I have a hard time finding gluten-free, dairy-free food. Ima Noodles checked all the boxes for me! Not only was it delicious but it was healthy and pleasing to the eye. One of my new favorite places!😍

Everything was perfect. I got the gemelli pasta and my husband got their gluten-free pizza. Both were spectacular! It’s so rare to find a place with a gluten-free pizza crust that’s actually amazing so we are so happy to have found this spot.

Not great for people with serious gluten intolerance due to cross-contamination risks. There was some effort made to bake the pizza in a separate tray but it was still contaminated and I got really sick

Do yourself a favor and experience one of the best Latin food restaurants I’ve been to. It’s truly authentic Cuban. Yes it’s in Detroit. Don’t let that dissuade you. They are great for gluten free options as well.

Came in to order takeout for lunch yesterday— Molly killed it! She had to balance the floor (which had a 40+ party in one room alone), the bar, AND takeout. Food was well worth the wait; as a plus, the gluten-free substitutes were high quality.

Chartreuse was an excellent dining experience. I ate with a large work group, and everything was spectacular. From the entrees to the salads and desserts, everything was delicious with unique options and good flavors. It was also able to accommodate celiac gluten free and vegan options for our groups. I highly recommend their Mocktails and homemade cola.

Came here with a friend on Saturday. I had one mocktail called a ‘Spa Water’ and one cocktail called ‘Buddy Buddy.’ Both were excellent. A friend and I shared brussel sprouts and a half chicken. Food was good. The flavors were subtle, but the food was well-made. They were patient with me and accommodated my gluten allergy. We were served at the bar and the bartender gave great service. Will likely come back 😁
A standout spot with thoughtful accommodations and a mezze menu that keeps diners coming back for more!

Gluten Free & Handicap Accessible Review:
I've been to Leila multiple times & have always been very satisfied.
Food: The food quality and preparation is exceptional. The menu is marked with gluten free indicators, making it easy for myself (and the kitchen) to order. I have not ordered one item I haven't been happy with- definitely recommend sampling multiple dishes off the mezze menu.
Service: The service has been consistently good during my multiple visits. This last visit, I ate with a friend who utilizes a wheelchair for their mobility. I notified the restaurant when booking my reservation that we would need a handicap accessible table. Upon being taken to our table close to the doors, we noticed they already had the fourth chair of our table removed to make room for the wheelchair. We eat out all over metro Detroit and this is the first time the table has been properly prepared with the chair removed to make room for the wheelchair. Huge thank you to the team there for thinking ahead & making the seating experience seamless just by providing one simple accommodation. It may have seemed liked a small measure to the staff, but it was huge to our group. We will definitely be back!

Sicily’s Pizzeria & Subs exudes a charming, nostalgic ambiance reminiscent of classic pizzerias. As my Uber driver noted, “That place has been here forever. I remember coming here as a kid. Great pizza!” His sentiment held true.
While it may not be the absolute best pizza I’ve ever had, I genuinely enjoyed it. I opted for the Meat Lovers pizza on a gluten-free crust, and it was both satisfying and flavorful.
The establishment operates on a self-service model: orders are placed at the counter, and food is delivered to your table when ready. This setup complements the relaxed and inviting atmosphere.

This experience was awesome! We made it to the restaurant just before the kitchen closed. We were on a deadline ourselves because our daughter has Type 1 diabetes and a gluten allergy, which makes dining out very complicated. Our server, Brandon, was on top of it. He was able to get out food order in before the cutoff time, with crazy dietary restrictions to contend with. Did I mention that it was also my daughter's birthday? He made sure my daughter got her birthday (gluten free) desert, and he even sang happy birthday to her. It was the perfect ending to such a special day for a special little girl!
Added bonuses... live music, a birthday dance, GREAT food, and the most beautiful views of the Detroit River and Windsor, Ontario!
Experience a casual yet upscale vibe with custom meals, creative cocktails, and a tantalizing menu that keeps everyone coming back for more.

