FANTASTIC pizza and wings! I am a complete cocktail snob and thoroughly enjoyed both cocktails. Fourth time in, and many, many more to go.
Hugely recommend if gluten free, baked wings and gluten free pizza are amazing in their own respect and compared to nongluten free
Tucked away with a lovely patio, this spot boasts delicious cuisine and a unique vibe that will keep you coming back for more.

Apparently the focus is on profit over quality. One of my favorite items was the liver pate’ which was served in a jar with a side of pickled veggies and toast. Now it’s the equivalent of one chicken liver spread on 4 pieces of bread. If you are not into eating mostly cheap gluten carbs ie pizza, pasta, bread choose a better restaurant. So sad to loose another restaurant to budget cuts & unhealthy options. Italian doesn’t have to be only empty carbs. However,Alex was awesome!
A fantastic spot with unique flavors and thoughtfully crafted dishes, ideal for a cozy meal after church in Middle Tennessee.

Our first visit to North Italia today was fantastic. They are now in our "return soon and potential favorites" column. They are right on our way home from church in Middle Tennessee. I had the best avocado toast I've ever eaten, hands down. Factoring in, "you get what you pay for" and this toast was 50% higher in cost than any previous avocado toast I've eaten, I would expect it to be better. Counter balance the cost with experiencing a perfectly smoked slab of salmon on the avocado toast for the first time and i know that this is a delicious meal worth repeating. Alyce loved her salad. North Italia clearly gives a great deal of thought into their recipes and presentation. At least they did for the two entrees we had. I told Alyce that it's too bad we couldn't share these entrees the next time we come because I enjoyed the creative variety of flavors in her salad, but Alyce can't stand fish of any sort. Having a new confidence in their salads, she suggested that we should try another kind of salad and their gluten free pizza to share next time. Looking forward to that. It takes two or three outstanding meals over a relatively short period of time (a year or so) for us to add any restaurant to our personal favorites.

The ONLY thing good here was the pizza. The trashcan by the front door was overflowing! We came at 11 am so there is no reason for this! Walking into the foyer the mat has not been vaccumed in days! There was no employee to greet us nor a sign directing to seat ourselves. The menu was beyond sticky. They have done away with the lunch special so I was stuck paying the dinner price! Went to the restroom and after I washed my hands I found out they had no paper towels! STAY AWAY! Apparently they have stopped caring! And very little Gluten Free choices so my husband just skipped eating .
This spot is a must-visit for build-your-own tacos with plenty of tasty options and refreshing aqua frescas in a chill vibe.

Tried the new taco spot in Cool Springs. Several gluten free options to build your own tacos clearly marked on the menu. Even tasty fire seasoned hard shells. Aqua frescas were very tasty as well, many flavors to choose from.
We went for lunch and I had the apple salad. It was delicious. Our waitress was very attentive. They did not have many gluten free dishes but the one (gluten free dish) I had was great.
I haven't even ordered yet and am so excited to try this place. I will definitely update my review once we have tried. I called to ask about the gluten free dough and a couple of other things before ordering, and Joshua could not have been more helpful. I haven't had this service in a while. He went into full detail, gave me his personal opinion on the crust, provided different options, listed pricing and was so informative!! As of now this review is based on customer service, and Joshua definitely exceeded expectations. THANK YOU !!!!
An extensive menu offers plenty of options, and the mocktail selection is a standout highlight for a refreshing twist!

I went here for the first time specifically for sushi. They have gluten-free soy sauce available, and there are sushi rolls marked as “gluten-free” on the menu (I have celiac), however, the malt vinegar they put on their sushi rice for flavoring, like all malt vinegar, contains gluten. Thank goodness I asked and my server checked with cook staff. I was really disappointed to not be able to have sushi with the rest of my party. I had the salmon with broccoli instead and while not a substitute for sushi, it was good.
An incredibly personal experience with attentive service that leaves you feeling confident and eager to return.

Destiny was so personal and absolutely amazing. She was attentive, the food was amazing! and as someone with a gluten sensitivity I felt confident and happy with my order. She was so friendly and would definitely come back and ask for her again!
Good food, good quantity, friendly service, reasonably priced and two for one beer at happy hour. Only thing on the menu for my gluten free wife was chicken salad but it was good. We will be back
