I cannot speak more highly of Terra & Sol. Their menu is incredible for Celiacs and Gluten Intolerances although if you are lucky enough to not worry about this you will love it all the same! Their owner is Celiac themselves so their menu has been built to cater for this allergen and intolerance without changing the taste and feel of the original menu item. There are so many options and they do not miss the mark. My favourite was the bread.. omg the white bread for the garlic focaccia and the burrata dishes, a close second was the fried chicken, the crunch and the flavour were sensational. It really was the best GF meal I have had in a long time, but also just a really good bloody meal!
Alana did a wonderful job of helping me feel assured that everything was gluten free (I couldn’t quite believe it at first because it tasted soo good!) and also makes a mean French Martini!
A lively spot with stunning dishes and a beautiful atmosphere, perfect for gatherings, though timing can vary during peak hours.

Staff were friendly, food was great and came out on time (waited a bit longer for hot food which meant two kids had to wait quite a while, would’ve preferred if all come out at once.
Also, I appreciate that grilled food can be gluten free, but it’s misleading to say some of the fried dishes are gluten free as they are cooked in the same oil as gluten dishes. This can be CATASTROPHIC for someone with coeliac disease like me.
If you are Coeliac, ask questions as the menu is misleading. It would be great if you could have a separate fryer and cook the gluten free food separately to avoid cross contamination. As someone who’s not keen on the traditional sushi, it limited my choices.
Otherwise, we enjoyed the experience.
Casual dining on Jetty Road with an awesome vibe and a standout selection of delicious burgers is a must-try spot!

This place is AMAZING. My favourite burger has to be the Pitt Master Burger, it has pulled pork and brisket on it. The staff do a very good job to catering for gluten free as well. My favourite side is the loaded fries but the sweet potato chips are also great.
It’s a nice place on Jetty Road, very open and gives you a chance to have casual dining and food while looking out over Jetty Road.
10/10 would recommend.

Went for a quick meal and some cocktails and definitely enjoyed the experience. We visited in winter (2021) and the fire was on so it was nice and cosy. The Burrata was delicious and so was the schnitzel. Gluten free bread with the Burrata was delicious too, soft and not dense like some gf breads. Cocktails were great. Spent under $100 for everything for 2 people - we both had a meal and cocktails. @kirbystaltari

Had dinner here for my eighteenth with my family, staff was very friendly and accommodated for my coeliac mum making sure her dish was 100% gluten free. Very understanding and patient when two guests showed up late. The food was amazing, we’ll definitely be visiting again to try out the whole menu 😊
Chill spot with a cool vibe, quick service, smooth coffee, and a great selection of cocktails and spirits to enjoy.

Poor service by waitress with a poor attitude. Table booked with a dietary requirement alert.
Poor understanding by waitress of the difference between allergy, intolerance, and preference. My family member then ordered a meal listed on the menu as "gluten free". When the food arrived, my family member then wished to clarify whether it was indeed a gluten free meal, since certain foods were on the plate that were not listed on the menu - the waitress did not know and sought to clarify from the chef. The eventual response was "the potatoes will be gluten free, but it has dukka on top which we cannot guarantee is gluten free" - which is somewhat concerning since the menu actually does list dukka as an ingredient in that meal that is labelled as gluten free. The waitress then proceeded to lecture us about the importance of disclosing an allergy despite our online booking having stated that there was a dietary requirement, her failure to ask when seating us at the table, and my family member's ordering of a gluten free meal.
Overall, I suspect there is simply a total lack of understanding of the menu by this particular waitress.
This is unfortunate, since the food itself was actually rather nice and well cooked.
Furthermore, the side of vegetables was delivered once the main meals were almost entirely finished. This is something I would understand if it were a busy time, however we were the only customers in the entire restaurant.
Despite some initial service hiccups, the lively atmosphere and standout lamb souvlaki make for an enjoyable dining experience.

Initially this review was somewhat negative because staff made several mistakes with the meals including gluten contamination on a glute free meal but other meals were very good. Since then we came back here few times and all following visits were very positive, meals are excellent and they have gluten free bread. I've changed this review to very positive. Lamb Souvlaki is my favorite.
Below is my previous review from approximately Dec 2023. It was moderately busy so maybe that contributed to mistakes.
Short: Significant problems with service, TWO people went without food we ordered! The food that we did get was excellent.
More details: Our group of 10 had dinner here. My 8yo child can't have gluten. Waiter seemed knowledgeable and gave good advice about gluten free meals. On waiter's advice we ordered lamb souvlaki without bread nor other gluten bits for my 8yo, but it came out with bread already on the lamb so there was nothing my child could eat.
Another person at our table did not receive her order at all.
Food preparation time was not quick, about 35-40 minutes, which is ok for a real meal. They were ready to make new meal for my kid and the missing meal for my friend but we could not wait another 40 minutes again.
I felt really bad because my lamb (I ordered the same) was just amazing, I never had better lamb, but unfortunately I had to rush to eat it and go home to get my child something for dinner.
The meals that we did get were fantastic. Others kids said their chicken nuggets were very good, prawns and my lamb were perfect. It is a real shame about ruining one order and missing another one.
A hidden gem with vibrant flavors and unique dishes, perfect for a lively night out, especially if you enjoy a more tranquil dining spot.

Have no idea why my friend and I haven’t been here before ….I would give this place more than five stars - the flavours of the food made my mouth water .
Even though it was a busy Friday night, the friendly staff fit us in ( it helps if there’s only two of you ) . We asked to be seated down the back where it’s quieter - Glenelg on a Friday evening can get quite rowdy ! But the sounds that we mainly heard was the enticing sizzle of the pans in the kitchen .
Staff were friendly and welcoming- water appeared on the table straight away . The place was lively and there were many others enjoying their meal .
So many gluten free options- I truely got excited . I think we ordered too much but every bite was relished .
Bahn Khot was an amazing little dish - traditional mini rice pancakes with shrimp and minced pork with a slightly spicy fish dipping sauce- this is one dish I recommend because it’s quite different- the flavourings in this were so delicate but the taste was both delicate and full of punch . The little rice pancakes were a little crunchy in the outside , but soft and fluffy .
Xiao Hat Dieu was my friend’s favourite - she loved the taste of the stir fry and the still crunchiness of the vegetables together with the cashew nuts .
I absolutely loved the peanut satay sauce that came with the chicken skewers - this should be bottled and sold separately.
We ended off the meal with the Nem Nuong ( the roll your own cold rolls ) with the grilled pork belly balls - I actually put the peanut satay sauce on this as well as the sauce that came with it .
All the dishes were packed with taste , and the dishes came out at a timely manner , especially considering how busy they were .
So delicious- recommend this restaurant highly.
I am Coeliac so always nervous when eating out. Staff were very knowledgable and helpful and recommended we have the tepinyaki as every dish would be totally gluten free. We had a mix of dishes and every single one was superb! Many thanks to the wonderful staff. Great service and great food - we will be back soon!
Warm and cozy vibe with plenty of seating and a great atmosphere, plus solid coffee and interesting menu options to explore.

Pleasant cafe, warm & cozy inside with plenty of tables, a few outside too. Good menu with some dietary options, I enjoyed the Gluten Free zucchini pie, with light and crisp hot chips. Good coffee with standard alternative milk options. Prompt and friendly staff chatting with regulars.

First trip to Glenelg & I spied the delicious desserts in this cafe's window. Had a chai latte & a gorgeous gluten-free pear & almond cake for afternoon tea. Waitress exuded a warmth. Hope to revisit one day. Thank you, from a Sydney gal.
