Finally an ITALIAN restaurant, a nice place that tastes of Italy, of southern Italy, they speak Italian, the cuisine is truly Italian, the COFFEE is Italian, the chef, basically everything! And finally for a celiac like me you have the certainty of eating everything safely without gluten: from the first to the second courses, and the pizzas, everything in total safety... They even brought me some gluten-free bread made by them, to say the least FANTASTIC. For all the Italians looking for a piece of Italy in Zurich, this is the right place! Rating 10!

Location, food, and service are spectacular. The best restaurant in Lucerne — the food is amazing, and the service from the waiters is outstanding. The owner is incredibly friendly, always with a smile on his face and ready to help with everything. We stayed in Lucerne for three days and ate lunch and dinner there every day. For Switzerland, the prices are very reasonable. Gluten-free food — it's very hard to find gluten-free options in Lucerne, but this restaurant has a wide variety and the menu clearly indicates them. We're really sad to be leaving Lucerne, but we're happy to have met the owner and all the staff. We'll definitely be coming back! Ivan and Veronica Best regards. The best restaurant in Lucerne, great food, the attention of the waiters is spectacular, the owner is super friendly, always with a smile on his face and helping with everything. We spent three days in Lucerne and had lunch and dinner there every day. The prices are very good for Switzerland. Gluten-free food is very difficult to find in Lucerne. This restaurant has a wide variety, and the menu specifies it. We're very sad to be leaving Lucerne, but we're happy to have met the owner and all his staff. We'll definitely be back! Beautiful Pizzeria in the heart of Lucerne. Definitely not a bargain and also not a standard menu, but definitely a highlight. It was the best gluten-free pizza we’ve had in a long time - maybe ever. The Service was very friendly and attentive. If you don’t mind a smaller menu and somewhat steep/ high prices (but after all it is Lucerne), it is definitely worth a visit. Our daughter is a symptomatic celiac, but she had no issues and loved the pizza.

We had a relaxing lunch on the outdoor patio. It was a treat to know everything on the menu is gluten-free. My daughter with celiac loved the home-made chicken nuggets. The schnitzel was also good and the seasoned french fries. The mixed salad with house dressing was delicious, too, and they provided a small basket of GF bread that was also homemade and so tasty! We were too full for dessert but want to go back for the GF Berliner.

Absolutely wonderful. The owner is gluten free and so they really understand celiac/GF needs - almost everything on the menu except 2 dishes is or can be GF and the food, service, and vibe are great. The building is so cool - built in 1714! At the end of the meal they even brought me homemade GF biscotti. Highly recommend!

I've been here a few times already, and it's surely one if my go-to pizza places if I'm in Lausanne! The pizza is great, as well as the selection in the menu. They also have gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. The service is always kind, friendly and happy to help. Recommended for a good Italian style pizza!

Super tasty gluten-free pizza, which according to the menu is baked on an aluminum tray to reduce the risk of contamination. Very nice, courteous service. The ambience and furnishings are simple and simple, but not particularly special.

We had 2 pizzas for take-away: 1 Pizza Melanzane (so good!!) and one gluten-free Pizza Quattro Formaggio. Super fast service, we called and 10 minutes later we could pick it up. Happy about the great gluten-free dough!! Can absolutely recommend

Wonderful ambience. The food is delicious (had the burrata and a pizza). They also do great gluten free. We had just come from hiking so we were not dressed for the occasion but they didn’t seem to mind which was fortunate.

Nice restaurant in the heart of Lucerne. They offer gluten-free pinsa. It was very tasty and the staff were friendly and attentive. The pinsa was delicious - the gluten-free version is baked in a separate oven. We felt reasonably safe overall. However, all pinsas are on wooden boards/plates which have more or less deep cutting grooves. We pointed out that it would definitely make sense to serve the gluten-free pinsas on plates or dedicated boards to avoid cross-contamination. They were very open and appreciated the suggestion. I assume they’ll handle it even more safely in the future - otherwise it’s best to just ask for a plate instead of a wooden board when ordering. Our daughter is a symptomatic celiac, but she had no issues and really loved the food.

The favorite pizzeria of my 6 year old daughter, who is celiac! It’s the only place where she can enjoy delicious gluten-free pizza. I take the opportunity every time to enjoy the wood fire... The staff is super nice and extremely attentive. An excellent place that I highly recommend!

This restaurant is great! The gluten free pizza was delicious. I’m not sure why people think otherwise. It actually had good dough and is one of the best.

The gluten free pizza is not safe for celiacs, it triggers symptoms. Its made in the same oven as normal pizza but with some foil wrapping. Taste and service is otherwise good but this is a warning to celiacs not to eat there.

This message is for anyone suffering from gluten allergy seeing the gluten free options they offer and thinking to give it a try: this was the worst pasta I have ever had, and don't get me wrong, I'm not talking about the undercooking and over cooking of the pasta the sauce was "disgusting". I have no other words.

I don't understand why the dishes at the buffet are explained so well but at the end they prepare me a cappuccino with oat milk (just because I didn't specifically ask for cow's milk). As a celiac disease sufferer, I rely on a gluten-free diet and am quite disappointed with how carelessly certain employees at Tibits deal with the topic of "food intolerances". Unfortunately, I have definitely lost my trust in Tibits thanks to my severe stomach cramps. Too bad! Trends are probably given greater weight than serious illnesses.

Hard to find, it's upstairs in the back of a building, up the stairs. Service was great and food was tasty. Our cups were dirty (lip marks from a previous user and dried liquid in the bottom) so we traded ours from another table to find clean ones 😱 But - their gluten free pizza was great for celiac.

Bündnerland is one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in Europe! The food is beyond delicious, the service is warm and welcoming, and the restaurant itself has such a cozy atmosphere. I was traveling with my girlfriend, who has celiac disease, and the staff were very understanding and helpful. They prepared the entire Swiss Tour Menu gluten-free so that we could both sample everything. Every dish was fantastic, but the fondue and cordon-bleu were our favorites. I also enjoyed the house aperitivo. The service was attentive but not at all rushed, so we were able to have a lovely, relaxing evening. Thank you to Fabian and Bündnerland- hopefully we can come back if we are in Lucerne again!
