DEDICATED FRYER!!! That should say enough for you to get over there! But, their bang bang shrimp (crispy gluten free tempura battered, fried in a dedicated fryer) was delicious! With a sweet Thai chili and spicy mayo drizzle. The fish tacos (gf battered, fried fish - or can be grilled) with a creamy slaw and corn tortillas served with crispy fry/chips were awesome! I had seen a review talking about lack of flavor - don’t listen to that. Could it use a pinch more salt? Sure. But it was incredibly flavorful, hot and so deliciously crispy, GF fried fish and shrimp! Wonderful experience! I recommend putting in a reservation to sit on the deck to make sure you get a spot outside!

Great restaurant. They say it's Mediterranean and it has a definite Southern flair. They have a great happy hour when small plates are $7. They call them small plates but they are not really it's a generous serving I can recommend the shrimp and polenta as well as the oysters Rockefeller the gluten-free menu is accommodating as well.

Very groovy place and one of the few celiac-friendly places where the GF options don't taste like gently moistened wallboard. Their gluten-free wings and pizzas are great. The interior design of the space is very Yellow Submarine. Relaxed vibe and good service.

PF Chang’s is always a good experience!! All GF items are marked on their menu. They cook them with GF sauces in a clean pan.

We ordered a gluten free pizza and salad to go. The pizza was excellent - cheesy and well baked. Salad was also very good. We did decide we would probably only do take out here, because on our last visit, dine in, we couldn't get service. The girl at the cash register just said to sit anywhere outside and someone would be right with us. After two more requests, still nobody came out with menus or acknowledged us. Too busy inside with take out pick-ups, taking phone orders and waiting on a couple of inside tables. That was disappointing, because we wanted to sit outside and relax there. Ended up going somewhere else. However, we tried again this time with take out and were happy.

The blackened BBQ salmon was fantastic and my kids actually cleared their plates! I loved that the menu had gluten free options marked. Was hoping to see porpoises outside, but I think it was too hot

Great food! I have a gluten allergy and they really helped after I ordered and came to tell me the bbq has gluten in it. Very thankful for the staff and great food. Best corn shell tacos!!

Beautiful views, live music, excellent service, and delicious food! Our celiac daughter was able to eat the smoked meats, beans, and cucumber salad with no issues. They were very accommodating of her food allergy which we appreciated!

I am vegan and have a gluten allergy and this is my favorite pizza place in mount pleasant if not all of charleston! They have gluten free crust, vegan cheese, veggie pepperoni, veggie sausage, AND veggie meatballs! Im pretty sure you can make a lot of their non pizza options vegan/dairy free as well by asking your server. Just like most pizza places, they cant guarantee no gluten so i like to tale a digestive enzyme with my pizza. I order here weekly and get a cauliflower crust with lots of veggies and veggie pepperoni. (Btw the veggie meat is not labeled vegan on the order online option but i called to ask and they are vegan!) and the best part is no one makes me feel weird or complicated! Highly recommend.

Food, staff and ambiance were beyond expectations!! There is something fun in every corner, literally. My favorites were the axe throwing, swing chairs on the outdoor patio and the curling/shuffle board. The ahi tuna salad was delish as well as the loaded nachos and the cauliflower bites. High noons cold and great flavors. It's just a fun place to be and food options for everyone, including vegan and gluten free. Highly recommend. Can't wait to go back!

We’ve been to sol dozens of times over the past 4 years and have loved the food, service and atmosphere every time. Their menu is delicious, especially the way they cook the sweet potatoes in some of the entrees and their bowls are wonderful. Super friendly servers and hostesses and excellent interior design that completes the experience. Appreciate your gluten free options too!

Locals in Mt. pleasant is the best location of all of them in my opinion. Although they are usually very busy, especially on the half sushi rolls day, they have a lot of indoor and offer outdoor seating. I also like that they have live music playing on Monday nights. We were able to snag a couple seats in the back and avoid the wait. They don’t take reservations so you want to get there at a decent time on Mondays. My husband is gluten-free and he was able to order off of their gluten-free menu, which was really nice. The sushi here is pretty good quality, and we love to come here on Monday nights. We inhaled our sushi rolls so I forgot to take any photos 😆 but I love the spicy salmon, mt. Pleasant roll and eel roll.
