An immediate new Christmas tradition! We came for the lunch buffet and not only was the food incredible, the service was so friendly and welcoming. They have a wide variety of dishes on the buffet along with desserts my 5 year old loved and every single thing was delicious, fresh, and packed with flavor. I am gluten intolerant and they had a large variety of my gluten free favorites too. The service was the perfect level of attentiveness while letting us relax and enjoy our meal. Overall the best experience and we can not wait to come back!
With a vibrant atmosphere and plenty of delicious options, you'll enjoy a memorable time here with great service.

We've been here a few times and it's been great. In the past, we've had Juan and he was wonderful. This time our server was Alex and he was terrific, too. Our daughter has Celiac disease and they were knowledgeable and careful about it. Additionally, a lot of their menu is naturally gluten free.
Affordable bites served with fresh ingredients amidst a welcoming ambiance that’s tough to match.

As someone with celiac disease, I appreciate the precautions they take to ensure the lowest possibility of cross contamination and still make me a delicious gluten free cheese steak sub 😋 thanks for caring and thanks for the meal!

Red Robin in Bel Air, MD is open and prospering. I have Celiacs (allergic to gluten) and am dairy free. I, and my family and friends go there once a week, usually on Tuesdays when we eat their $10 burgers with bottomless sides. The cooks, wait staff, and managers are excellent. They do their best every time we go. Best burgers ever!!!

Consistently good coffee, and a great bakery selection. They also offer gluten-free toast and they'll offer to bake it separately for sensitive allergies. Very friendly staff and a nice place to get a pick-me-up.

It's a bit tight in there but I love what they did with the place. They've given it character and have superb customer service. The gluten free upcharge was incredibly affordable. My partner had his own high tea tower! Usually, gluten free people like him or those with special allergies get the crumbs and are a second thought. Not this place. Unlimited tea as well?! We'll be coming back for sure.

Wonderful place. I have to eat gluten and dairy free and they make it with cauliflower crust and vegan cheese for me. The pizza tastes great and the workers are kind. I highly recommend this place.

This is an update to an earlier review focusing on food allergy safety. If you don't have food allergies, I recommend you read the other reviews.
In case you can't be bothered to read the full review, the long and short is that I had a food allergy issue during my visit, but after discussions with management, the restaurant has implemented new procedures in hopes of prevent any future issues. Given what I have been told, even given my experience, I would feel comfortable dining here again.
I have Celiac (can't eat gluten due to an autoimmune response - not exactly an allergy, but treated as such for the purpose of a restaurant / food prep). During my visit, due to an unfortunate set of events, I ate an item which I was told was gluten free, but discovered later that it was not. This was very upsetting at the time, and I'm still suffering the consequences of that today, and will be for some time. My original review spelled out the events of that day, what I felt were the causes that lead to this mistake, and some recommendations to fix it.
After leaving my review, I was contacted by the manager offering an apology and a promise to do better. While I appreciated the apology, I expressed concern that committing to do better was insufficient, and that there needed to be fundamental changes to policy and/or procedure to ensure prevention of future issues. To my surprise, I received a response the following morning which outlined various policy and procedure changes which were being implemented immediately to include things like wider availability of allergen charts, and mandatory management consultation upon mention of an allergy, amongst other steps. These were the types of changes I was recommending, and I'm thrilled to see them implemented so quickly and that there was such willingness from the store management to do so.
Well done Latitude for making your restaurant a safer place for any of your customers to dine.
Enjoy a stress-free experience here, where the team's attention to detail ensures a reliable and smooth visit every time.

The staff is absolutely great. The Manager (Jackie) is fantastic 😁.
This is the ONLY Five Guys I have never has a problem with due to Celiacs.
I let the cooks know I have a flour allergy and I never have an issue as I have had with a couple of other Five Guys restaurants.
Enjoy a unique and diverse menu in an upscale atmosphere, perfect for a memorable dining experience.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pairings and I must say, the food was absolutely incredible. Not only was the menu diverse and full of unique options, but they also catered to my gluten-free needs with a ton of delicious choices. The upscale atmosphere added to the overall dining experience, making it feel like a truly special occasion. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable and upscale dining experience with plenty of gluten-free options.

Emma was such a great host for us! I had lunch with a friend I have not seen in a long while, so we needed the time to catch up. Emma was so graceful in her checking in with us. And when we were ready to order she gave amazing recommendations for my gluten allergy. Definitely made a new friend here !!! Thank you Emma xxxx

Visited for the first time today. Very impressed with gluten and dairy free options, and the food and smoothies we got were good, but pricey. Unfortunately the prices are not listed on the menu which is kind of sneaky and I am not a fan of that as a customer. I subtracted a star because my husband got a grilled cheese and it was more like a cheese sandwich because the cheese was barely melted at all and even slightly cool to the touch in the middle of the sandwich.
A clean spot with a separate menu and attentive chefs ensures a delicious experience tailored to your preferences.

Gluten free safe!!!!!
- They have a separate gluten free menu, and the chef came out to ask what broth I wanted to be made gluten free. The staff was very knowledgeable of what contains gluten and they brought out my food separately in a self serve restaurant. They were all also very kind and helpful, and the place is very clean. SUPER TASTY
Intimate and lively, this spot impresses with thoughtful surprises, attentive service, and creative presentations that elevate your dining experience.

