Not only was the cinnamon roll warm and delicious but the owners we so sweet. They provided us celiac safe recommendations for restaurants in town. Definitely stop in and grab a sweet treat! They’ve also got amazing gf pastas for sale!
A vibrant spot with a diverse menu that impresses both vegans and foodies alike, leaving everyone craving another visit.

Honestly, I was hesitant at first. Being told it was vegan and gluten free i was fully expecting to have to go get an after-dinner burger somewhere else.
I was very pleasantly proven wrong in my assumption.
The Korean Bison Ribs were amazing, best I've had, and massive serving.
The salmon looked amazing and I'll get that next time.
Highly recommend.
Unique burger variations make it a must-try spot, perfect for repeat visits even if the vibe isn't the main draw.

The service was great.
Burgers and sides were delicious.
Not really much atmosphere, but that's not why I was there.
So far, every burger variation was worth another try, but gotta get through all of them first!
They have a separate fryer and GF buns for the celiac.
As a top pick for unique dietary needs, this spot impresses with its standout atmosphere and attention to detail.

Chris was our server and recommended the dry rub wings and they were delightful! Great flavor!! We had the brisket, ribs, and pulled pork. All of which were good. Personally, I love that the menu is marked very clearly with gluten-free options. The cornbread is actually gluten-free, and it does not taste gluten-free. It was yummy and they serve it with butter and honey. My husband really liked his Paloma. The atmosphere is nice and they have a lovely outdoor patio. Good service, good food, great vibe, and clean. We will be back!

The food was delicious, the service was great, and Winona’s has a great breakfast cafe atmosphere. Winona’s also has reasonable prices. They don’t charge extra for gluten free toast, which is a pleasant surprise. This is the only restaurant I’ve ever been to that doesn’t charge extra for gluten free bread products. Way to go Winona’s!
Expect a cozy vibe with decent food and a menu that stands out, but be prepared for potential wait times during rush hours.

Oh man these folks know how to prepare chicken. Both the kabob and schwarma are out of this world. And they have gluten-free pitas, so everyone can join in on the full gyro experience.
Crispy, loaded pizza with a ski resort vibe makes this spot a must-visit, despite the higher prices!

Ordered a gluten free pizza and it was one of the best gf pizzas I have had. The crust was crispy and they added lots of toppings. Was on the pricey side, but price was expected for a restaurant in a ski resort as well as ordering a gf pizza! Will definitely come back here next time I am visiting.
Experience deliciousness with uniquely crafted sandwiches that are a must-try, drawing rave reviews for their quality and flavor!

I will always be a big fan of Cruisers. Since my Celiac diagnosis they are always sensitive to my dietary restrictions. I love the chicken salad but mostly their Raw Salad with the added chicken salad.
Dig into wild and creative burgers that pack a punch, all while enjoying a lively atmosphere perfect for a fun outing.

Fun dive bar type spot, fun for kids. Good kids menu, solid gluten free bun option (didn’t fall apart immediately but still didn’t risk putting it down!) The burgers are good, juicy, and hit the spot after a day skiing.
A top spot for date night with an inviting bar vibe, fresh seasonal menu, and vibrant atmosphere that keeps everyone coming back for more.

GF labeling and options are sketchy. Okay if you're "gluten intolerant," but unacceptable if you're celiac. Labeling of GF and GFO were vague. No separate fryer, so couldn't have the fries.
Steak tartare is overly seasoned with soy sauce.
GF breadcrumbs are gritty in the clam dish, which was also very heavily marinated. Didn't finish.
The GF bread with lamb skewers was good, as was that dish.
Desserts were very good.
Probably a great place for people who can order selectively from the whole menu, but a fail for celiac sufferers. For those of us who aren't, it's apparently hit or miss.
Enjoy exceptional quality dishes and a fantastic drink selection in a cheerful atmosphere that's perfect for any occasion.

We booked for Thanksgiving late lunch and had the gluten free options of the Truffle & Herb Frites, the Pig & Apple, and the Chicken chasseur.
Exceptional quality of food, extensive cocktail and wine options, and all staff were cheery, even though they were working on Thanksgiving.
Thank you to our waiter Brian, who made our afternoon even more delightful.

Mambo came up on a quick dinner search in Steamboat Springs. We were visiting the area the week before Christmas with a group of 9, and were able to easily make a reservation for our group about one week in advance. Upon a quick glance of the menu, you can tell that Mambo is an italian restaurant, so you can expect a variety of pastas and pizzas. The ambiance of Mambo was perfect for a birthday celebration. I would say you are safe in casual dress attire, but I would suggest this is more of a special occasion dining option. Prices reflect the ambiance, and I would say are fair based on the location and quality. Our large group arrived at our reservation a bit early, so we chose to hang out at the bar while waiting. The bar area is small, and patrons are able to both eat and drink at the bar. When our table was ready, we couldn’t transfer our drink tab to our dining tab, so it was a minor inconvenience to have to close our bar tab before moving to our table. The dining space is space in general, so tables are fairly close together. To start our meal, we ordered the house bread and calamari fritti. These in my opinion are definite musts when dining at Mambo. I will also note that you can order gluten free options, and modify some of the menu items to your specifications. A nice thing to be able to do at an Italian restaurant. Some of the entrees ordered included: spaghetti and meatballs, chicken parmigiano, fettuccine alfredo, and the principessa pizza. All the entrees were served with a generous portion size. A note on the large pizza, it is enough to feed 3-5 people. As someone that enjoys a well made pizza, I would avert from ordering pizza here. It just wasn’t cooked enough for my liking, the dough/crust seemed hardly cooked and the toppings were cool upon first bite. I would say the pizza is cooked in a very artisan-style. Overall, our group had a very pleasant and enjoyable experience dining at Mambo. I would recommend dining here to others especially if you’re looking for an Italian dinner.
Grabbed lunch for the family and everyone loved their sandwiches. They offered gluten free bread and asked if I was celiac and kept it separate. Fantastic.
With a focus on customization and expert knowledge, this spot truly shines for those craving a flavorful, spicy experience.

