS ON A THURSDAY NIGHT AT 5PM AND THE RESTAURANT WAS ALMOST EMPTY. IF THIS HAD BEEN A SATURDAY NIGHT, I WONDER HOW MUCH FREE FOOD WAS THE MANAGER GIVEN OUT FOR SUCH SERVICE. THE LADY MANAGER ON DUTY CAME OUT AND OFFERED US A FREE BURGER AND EXTRA FRIES AND DRINKS. WHICH WE RELUCTANTLY ACCEPTED. WHEN I PRINTED OUT THE RECEIPT IT WAS BLANK. NOTHING PRINTED. ZACHERY WENT BACK TO GIVE ME A PRINTED RECEIPT. I MENTIONED TO HIM THAT HE POSSIBLY NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED, HE THEN TOLD ME THAT I WAS THE WORSE CUSTOMER HE HAS EVER WAITED ON. REALLY!!!! ALL I WANTED WAS WHAT I ORDERED IN A REASONABLE TIME. IS THAT TOO MUCH TOO ASK? THE LADY MANAGER ON DUTY GAVE US WHAT WE ORDERED TO TAKE HOME. I WAS NOT ASKING FOR ANYTHING FREE, I JUST WANTED WHAT I ORDERED IN A TIMELY MANNER. I CAN ONLY SAY IF I OWNED THIS FRANCHISE, I WOULD BE TRAINING OR RE-TRAINING SOME FOLKS. IT IS NOT PROFITABLE TO GIVE AWAY FREE FOOD FOR INEXCUSABLE SERVICE AND COLD FOOD! MY WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN TO NUMEROUS RED ROBIN RESTAURANTS AND THIS IS THE WORSE!!!! THE RED ROBIN IN TEMPE IS PERFECT. WE NEVER HAVE HAD A PROBLEM THERE. FOOD IS HOT AND SERVICE IS GREAT. MAYBE THE SURPRISE RESTAURANT CAN LEARN SOMETHING FROM THEM. I HOPE SO. WELL, THERE YOU HAVE IT. GOOD LUCK IF YOU GO TO THE RED ROBIN IN SURPRISE, AZ. IT’S LIKE A BOX OF CHOCOLATES. YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU WILL GET. THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN. ☹

Every single time I walk in I’m asked how my day is going and greeted with a smile. The personalized touch is very nice for the short amount of time in the store waiting for my pizzas. My family loves all the pizzas, but specifically their gluten-free pizzas are a huge win at our house. So delicious!

We come here often as they have a variety of yummy Gluten Free options. Kitchen staff are accommodating on special requests. Staff are friendly and helpful to guests and other staff members. Restaurant is very clean. We like the outdoor shaded patio.

UPDATE: went in again tonight. The food was great! My Celiac son amd I shared a salmon, daughter had shrimp scampi and husband has the steak Bryan. It was just as good this time! The oil and bread were so amazing too! Amazing food and atmosphere- able to take my son who has Celiac disease - they have gluten free options!

I love Chick-fil-A but this location always forgets something in our bag I don’t know why I still trust you. I will be looking from now on even if I have to take everything out of my bag. The first time you forget my sandwich the second time you forget my daughter’s gluten free bun and this time you forgot a 12 piece nugget. My daughter loves to eat chick-fil-A because you offer gluten free items. I’m very irritated that you can’t take the time to make sure the order is correct and all in the bag!!!!

We celebrated a birthday here and had a fantastic time! Alexis was incredibly attentive and helpful, especially with answering our questions and accommodating my dietary restrictions. As someone who has worked in hospitality for years, this is exactly the kind of thoughtful, high-level service I always hope to receive. The food was amazing—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The menu is diverse, with plenty of gluten free and vegetarian options, which made it easy for everyone in our party to find something they loved. While we waited for our table, we sampled a few wines and were blown away by the fruit wines—the blueberry was especially delicious! Highly recommend this spot for a special occasion or a casual night out. We’ll definitely be back!