Our first visit to One Eleven Main was wonderful. Both the scallops and duck dishes were tasty and well presented, the drinks were excellent, and the s'mor dessert was excellent. I am gluten-free due to an allergy, and the wait and kitchen staff were knowledgeable and very accommodating. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the staff helped us celebrate with surprise champagne and a decoration on our dessert. The restaurant is small and can get a little loud, but we enjoyed the atmosphere and the attentive staff. Our watter and drinks were never empty, and the staff understood and respected that we wanted to take our time and enjoy our meal. We will return.
Honestly it's still the best customer service I've ever experienced and also the only fast food restaurant that gives a gluten free option I can get in a drive thru.
While I have enjoyed their pizza, I asked in shop about their gluten free pizza for my son who has celiac. The man told me they take allergies very seriously and food has come a long way. He said to just give them extra time so they can take all precautions and mentioned to tell them its for an allergy.
Fast forward to today. I called early for a gluten free pizza and told them it was for an allergy. When it was picked up, we noticed it wasn't on a tray so I was worried. I called the restaurant and asked if its cooked on/in the same surface as gluten pies. I was told it is at the end to crisp up crust. (Which I appreciated their honesty.) BUT, that's not gluten free nor safe for allergies. Very dissapointed.
Enjoy a peaceful atmosphere with fresh, customizable options and easy touchscreen ordering for a quick and tasty experience.

First time eating here and I want to go back already. The food was so good and fresh. I had a custom bowl, my husband had the buffalo chicken.
It was so light yet filling . The sauce in my bowl was amazing. A definite recommand for those who enjoy vegan and gluten free meals.

I have a Gluten allergy and this is one of very few places in the area that caters to GF and I have not gotten sick the three times I've been there. Absolutely would recommend.
Dim lighting sets a unique vibe, but be prepared for high prices and a limited selection that's still surprisingly tasty.

Good selection of gluten free. Lighting was so low it was difficult to see menus Greeter suggested high tables for our party with two over 80 seniors who could never do that. But we enjoyed our meal and will be back We had requested well done beans they were ok but could have been softer.
They have one of the best soup selections in Bel Air, and the prices are great! They were also very accommodating to our gluten/dairy restrictions. Great service and food!

I used Mucho Gusto Catering for a Bridal Shower recently and was very pleased. Pricing was reasonable and the food was great. They were also able to accommodate food allergies and make sure the entire order was gluten and dairy free. Would absolutely use them for catering again.
This place is an absolute must try and they have great gluten free options. There’s not very many places around here that have good gluten free pizza for such a great price!
I love Wayback. The food is pretty consistent, and that goes a long way these days. I do wish they still offered gluten free buns. My wife has celiac, and Wayback is her favorite burger spot.
Food was very good and my party of 4 enjoyed everything they had. My biggest issue is that they are not well informed about gluten intolerance. I asked if their chips were gf and I was told yes because it’s corn tortillas. I then said well are they fried in-house with gluten containing items such as anything containing flour. The server said yes. I said then the chips can’t be considered gf due to cross contamination.
There is a wide variety of choices here. I was at Silver Spring Mining Co with a large party and there were folks that had food allergies, were gluten free, and were on diets. There was something for everyone. My husband had a delicious burger and fries, while I had sauteed veggies with grilled shrimp. I'm low carb these days and when I declined the side of pasta or rice, the waitress offered a side salad at no extra charge. Everything was delicious and portions generous.
Experience consistently great meals in a cozy spot known for freshness and a welcoming vibe, perfect for a repeat visit.

Every year to remember a loved one we miss, we have dinner at a restaurant that she loved on her birthday. Yesterday, I called and explained that I have Celiac disease and cannot have gluten and wanted to know if they had gluten free options. They assured me that they can prepare everything with gluten free soy sauce and listed the two things I cannot have.
We are a party of six. I asked if it would be possible for our party to sit at a hibachi table alone to have all the food prepared with gluten free soy sauce, to avoid cross contamination. She said they typically don't reserve tables. I said, even if it's not busy? She said if it's not busy it's possible that we can.
When we walked in today, all but two hibachi tables were completely empty. The person I spoke to on the phone was there.
She said they do not reserve tables and would have us sit with four others, but that it was ok because my food would be prepared first. I said "so everyone at the table would have to wait for mine to be finished before theirs is started?" (I didn't like that idea, I didn't want people waiting longer because of me.) She said no, that my food would be moved to the side and prepared separately before regular soy sauce was added to the rest of the hibachi.
We were sat and I expressed my hesitance and concern to the server. She assured me that her mother has Celiac disease and she understands.
I became ill within 30 minutes.
The reason I post this review is because shortly after we were sat, a couple came in and ended up having an entire hibachi table to themselves. At least four hibachi tables remained completely empty the entire time we were there. The place was not busy and my food being cross contaminated was needless and completely avoidable. (I have been to hibachi before, perfectly fine, because the entire hibachi table was using gluten free soy sauce.) They refused that for us even though the restaurant had more than enough tables, all while assuring me they were taking the precautions necessary.
I will never be back and encourage anyone, especially those with dietary restrictions, to choose anywhere else than here-- it's too expensive for them to care this little about ensuring the safety and experience of their patrons.