Absolutely delicious. The food was excellent, spicy (per our goals). They clearly marked gluten free and as a celiac I did not get sick. Tagged and plan to eat here anytime we pass through.

We went on the patio in the summer which was beautiful with flowers everywhere and tons of shade.
The food is plentiful with a salad bar included in each meal and 2 sides (baked potatoes, onion rings, fries, house potato which was a deep fried potato ball covered in cheese, and broccoli). The chicken we had was really dry, the ribs were fine, the steak was a really tough cut of meat that we didn’t finish. Our daughter’s shrimp on the kid’s menu was the best dish, served on a bed of rice. The veggie burger was ok.
I know the place has been here for a while but some of the basics can use some modernizing. Like so many potato based sides and serving shrimp on a bed of rice pilaf. Or serving the chicken hidden under the ribs on the plate. Just a little more refinement would go a long way. I wish the food was better because we had a nice evening and our server was great. They also had just 2 veggie options- a ravioli and veggie burger. But the gluten free options were plentiful with most items being marked gf.

I got the biscuit and gravy (which the gravy is gf for everyone regardless of if you’re gf or not). The owner was wonderful and came to talk to me about biscuit preparations. Not a dedicated gf kitchen space but as a sensitive celiac, I felt fine 4+ hours later.

Eat here every time in town and it’s always awesome. Pizza is great - I love the Corner White and the Baker Wings. Beer list changes constantly and always on point. Attimo wine on tap. Gluten free crust is also solid. Music always on and fun.

This place is an absolute jem. The owners make you feel at home and the food is delicious. The owner makes homemade bread with wheat that is not processed like 99% of American made wheat. I am gluten free and ate real bread for the first time in 10 years. Wow and I don't feel the symptoms I typically do after eating wheat. Amazing. A must visit when you are in Steamboat!

This new restaurant is great! Best Mexican in Steamboat. Great tacos! Especially the lobster and the arrachera. The ceviche was a huge portion for the money and had nice flavor. The mushroom salsa was fantastic. Very flavorful. The margarita was on point. The house made tortilla chips were great! (Could use a bit more salt though). And the house made taco tortillas were also great but they may want to consider doubling them up because they fell apart after a while. All the tacos were piping hot! Only real complaint is that it’s in the basement. But they decorated it very nicely and it turns into a club late at night on weekends. Fun!! The service was also excellent and they knew about food allergies and were very accommodating, which is hard to find these days. And they even have separate friers for gluten free tortillas. Great place! We both said we hope it stays in business. We will certainly coming back a lot to support this business. And will tell all our friends about it.

Some of the best food I've ever eaten. I was very impressed with their appetizers, sauces, and gluten free options. Even my incredibly picky boyfriend said "We should come back" after only one bite of the spring roll before his entree arrived (the Lia rolls are huge btw). The staff was very professional and kind.
if I'm really going to nitpick:
-The dining room is chilly, bring a jacket
-The lighting is really harsh (high contrast, extreme shadows, unflattering. Not a good first date option)
-If you're sensitive to chemical fragrances, use the bathroom before you arrive. The restroom here has an essential oil diffuser that's delightful but prolific.
Close to the base, this spot offers a vibrant atmosphere but watch out for occasional strong odors that can be distracting.

Had dinner here recently. Gluten free pizza crust was really good, and the toppings were also really good. Good Cheese and sauce. I like the location, close to the base, and the atmosphere, but I only give it 3 stars because they use plastic cups, which doesn't seem to fit the vibe of the restaurant. There was also a VERY strong smell of sewage/rotten seafood from time to time. I'm not entirely sure what the smell was, but it was pungent and distracting, enough to look around and try to determine it's source. Had it not been super busy and a packed house, I would have asked about it.
I will definitely eat here again, and would definitely recommend others do as well, simply because they use an actual gluten free crust, and not a cauliflower crust that seems to be prevalent in Steamboat. The service is also very quick and efficient, and the pizzas came out quickly.

This place is a charming locals spot that brings real flavor to the library. The food and beverages are lovingly crafted, down to the homemade fresh bread and chai blend. There are plenty of delicious options from baked goods to sandwiches and smoothies and homemade soups. A sneaky favorite is the superfood fudge. It is so rich and delicious. I definitely recommend a stop in for a healthy snack or lunch (plenty of gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options too) and some chit chat.
