Almost everything can be gluten-free 🤩. We took a mixed fried dish (croquettes and meatballs) and the puccia with octopus. Take away and eat by the sea. The fried food was a little greasy and the octopus a little tough, but I would go back and recommend it.

Delicious food!! Taken 'starters' in advance. Then a pizza each. That was way too much for us.... Ideal for people who want to eat gluten-free. Great atmosphere!! Lots of busy Italians. Fun for calm, down-to-earth cheeseheads to experience. English is very difficult for most staff. Luckily there was a staff member who spoke good English.

I ate here with my family while we were on holiday in Polignano. We went to this restaurant, primarily, because it offers gluten-free options, given that I have celiac disease. In addition to a very nice environment and kind and knowledgeable staff regarding the cuisine and service of gluten-free products, we were able to enjoy some truly excellent dishes. Recommended, absolutely.

The best pizza I've ever eaten! Family-run restaurant in Pulsano (no centre). Typical environment with the famous arches, informal and relaxed atmosphere. The pizzas are delicious and have different types of dough. I also recommend it for celiacs if they want a good non-frozen pizza. Wood-fired oven and very fresh products. The desserts also made by them are very good. In short, try it and you will always go there!

This is what happens when you make your passion your job; venue that provides an infinite number of different options, all of excellent quality. Found it by chance one day and now I travel about 100 km with my boyfriend just to eat in this place. I have celiac disease and this has become my paradise. I went to this place and the atmosphere made me feel at home. I went to dinner with a group of friends. Within the group there was a vegetarian and a celiac and they got along particularly well. My friends and I stumbled upon this place by chance and were pleasantly surprised. Hospitality and education were the fundamental pillars of our experience with the staff. The menu offers the customer the opportunity to choose between several very attractive dishes, which certainly will not disappoint you. Furthermore, it is possible to eat their sandwiches with the gluten-free formula in order to accommodate those who are celiac or gluten intolerant. The environment is calm: you can consume both inside and outside. The only flaw for those going in a group is that the place has adopted a policy whereby separate accounts cannot be made. Lastly, to my displeasure, two extra covers were added to the bill but we noticed this when we had already left the restaurant. Despite this, I would like to recommend everyone to stop by here. ❤️

Youth-run venue located a few steps from the center of Tricase. Single small internal room with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The menu ranges from the typical proposals of a pizzeria to pucce, with also the possibility of opting for some typical dishes of Salento cuisine (including pieces of horse and bombette). Although the meat is TENDER AND JUICY and the pucce are excellent, the pizza (with a pronounced edge and a center as thin as a veil) declined in different ways remains the undisputed protagonist... They justify the recognition obtained by the red shrimp: 1) a LIGHT and DIGESTIBLE DOUGH, MELTING on the palate also present in other variants (hemp, turmeric, gluten free...); 2) IMPECCABLE COOKING; 3) the MASTERY of the pizza chefs; 4) the HIGH QUALITY and PARTICULARITY of the INGREDIENTS used (among the few to use swordfish carpaccio). Furthermore, a courteous and helpful service, with never intrusive staff and a normal waiting time contribute to making this place a MUST STOP in the Salento food scene.

We discovered this place on the recommendation of a girl from Lecce. We took away two excellent pucce stuffed on the spot. Mine, the Cézanne (gluten free version), was exquisite. The girl who served us was very kind and thoughtful, showing great attention towards each customer. Super recommended!

We have been customers of Brasserie since it was a small pub. Today we returned after a long time to the new location and we were pleasantly impressed. In particular, I was very pleased to order without any problem GLUTEN FREE. The boy who served us, Vittorio, was super helpful, kind and nice and advised us when ordering. The desserts were also very good, the brownies which were included in the gluten-free options were very tasty. We recommend living the BRASSERIE EXPERIENCE, it will not disappoint you!

In reality, I no longer stopped to have dinner as the directions written on Google said gluten-free... at that point I went there and reiterated to confirm whether there was the possibility of eating gluten-free... .and in response I was told: "if you have celiac disease, no, but if it's a question of "digestibility", yes." Having said this, I won't comment anymore. Response to your comment: She is the IGNORANT ..... it's news to me that gluten can be digestible or not, it is not part of dairy products .... and then I was referring to the fake you write on social media, not to a miserable sign displayed outside just to not to be burdened by any bad situations, what is certain is that I would add the owner's rudeness to my evaluation

Unfortunately mine cannot be a good review given that we only went to this place because they are part of the certified gluten-free places. Even though I had declared several times that I was celiac, I was given normal bread. And since I had doubts I asked for confirmation that the bread was suitable and was told that I could eat it, only to discover that it was not suitable. I find this superficial attitude very serious given that for me it is not a whim but a question of health! Furthermore, perhaps the AIC should monitor the certified premises a little more. Obviously an experience to forget.

I admit my lack, many years in Salento and only last night I was in this restaurant despite having 'passed over' dozens and dozens of times. Enchanting place, impeccable service with a smile, good food and a fair price. A detail that doesn't hurt if you are informed and prepared about allergens or intolerances (my wife has celiac disease)... several dishes are already gluten-free, then they have (packaged) SG bread and even fried SG fish (very good) in a dedicated fryer. Of course we will return.