Stopped in after seeing gluten free bread available on their menu, and the sandwiches were great! The bread wasn’t crumbly or hard, it was very soft and tasted great. The cheddar brisket and bacon ranch were both fantastic on the bread. What made this location even better was having the opportunity to meet the owner while my son and I waited for our food! He showed us the various photos and memorabilia on the wall (with much of it coming from here in surprise, including the photos), and told the story behind so much of what’s on display. He even let my son hold the helmets from London! It was both humbling and a pleasure to have the experience. We will absolutely be back thanks to the great food, but even better people!

Zach and Joc are amazing! They are so allergy-conscious, and made sure my food- allergic teen with Celiac disease was able to eat safely without feeling like she was inconveniencing anyone. That's HUGE. Highly recommend!

Heather was so rude, lazy, ignorant, and incompetent. I asked for gluten free blueberry pancakes and she refused to serve me. My husband and I went back and forth with her 3 times. When we asked for a manager she said there was not one on sight. This all happened January 14th 2025 at around 10pm. Finally Aryanna stepped in and assisted. While she was assisting us Heather kept eaves dropping then proceeded to say blueberries have wheat in them. NO THEY DON'T! THEY ARE A FRUIT. Aryanna was so kind in assisting us. Aryanna was able to accommodate us with our order.

Best pizza in Arizona! This pizza is a midwesterners dream! Being from Ohio, I always enjoys a good hearty crust, great flavor and the perfect pepperoni that curls up and gets crisp! My husband and I have come here a few times now and we have enjoyed it. They are limited in gluten free options but they do have a cauliflower pizza and I'm pretty picky when it comes to my pizza but it was delicious! They have lots of different drinks and beers to choose from so there's definitely something for everyone. As my husband doesn't have dietary restrictions such as I do, he says they have delicious food! He's had pizza, a sandwich, and other stuff in the past and says they are all delicious! I would definitely recommend it if you're in the area!

I live in So Cal. I have family in Surprise and El Mirage. Every time I go out to visit them, I have to eat here. I have to eat gluten free so I have to get my gluten free chicken enchilada stack. It is the best! I always get excellent service, Andy is my favorite server. Last week I had Jessica and she was awesome! Don't ever change the recipe for the chicken enchilada stack and Andy and Jessica, you guys are awesome!

I ordered a burger with a gluten free bun. I was impressed that the bun comes separate from the burger and fixings. The bun is warm and soft and good and If you've ever had gluten-free bun you know that would be a good one.

The flavor of the meat tasted like excellent street bbq. I ordered the bowl and the balance of rice/beans to meat and vegetables was pleasing. The fajita veggies on top were a bit over cooked but they acted like a flavorful salsa. I’m gluten intolerant and found the bowl easy to digest. Note: other gluten items are prepared in the same kitchen. Didn’t affect me but might someone who is keenly sensitive. Food was delicious and filling. Everyone in my party liked the dish they ordered. I’d definitely go there again.

I'm Celiac and this sushi restaurant is very good about knowing what to serve me because of my disease. The only thing I wish they took better care of was serving Gluten Free Soy Sauce. We typically bring ours from home and they never mind so it's not that big of a deal but would like to not have to lug a bottle of soy sauce around anytime I want to eat it. Also I would also like for them to have separate soy sauce bowls for those who are celiac because Soy Sauce typically contains gluten and the cross contamination can affect us Celiacs if not cleaned properly. Their Nigiri is so fresh. This is our go to sushi spot. Love it.

Tivoli Gardens is a cozy family type restaurant that offers reasonably priced comfort foods with an emphasis on some Italian specialty dishes. My dining companion and I arrived early for a Sunday dinner. While they did not seem to have a gluten free menu, the server was more than helpful in communicating to the kitchen that I did not want aus jus sauce on my prime rib, no bread and no croutons on my dinner salad. My companion ordered their signature Tivoli pasta dish with sausage and the soup of the day. The large pasta portion was more than he could consume and quite tasty. The only distraction was the noise level was a bit uncomfortable for a casual conversation which seems to be the norm in many restaurants. We really enjoyed our meal and the excellent service.
