We tried hard to find fault, but we just couldn't. Place in its simplicity, very well looked after. Very kind and prepared staff. Excellent cuisine, as well as very attentive to any type of intolerance, especially gluten-free. SG pizza is a homemade product like many others on the menu. Desserts almost all SG very good.

Delicious restaurant with Argentine cuisine where we had the pleasure of having dinner during a short stop in the area. Very tasty meat dishes, as well as dessert. The very kind and attentive staff, not only for the great attention to food issues, in my case gluten-free (local AIC) but also for recommending the type of dishes based on the customer's tastes. I highly recommend it and if we are in the area again we will definitely be back!

We all eat gluten-free and we were able to eat their delicious pizzoccheri (made fresh by them) and sciatt as an appetizer (fried croquettes filled with cheese). However, I didn't like the buckwheat cake (very dry dough) with blueberry compote (which was more like blueberry glucose syrup). Too bad about the dessert because the rest was very good, even the polenta crostone with bitto and mushrooms and the bresaola carpaccio with mushrooms, rocket and parmesan

Unsure where the other reviews are getting their knowledge from. I ate here tonight and they only had one gluten free thing listed on the menu. They did not offer gluten free pizza and when I asked about this, they said they had never offered gluten free pizza. I had a steak which was very nice but the choice was extremely limited and they did not seem to have much knowledge on the matter of gluten free/celiac disease.

Eating out alone when traveling. Sometimes it is a bit uncomfortable, but certainly not here. What a wonderfully lively restaurant with many locals. The owner greets everyone in a friendly manner. The service is good and fast. I had a great time in all this activity. The food is also great. Tip: gluten-free pizzas and gluten-free beer.

Personally I chose the tasting menu, it offers the opportunity to try the various doughs they offer which I found to be good! It also offers the possibility of gluten and lactose free dough!

“Mandatory” stop on the way to/from St. Moritz. We hadn't booked but luckily we found a place. On the menu, apart from the pizzoccheri, everything else is suitable for those suffering from celiac disease. Very well balanced spices enhance the flavors of modern Valtellina cuisine.

It is a place that I have always known and frequented (almost 50 years!) and which has always been able to keep up with the times, or rather... one step ahead of its time. The chef offers typical dishes of the Valtellina tradition, with excellent quality ingredients, enriched with a touch of innovation and served with elegance. The environment is refined and modern, the service is accustomed to the rhythms of large tourist numbers (remember to book), the offer is truly wide and genuine in all services: restaurant, wine list, pizzeria (even gluten-free!) , bar for excellent breakfasts and excellent artisanal ice cream shop. Pizzas and dishes also to take away and, for a few years, the aperitif proposal.. In short, nothing is really missing, perhaps only the Michelin star...

Modern and welcoming place. It offers appetizers and first courses. I really appreciated the clear menu which specifies vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free dishes etc. It makes it very easy to figure out what is right for your needs. The prices are a little high for the dishes offered but the food served is good and well presented. Personally, I would like to recommend adding (or replacing) some vegan dishes with more varied and particular options. Rather than pasta with tomato, garlic, oil and anger, it wouldn't take much to have, for example, a pasta with vegetable cream and mushrooms, a pasta with beans and things like that. . Amazing food served and cooked by the very gracious owners. They were able to accommodate gluten free (celiac) for me on every dish. I also stayed in their hotel for the night and the hospitality was unreal. Such a great experience. The meal is pricey but the same experience in a large city would be 2 or 3 times as expensive.

Looking for a gluten-free meal in Bormio, I found this wonderful place. Short menu, simple ingredients, but my meal was clearly designed to delight, and it did. The service was perfect, with the staff kind and attentive without being overbearing. Highly recommend.
