I'm celiac and I've visited this place quite a few times since January. I've ordered online with delivery and pickup, and I love it. The food is always delicious. They have so many options, and I love that because, in general, I haven't found many other places that sell everything gluten-free. The service is very good, the girls are very friendly. The only thing I could mention is that the prices are quite high.

The pasta was spectacular. Although it arrived cold, they heated it up in a couple of minutes, and it had an exquisite flavor and texture. The burger was very disappointing; the meat was good, but the onion was strong and bitter. The drinks were very good. The sushi was also very good. An excellent option for those with gluten intolerance or celiac disease.

Very good gluten-friendly food and excellent service, especially considering that it's not easy to find gluten-free options in Santiago. Therefore, it seemed like an oasis in the middle of a desert of options. The place is great. Plus, it shares a food court with other businesses that offer gluten-free options, so the whole family can enjoy a pleasant outing. I loved it!!! The LOTR theme is a very nice and picturesque plus. A freezing June night, missing a small heater inside to raise the temperature in the dining room. That's the only "bad" thing I have to say. Excellent service, friendly waiters, and the chef made sure everything was delicious. I must say I'm celiac, and I was delighted to be surprised by the special menu for celiacs and those with gluten intolerance. They brought me a small appetizer bread that I finally got to try. The salmon I ordered with pastry cream was delicious. The chocolate mousse for dessert was also delicious. In general, it's amazing for celiacs to be able to eat safely in a place. I was very happy; even the cold went away, haha. Celiac friends, come without fear and eat in peace. Just let them know when you feel your condition and they'll bring you a special menu just for you <3

I am a celiac, I traveled from afar to be able to eat hamburgers and they did not have stock of bread, reducing the meal to just a complete or pizza, I don't think I will return

Very good menu with options for celiacs, unfortunately it took 40 minutes to serve a pisco sour because apparently the girl forgot. It is understood that a lot of people arrive but it would be good to have someone who constantly cleans the bathrooms, since when there were few people left I went to the bathroom and it was disgusting, impossible to use and we had to ask someone to please go see the bathrooms and clean them. Maybe it's not usual for this to happen, but it just happened to me.

Terrible experience, they are supposed to have gluten-free food and only have gluten-free bread and hamburgers but the cheese (present in all hamburgers) was not gluten-free, they also communicate that there may be cross contamination, therefore they have absolutely nothing gluten-free.

I visited this restaurant with friends at the weekend and it is highly recommended. When we asked about gluten-free products and a wine recommendation, we were kindly and well informed. The drinks and food arrived quickly and were delicious. The portions are reasonable for the price. The hygiene at the tables and in the bathrooms was great.

Best Indian food I have had in Chile, maybe anywhere! Many items on the menu are clearly marked as gluten-free, and/or vegetarian. Had the dal and the palak mushroom, both were outstanding. Also had a GF croquette (forgot the name) with peas, potato and sweet potato, and it was amazing. Make sure you ask for level 2 spices (or higher) . . . at level one it was totally bland. Will definitely be back here frequently.

There were 3 of us. One ordered a gluten-free dish, it is worth clarifying that since they told her that this dish took longer, for everything to come out together she had to order it in advance. The problem is that hers came out 5 minutes after the other 2 diners placed the order. Also, it took more than 50 minutes to bring us the other two dishes. The one with the gluten-free diner, they reheated it. That dish was sad. Everything caked together (CLP 18,000 dish with some rice noodles and some vegetables). When the remaining dishes arrived, they were lukewarm. In my case the raw tempura. Disgusting. As I had complained to the manager, the waitress served poorly and shouted. Crazy. Terrible service, terrible food. I don't want to imagine if the restaurant is full the attention they will get. In that case, except for 2 large tables, there was no one. They can't even accuse that cause.

They also have gluten-free dish options for celiacs. In the vineyard there are not many good options for celiac food. I had been there before and had very good service. I am celiac and although I know that it cannot be guaranteed that there is no contamination, the time I went they gave me many options and I even celebrated my marriage there, where they treated me extremely well, adapting many dishes. I don't know what happened this time, but the waiter who served me today mentioned to me that The only thing he could offer me was grilled fish and salad. He couldn't offer me rice, puree, anything else. Upon receiving the plate the salad was Lettuce with avocado without any love, poorly presented, withered leaves. They have a menu that indicates which dishes have gluten and many gluten-free options appear, but when asking if the only thing they can offer me is Lettuce with avocado, I don't know why they make that distinction on the menu. I repeat, I understand cross contamination, but sometimes it costs nothing to be kind and try to give some option so that the person feels good and that they are not a nuisance in the place. Oh, he also offered me some boiled potatoes. Thank you for so much kindness It's a shame that not all the staff have the good will.

The place is very beautiful, with armchairs and blankets, ideal for this time of year that is cool but at the same time not excellent haha, the food is excellent, it makes me happy that there are so many vegan and gluten-free options at the same time ♥ it is super difficult for me to find where to eat delicious and varied having both restrictions. The moktails are also delicious. The girl who helped us was super sweet. We ordered piña not colada and turmeric pineapple, pumpkin cream with gluten-free bread, somosas for my husband who has the privilege of being able to eat with gluten haha, very vegan pizza with gluten-free dough, and several sweet things to take away! As a #celiac and #milkproteinallergy sufferer (#CMPA), finding a place where I can eat with peace of mind is no easy task. That's why discovering PadThai in Manuel Montt was a great surprise. Thai cuisine, by its very nature, is already an excellent option for those of us with these restrictions, but what really makes the difference here is the care with which each dish is prepared: everything is prepared individually, with no risk of cross-contamination or traces. I want to thank Isabella and Michelle for their excellent service. They were very kind and took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the ingredients and kitchen processes. I felt truly safe and welcomed. I also recommend trying the strawberry banana juice 🤤 As a suggestion, it would be great if the menu more clearly identified the gluten-free and CMPA dishes. This small detail would make an already naturally friendly offering for those of us with these conditions even more accessible and visible. I'm glad that more and more restaurants in the industry are becoming aware of restricted eating habits. Pad Thai is undoubtedly a benchmark in this evolution.

We went with a group of about 15 adults plus 4 children. Truly spectacular. High impact food. Even though there were many of us, they managed to carry out everything perfectly. Personally, I ordered cheese ravioli, which were exquisite. The kids' dish was hash browns with homemade chicken nuggets. They sell servant and hare, which I totally recommend. They have gluten-free and vegan dishes. As a plus point, leaving aside the issue of food, attention and environment, at the entrance they have toys, books and pencils for children, which as a mother is appreciated. You can't go to Frutillar and not go through Frau Holle.