SheWolf is an amazing experience from start to finish.
Service 5/5 - The staff promptly greeted us at the door, we were a bit early so they asked if we would like a drink while we waited. They have a nice standing area to put your jackets and a place to put your drinks while you wait. After a few minutes we had drinks in hand and enjoying the night.
Once we were sat (at the bar) the bar tender explained the menu extensively to my fiancé who is gluten free, and my god did they have a lot of options! You could tell every staff member was well versed in the offerings and their passion was seen throughout the entire experience.
Drinks 4/5 - Overall we loved our drinks, I had a few off menu cocktails and my fiancé had champagne and wine, I feel like SheWolf isnt fully utilizing their skilled bartenders with a very small cocktail menu. I think they could push a little here and it would make it 5/5.
Food 5/5 - Literally every dish was just the right portion, and seasoned to perfection. We were able to share an app, both had Pasta, and Fiancé was amazed how good their gluten free pasta was. Dessert was also amazing. What we loved is we felt great after having all these dishes. Could I of eaten more? Yes! But I prefer exactly how they do it because now I just want to go back :D !
Overall, the vibe of the restaurant is great, you can feel the passion with the staff members, and an excellent date night. Easy on-site parking, and close enough to downtown you could drive a few minutes to have a night out after an amazing dinner.
We WILL be back!

Very safe for celiacs needing to eat gluten free. Great food we will be back. A mix of Cuban/Latin American. If you go before a 7pm Redwings game, go at 5pm to get a seat. We loved the chicken and beef Fritas. GF eater had chicken verde bowl. Next time, we’ll order the mayo on the side for the sandwiches, they add a lot and it gets messy. Also, we loved the plantains, but not the loaded ones, because the beans are really spicy. Large groups consider getting the bucket of beers or the fishbowl cocktails because it packs up before games or events and it is hard to get the second drink.

This is a main stay for my husband and I! Michael Ransom and his team continually deliver amazing hospitality and INCREDIBLE food.
The staff is always so attentive-whether it's the hostess, bartenders or servers. The staff is a HUGE part of why we come back on an almost weekly basis.
This is the go to spot when we have guests in town as the menu has something for everyone-meat eaters, vegans, and gluten free dinners alike. The drink menu is always on point with a great selection of sake, beers, wine, and cocktails.
And the weekly happy hour is one of the best in the city. $5 pints of Sapporo and carafes of sake, and awesome shareable for only $5 a pop.
If you're looking for a warm, unpretentious dining environment that always has great music playing, lovely hospitality and a menu that will satisfy any appetite, this is your spot!

Besa is quickly becoming my favorite spot in Detroit. Our server last night went above and beyond to go over the menu, provide great service, and help my friend navigate gluten free options. He had great recommendations and helped to course out our orders. My wine-knowing friend loved the wine selection. The food is incredible—at my table of 6, we covered quite a bit of the menu, and everyone was satisfied. A few of us started with the Village Salad, at our server’s suggestion, and it was unbelievably good. How could a cucumber-based salad be that good? Just the best. I appreciated that the host sat us downstairs, as it was predominantly a work get-together, so it was easy to talk and discuss in the quiet environment. I really cannot recommend Besa enough and will be back the next chance I get. 10/10

I recently visited Joe Muer on a work trip and was pleased with my visit. I am gluten free (not Celiac) and was able to find several options to suit my dietary needs. I absolutely recommend the lobster bisque - it was 100/10. My walleye dish was well seasoned and delicious as well. When it came to dessert, I got the cheesecake and boy, let me tell you...I've been dreaming of it ever since. Everything was wonderful, and expect to pay for that top-tier experience. On a nice day, try to request a window seat!

