Gluten free and allergen conscious paradise!! Very kind staff and delicious food! They have tons of gf products for sale as well as lots of freshly made savory and sweet baked goods AND an entire menu to choose a full meal from. We got their foccacia, chicken cutlet and fries, hamburger, and tiramisu. Sooo good!! I LOVED the chicken cutlet and fries. Would love to know how they made the chicken so I can make something similar at home. Highlight of our time in Bari, thank you!

We discovered this place because it is certified AIC for a celiac person. What can I say, a wonderful surprise as we returned several times in a week. Discovered this pizzeria by chance, especially because our friends are gluten intolerant, we spent a lovely evening eating an excellent pizza! Not the usual contemporary one that is now everywhere, but a pizza with a soft dough, tasty topping. I had the pizza with grilled octopus and it was sublime. Also much appreciated is the gluten-free dough, superior to what other pizzerias offer in Taranto city. Highly recommended!!!!!

They offer gluten free pizza dough and lactose free cheese! And their signature red cherry tomatoes are amazing! I had them on the Margherita verde pizza and they were the best tomatoes I ate in Italy. They were so good, I actually wish there were more on the pizza!

This restaurant is clearly a tourist trap. I had my suspicions when I saw the extremely long menu, and this was confirmed when I saw the pizzas arrive. They are clearly the worst pizzas I've ever eaten in Italy (you can find better ones in my country), and the spritzes were very poorly measured. I don't believe for a single second that the ingredients were fresh and local, and the regular and gluten-free pasta may be homemade, but it's clearly not mastered (very crumbly, little flavor, unpleasant texture in the mouth). To the owner, I hope I've provided enough detail in my review to avoid a mocking response, which would be a real sign of a lack of self-reflection. It seems obvious to me that almost all of the positive comments about the restaurant were made by tourists who know nothing about true Italian gastronomic culture. The only positive point of the restaurant is that the prices are quite affordable, which is a good thing considering the quality of the food and drinks offered.

Beautiful location overlooking the sea but fantastic gluten-free menu. (My wife said that the normal one was also very good.) We were there for three consecutive nights and we ate both pizza and fish. Everything was delicious. Super competent staff, a special mention for Carmine.

My friends and I stumbled upon this place by chance and were pleasantly surprised. Hospitality and education were the fundamental pillars of our experience with the staff. The menu offers the customer the opportunity to choose between several very attractive dishes, which certainly will not disappoint you. Furthermore, it is possible to eat their sandwiches with the gluten-free formula in order to accommodate those who are celiac or gluten intolerant. The environment is calm: you can consume both inside and outside. The only flaw for those going in a group is that the place has adopted a policy whereby separate accounts cannot be made. Lastly, to my displeasure, two extra covers were added to the bill but we noticed this when we had already left the restaurant. Despite this, I would like to recommend everyone to stop by here. ❤️

Absolutely mind-blowing! I had the most incredible pizza experience that was nothing short of spectacular. Let me dive into the details of my vegan appetizer and pizza! The simplicity of the dish was enhanced by the incredibly fermented dough—it was a game changer. My celiac mum even had to peel off the crust of her pizza at home, but trust me, it was worth it! I stashed away a quarter of my pizza, wrapped in foil, and savored it three days later, cold from the fridge. To my surprise, it was still fantastic! I was so enamored that I snapped just one picture—one that captures the essence of how amazing it was! I can’t recommend this place enough; they were so accommodating and truly deserve all the praise!

Unfortunately mine cannot be a good review given that we only went to this place because they are part of the certified gluten-free places. Even though I had declared several times that I was celiac, I was given normal bread. And since I had doubts I asked for confirmation that the bread was suitable and was told that I could eat it, only to discover that it was not suitable. I find this superficial attitude very serious given that for me it is not a whim but a question of health! Furthermore, perhaps the AIC should monitor the certified premises a little more. Obviously an experience to forget.