Ahoy, mates! 🏴☠️ T’was a Thanksgiving tale set in Detroit, where the Lions roared louder than any beast in the NFL sea. But lo! Trouble brewed in our galley—me bonnie wife, stricken with celiac’s curse, can’t even whiff the devilish gluten without fear o’ explosive mutiny.
Every gluten-free tavern had its doors barred, shutters drawn, leavin’ us adrift on the seas of hunger. That’s when the fine captain of TABLE No. 2 hoisted his culinary flag and saved the day! This legend of a man conjured a feast fit for a gluten-free queen, makin’ her belly as happy as a cabin boy with shore leave.
I tell ye true, I nearly tossed me wedding ring overboard to pledge meself to this hero of hospitality. If only I could sing me praise in a voice review, ye’d hear the joy ring clearer than a mermaid’s song. TABLE No. 2, ye’ve earned this pirate’s eternal loyalty—five golden doubloons and a chest o’ gratitude! 🏳️🌈⚓

Dining at Pao is truely and experience . It’s not just another restaurant, fantastic music by the DJ and live violin player( she was good) . Great atmosphere , amazing drinks and really fab food. Our waitress was very attentive and pleasant . As a vegetarian with gluten intolerance , I had a good bit of options to choose from , I wish there were more . The only downside would be that we had to give up our table in 90 mnts and we were having such a good time , I wish it wasn’t so rushed because some people in my group showed late . But it was a delightful experience regardless . I would recommend this place .
Freezing cold when we first sat down but warmed up a little by the time we finished eating. According to my family the gluten free pizza was pretty good. The regular pizza was ok. If you love a butter crust, then this is the place for you. Regular pizza was loaded with butter. A little is ok, way too much for my liking. And the knives don't cut worth anything.

We had a work event here and had a wonderful experience! I worked with Emily to get the event set up and she was so easy to work with! She was very responsive and told us exactly what we needed to know for the event.
We rented the whole upstairs, served pizza, garlic knots and salad and unlocked all of the arcade games.
They had many different options for food that we could have chosen from which was a nice touch, but we decided to go with the pizza. We also had a gluten free team member and Checkers helped us to make sure that person had pizza they were able to eat.
Ashley and Latrell were on staff helping to bring out the food and serving drinks and they could not have been nicer! They made sure the event went smoothly and were there if we needed anything (we didnt). Thank you both so much for your help!
I couldn't be happier with the way this event turned out and we hope to be back soon!

Sushi was very fresh and absolutely delicious. Loved the atmosphere. Only thing I wish, the server knew more about the menu regarding gluten free options and which sushi had raw or cooked fish. But that’s not on the server, the establishment needs to make sure their workers are trained. Overall would come back and with friends!!

From the moment you walk up to the restaurant there is traditional Indian decor that makes you feel like you’re walking to a wedding. Inside, the trendy and traditional decor sets the mood, while disco balls add a fun, contemporary vibe. You can even play a game of Carrom while waiting for your food (which doesn’t take long at all). The music keeps the atmosphere lively, and dining off metal trays and cups adds an authentic touch reminiscent of dining back in India. It’s a fusion of tradition and modernity in both ambiance and cuisine and definitely merits a trip to the Eastern Market area.
We ordered the Mysore Dosa (gluten free and vegan), the Pav Bhaji, and the chicken vindaloo (gluten free). All were great and make you want to explore the rest of the menu.
Loved this place! Everyone was very pleasant.Prices are reasonable... Went on a Sunday..they have a nice brunch but we missed it! The decor is very nice, they had a piano player as well. The bartender made me a pomegranate margarita, which came out delish!
Our food was very good, and everything is gluten free!! I had the chicken n waffles, with mac n cheese and sweet potato fries with cream cheese! Sooo good, chicken was crispy!! My hubby had the catfish, sauteed green( he didnt like the greens) and baked potato. My only problem was ..it took a long time (45 min) to receive our orders. As a suggestion..maybe have some bread or offer an appetizer when the orders are running late, because we were hungry!. But overall we enjoyed our experience!
Expect a joyful atmosphere and personalized service that makes special occasions feel memorable and unique.
